Sarah Palin Wins 2nd Circuit Appeal to Move Ahead With Defamation Lawsuit Against NYT. Last Night There Were Explosions by My Car. Palin Hypocrisy and Retaliatory Viciousness.

The 2nd circuit vacated a lower court decision which will allow Sarah Palin to go forward with a defamation lawsuit against the NYT. Sarah Palin uses lawyers to destroy people, run organized harassment and set people up. Then she manipulates the system to have them charged with crimes for the usual expected reactions to it. The Palins have a history of intentionally going after people for the purpose of harming them, vicious retaliation.

The decision was about due process and procedural issues, not the merit of the case. What really galled me was the part about Sarah Palin wanting to use emails as evidence. It took two years for her to produce her official and unofficial email account contents secondary to FOIA requests, the reason was the removal of emails from the email dumps and the use of what must have been NSA software to hack the reciprocals out of people's personal accounts. Why does the most hypocritical woman on the planet get to use emails as evidence after having denied others to do so? Yes, I have a blog post for that.

I've had several things happen related to Sarah Palin. Such as the explosions by my car last night, a LARP at a grocery store, massive harassment from the Boise Police Department and others over the 4th of July holiday (3rd-5th). I had already had a small car accident, that was very strange. Then as I was stepping into a cross walk a car which had stopped already began to come towards me, I went to move back quickly and fell which resulted in several injuries. Cars have been run at me many times including by Boise Police. Then as my ankle was nearly healed I got food poisoning. There are several restaurants in Boise Idaho where I have gotten sick and three of the times it was not food poisoning, something was put into the food. The health department should be very concerned about this, but of course they work for the city of Boise, so nada. The night of July 4th I had people shining lights into my car and yelling things at me. There are a lot of not very nice people here, that includes at city hall and Boise Police Department. The mayor calls this phenomenon, 'Boise Nice."

This year I was heavily harassed around the anniversary date of Sarah Palin's resignation, injured and made ill. These are crimes which should be investigated but the local police are involved or have been told lies so that will not happen. I just make a public records request and as per usual was told there would be a delay. That is likely due to them wanting to edit the videos from police body cameras which included inappropriate material. BPD has a history of that. I have sent an email with a spoiliation request, no response.

Apparently the Fleeks have lost it over that and other truth telling, they should wait a while for more. It's like they are a government agency or a politician or something, the truth seems to be like Kryptonite to them.

There was also hundreds sent to their P.O. Box from supporters of Shawn Christy. All of the funds were to help Karen and Craig go visit Shawn and go to hearings.

Rather difficult to sort out what he is trying to say here other than the "suck my dick" part. I have never posted pictures of their kids until today, a tiny picture with an infant in the screen shot below. They post tons of pictures with their kids, putting on a show of happy, happy normalcy. Once something is on FB it is in the public domain, so they can't do a thing to people for just re-posting pictures. I complained about a reporter who made false claims about a MEME I created, his coworker explained that to me and then I researched it, yep. They are also threatening to have people who message them charged with harassment. I have never messaged either of them, but apparently Jim Fleek who says Shawn Christy supporters are slow tried to message me, but instead messaged another woman. I was FB friends with them due to them because they were admins in the group, 'Shawn Christy Political Prisoner' and sat silent watching their spectacle. Interesting how Jim Fleek messaging people with threats is A-OK, but someone messaging him is harassment on the level of criminal. Yes, very interestingly hypocritical and narcissistic. It is a rare occasion for me to accept a friend request due to being a targeted individual in a harassment campaign. We get odd FB friend requests, harassment text messages, phone calls, text messages etc.

The story has been the same, not changing like Jim Fleek claims and there is more to it that I am not mentioning, just wait, LMAO. All of us noticed something was not right with them, but not knowing what was going on for sure we made no accusations. I am in Idaho, they are in Pennsylvania so I have never met them in person. Now, I have been unfriended and blocked apparently, that took them a while, speaking of people being slow Jim.

In the above message he claims he has not threatened anyone. Considering the threats to have people charged with harassment for messaging him Jim's behavior seems rather odd. Here's why. He messaged us with threats. Then he claimed he did not threaten anyone.  He screwed up and messaged the wrong person, then claimed he was trying to threaten me. He shouldn't have done that. LMAO.

They just keep lying and lying to their friends about this. If they did not take the money then why would they be returning it and giving related documents to the police? They are trying to make it sound like because they are returning the money hey did nothing wrong, but instead those who complained about their thefts did. Sounds like a government agency or a management company like Steadfast or Quantum, the sociopaths who damage the building and harass people are who they like, the person who complains about it is the problem.

Weeks ago Jim claimed Go Fund Me froze the account due to claims of fraud, that did not happen, another of their lies. He told that lie to cover the theft in a con that went bad for them. How about the conspiracy Jim and Angela, did that go bad too?

He claims the recipient of his threat is "fucking retarded" because she told him to stop messaging her due to him being so, let's say confused he sent the threat to the wrong person. Why are you so confused Jim? He then goes on to call her a name. All he can do at this point is make threats and call people names because he's f-ed up and has f-ed up big time. Larcenous bastard.

I  have had many consequences for telling and then writing the truth over along period of time since 2002, but the writing part did not start until around 2007-8, publishing online really got going around 2009. I was told then the harassment was due to "those things" I was writing. It has continued with discrediting, disrupting, harassment, chemical campaigns, noise campaigns and much more.

There was someone on a FB page that said they were going to do anything,
including report false fraud etc. to keep the Christys from getting that monetary support. This all seems to be a coordinated harassment program, coming from a government contractor and/or government agency(s). Hey Heavy D aka Dakota Meyer, hey USMS what is deal? Why taunt Shawn to go to the home of Dakota Meyer, who is a government contractor then no LEOs, no Heavy D? We know you knew it was likely he was in the area, I published info from my IP service or was that you planting the right side driver USPS jeep and Craig Christy informed LEOs? What was that?

In many of my posts discussing government or security contractor harassment I have mentioned how they use losers and I call the boots on the ground gangstalkers the Army of Weaponized Morons. I rest my case.

Evidence this harassment is a coordinated campaign:

1. Claims by trolls that they would file fraud complaints with Go Fund Me to block the Christys getting the money.

2. A massive campaign on FB and Topix of libel against the Christys and myself. My personal information doxxed.

3. Evidence that firemen in the area were involved in the harassment program which is SOP, many government employees are used in harassment programs, cops, firemen, highway department, etc. 

4. Someone reported fraud of the Christy Go Fund Me page in my name, it was not me.

4. Topix is doing nothing about this as if they are participating in a government harassment program, just yesterday one of the Topix criminals sent 35 messages to my email.

5. No investigations as far as I know are being done about a damn thing associated with this assholery of harassment as per usual. On my end is the Boise Police Department who have a history of discrediting me, harassing me and refusing to allow me to file police reports about harassment. I will send them this post but most of the assholery is coming out of Pennsylvania and they wouldn't do anything even if it was coming from Boise.

Unless it's one of the Christys making an angry phone call to a lawyer or a government agency no action will be taken. In my case calling government agencies results in diverted phone calls, hang ups, terminal hold, lies, transfers to inappropriate people and abuse. One would wonder why they don't do that to the Christys, it's almost like they are hoping Shawn or Craig will make some kind of idle threat after some directed action is taken to piss them off. But who could imagine such things?

PA state and US Courts are working together to sabotage the Christys from going to Shawn's hearings and speaking to the news media. They are doing this by having one of Shawn's and Craig's hearing  on the same day while they are in two different counties making it impossible to attend both. Craig's hearing is for the phone harassment of Fred "Brady Violation" Lahovski, the cop who recorded an evidence video with his cell phone and then edited it (Lahovskied video), then the original video has been apparently disappeared. They are also having telephonic hearings for some of Shawn's charges which prevents others from attending.

Most of this blog post is the set up for understanding what the video I made about a strange incident, just one of many I have experienced. This incident happened back in May the day after I tried to talk to Mayor Bieter here in Boise Idaho about gangstalking and police abuse, he gaslighted me. I told him I was wearing a body camera and would be posting the videos publicly. No surprise here in Boise, City Hall is on the side of the oligarchy, there is not doubt.

I have experienced these strange incidents over a long period of time, there are a large variety of different harassments used by gangstalkers. There are many sources of gangstalking the largest is the government, but can be drug dealers, security contractors hired by corporations or wealthy people, security contractors who work for the government, cause groups and other organizations.Sociopaths are recruited by them to do the boots on the ground harassment.

In this case the LARP which includes what is called directed conversation is based on Sarah Palin's last speech as governor of Alaska, her quitting speech. After this speech William Shatner went on Conan Obrien's Tonight Show and read parts of the speech like Palin had been speaking poetry. It was hilarious.

The second line Shatner says is "Denali, the Great One."



It took a great deal of work to make this video and then there were problems with the company that made the program. It took me weeks to get it downloaded and ready. This is important as it relates to the Shawn Christy story. It happened the end part of May and then the first of June is when Shawn went on the run. It also happened the day after my speaking to the mayor of Boise about the insane abuse I have endured in this city with a large subset of hateful people. He just blew me off and described some Saturday constituent meetings which his staff later told me only happen about twice a year and they had no idea when one would happen again. They told me this right after he advised me to sign up for one. City Hall in Boise Idaho doesn't care about regular people and certainly not people on SSDI or those who are homeless due to their lack of planning or caring.



Below is just a very small segment of an incident that was very traumatizing for me. This scene happened after I left the place. I had to call the Boise Police Department due to being locked in a storage facility and there was no emergency number. The guy spouting off BS is the employee. Perhaps Mayor Bieter would like to explain this as I had never met him at this time. Then the complaint I filed about this cop was not processed until later when I made a public records request because that is what happens with targeted individuals.  This cop who showed up when I requested help and started to insinuate, accuse me of breaking in to steal things was reported as no longer being on the Boise Police Department but they say he did nothing wrong. The employee lies and agrees with the cop that people try to break in there all the time, the manager had already told me that never happened. I had some odd things happen with my storage unit and had asked her about security there. This employee who interestingly is from Pennsylvania was clearly trying to feed this cop negative false information to cause problems. Some people have some explaining to do.



I did tell the dispatcher the key pad did not work on the gate. I never said I did not have a key or code and I most certainly did. This cop was making crap up. The dispatcher was also a problem, not concerned with getting me help but instead wanted to play 65 questions with me. I have never lived anywhere the police did not have contact info for problems at businesses.

Ten Year Anniversary Date of Wrongful Imprisonment, No Justice, Still Homeless

I never got justice and it feels like all of this recently happened. When I left Alaska three civil cases were brought with me and actually it would have been about five cases. The homeless shelter where I am staying threw my suitcase contents, the files and personal property away after donating  some of it, my clothing and other property. They had no right to do that and how can these people who did this to many claim to care about the homeless. I got no justice with that either. I was being harassed in Alaska and hoped to find peace to work on my cases. Instead all I have gotten in Boise Idaho is abuse and lies from the city to the public about the homeless. There is no housing here, but they make the public think there is. The mayor here filled up the low income housing with immigrants, they get money for having them here. That is Mayor Bieter in Boise Idaho. He hates the homeless.

Some months ago I testified on the phone at four hearings due to two of the malfeasants in the case being in the running to be judges. These two are still alive, the judge, the owner/editor of the newspaper in Nome who published libel about me and even though they put every hearing at the court in the paper held back anything about me which showed I was telling the truth and one of the public defenders have all died. That PD was young and died on April fools day, I suspect a suicide. When I found out all of this I said, it looks like the CIA is trying to help me get some justice. That leaves two public defenders with issues, they all had them and a very corrupt prosecutor who are still alive. The one I expected to be dead by now, psychopath Robin Hume is still alive harming people.

When I finally got the order to go to the lodge and get my things the Alaska State Troopers who had already demonstrated their corruption over and over would not allow it and threatened to arrest me when I got pissed. That was Officer Pellapeare. There were many other troopers involved in ignoring a long string of crimes which I reported at that lodge including Derek Loop. I made phone calls all the way to the DPS, was called a liar and hung up on. I got the same thing from Richard Svobodney at the DOJ. They are as corrupt as hell.

I periodically get an email from someone claiming to have been screwed over by Robin Hume the main player in the scenario at the lodge designed to set me up. I never know if it is him or his brother Steve Hume or someone associated with them or if their story is real. This year I got an email from someone claiming to have been scammed by Robin through a trade for a stay at his lodge, his most common scam. They arrive and find out he lied about the place. I do not know if he is real or not, certainly the date he chose to contact me is suspect. 

Below is my response to his story of the scam and what he found at the lodge even if the guy is not real. 

I'm sorry to hear another person had Robin Hume con them. Law enforcement knows what he did and what he does. I have to assume they have some nefarious reason to protect him.

Robin has other aliases, Ray Hume, Christopher Maximillion, Chris Max and there must be many more. In the winter he takes his cons on the road, goes to Texas, Washington, California, Oklahoma, Florida and other places. He sets up photography scams. He meets up with other scumbags and is involved in prostitution. He uses sex to run scams as well. Robin is not the only owner of that property, there is his brother Steve Hume in Corpus Christi Texas who is also a sociopath and the sister who lives in Homer.

 Steve perjured himself in the Nome court lying about me for a set up and filed a false police report against me. Then I was wrongfully arrested and imprisoned while Robin Hume stole my property and starved/tortured my cat. Law enforcement did nothing, no charges against them. For years I have tried o get justice. When I reported this to the Homer police they left what I said out of the police report and tried to make me sound crazy, typical police action. Robin was going to Anchorage to see teenage prostitutes and was advertising prostitution on Craigslist, obviously the police must have been involved considering their reaction when told about this. That may be why no charges were filed against the Hume brothers. There had been meth cooking, under-age girls partying at the lodge with grown men, a missing woman the troopers would not look for, and multiple thefts from myself along with lots more. The troopers were informed and did nothing. One of the meth cooks had a four year old, it took the state five weeks to respond to my complaint and they had left by then. The troopers would do diddly squat when I called them and if only I had know something about meth labs I could have called another agency, but was clueless back then. I could go on for days, Alaska has very corrupt law enforcement and courts. The troopers blocked me from looking for my property even though I had a court order after being released from wrongful imprisonment.

Robin had a criminal friend who was in prison, Anthony Cooper, and all the while Robin stole his property from storage, he had also gone to the guy’s house and stolen money from his wallet. Tony who I believe was on Heroin would come to the lodge with his meth-ed up brother in law looking for his property. These were dangerous guys, charged with everything including sexual assault. Steve, the brother threatened to hire someone to beat me. Oh, and they pulled an insurance scam which I informed law enforcement, the insurance commission and the insurance company about. The insurance company said they knew something was wrong and asked to talk to me, the only witness, the Hume brothers prevented that. That was probably the main reasons they helped the corrupt officers of the court in Nome have me wrongfully arrested three days after I filed an appeal in a very unjust case. Nothing ever happened to them other than Robin getting pulled over for no car insurance over and over. Robin also drove with a thermos filled with coffee that had liquor in it.

I talked to Robin over a five month period, asked lots of questions before going there to be careful. I had very little resources and no car, he said there was a van that could be used to go into the village for groceries, there was not. It cost me over $300 [$30]round trip to go get groceries. When Robin returned I told the state troopers I quietly went out early in the morning to get groceries and had him thinking I slept all day to prevent him from going in my room to steal my things. Robin told me if I did some chores my rent would be reduced, I had to buy cleaning stuff, even a broom and mop. He never reduced my rent. He stole my wallet, he scammed me several times, I had to pay for utilities that were included in the rent. I had no heat for three months or any way to cook and no other place to go, then there was no water and then the electricity would be off. The guys who were there said Robin would leave and just let the electricity be turned off on the tenants every winter. Then he would come back in the spring and con Steve into paying the bill. Robin also apparently screwed Steve out of much of the profits.

The property with the lodge is only a couple acres I believe, the land around belongs to the Nature Center right there. They charge a membership fee, but Robin tells his so called guests that they can use all that land or that it is his. When Robin would have a guest show up that he was scamming suddenly he disappeared and I was left there alone. The people would be pissed off and come banging on my door like I was the problem, no just on SSDI and could not afford another place in an expensive Alaska village. He is a psychopath.

When I first arrived Robin was in Texas and the meth cooks were stealing his property and vandalizing it. They even smashed windows out of a car. I reported it with phone calls and sent emails with pictures to Robin and Steve. They said they never received them, but then used my pictures in their falsified insurance claim. I also sent emails with pictures to the corrupt state troopers out of Anchor Point who would not let me file police reports against these bastards.  

Your description of the property is how it has been for many years. Periodically someone files a lawsuit against him. I went back to Homer to file against him and another scumbag who filed a false eviction against me, they shut down the court house for renovation right after I arrived. I rented a room in a brand new place thinking the owners would not want druggies or drunks tearing the place up. I was wrong.

There are three siblings who own that lodge which was owned by their parents. Being a psychopath Robin got the parents to allow him to live there as long as he wanted and he will decide when they can sell  the property. He always has it advertised for some outrageous price. Steve is scum like Robin, but the sister lives in Homer and is not like them. They only issue I have with them is they came up to the lodge and did not warn me about the danger nor did they try to help when Robin and Steve had me wrongfully imprisoned. Robin even got all the property the parents left and sold or traded it rather than share it.

Robin would rent rooms to people who had issues so he could commit crimes and scam people, then when they complained he used their history to make the authorities believe him. Oh and get this, he did not even have a license to run the lodge. He got the food to feed his guests by stealing mine and going to the food bank.

He has posted pictures on line that he is a co-owner of a sail boat and supposedly they were sailing around the world, this may be a total lie.

When people file lawsuits against him he disappears until the case is closed. Robin and Steve Hume are disgusting, but the state of Alaska is worse for allowing them to do what they have done to myself and others and go completely unpunished.

The emails I sent to Governor Quitter, Sarah Palin were deleted from the Sarah Palin email dumps after they took two years to purge anything they could get into trouble for or did not want the news media to find out about. The news media never cared about the people that were harmed under the Palin administration anyway.  They then hacked my personal email account and removed the reciprocals. I had glorified some of the emails in blog posts and also got a couple screen shots as the emails were being deleted. At the time we did not know about the massive surveillance state or the tools the NSA and others have to collect data and manipulate our electronic records. Now we know. I lived it and watched as my documents would disappear and what I typed was deleted. People thought those of us who talked about these things were nuts, no and there were a lot of us having the same experiences.
