Boise Police Corrupton, Harassment and Huge Druggies Gone Wild in Boise Idaho, I Guess That's What They Mean by "Livable."

Over a long period of time I have been harassed by multiple entities of Boise Idaho and Ada County and the federal government agencies, HUD in particular plays lots of sick games. The police, the fire department, Ada County Highway Department, Zoo Employees, library staff all the way to the top, some city road crews, oligarchic corporations who are members of Infragard and non-profits, the one connected to HUD, the Intermountain Fair Housing Council along with the Interfaith Sanctuary, a homeless shelter were the worst. This includes construction crews who have even set up fake road construction scenarios or added onto real ones to cause problems, flooded a convenience store whenever I went there no matter the time of day.

On top of this add a drug ring that is allowed to operate full bore here in Boise who has done very dangerous harassment, the cops who must be on their payroll, the apparent lack of concern from the police chief or mayor and you have a dangerous city for anyone who has any kind of intelligence and complaints about even one of these entities. I have complained about all of them to no avail due to the corruption here. Those in charge generally do not return phone calls, or my calls are diverted to either a dead end or someone LARPing the are who I was trying to call. lt's been quite an education about how corrupt a city can be.

Over a long period of time my warnings that I would make and post videos of what was going were laughed at, eyes were rolled and accusations of my lying were made. I am not lying about anything or imagining any of it and proof will be supplied.

The police often harass me by parking close by and just sitting. They use a gangstalking technique I call enter/exit, it can be exit/enter, enter/enter or exit/exit also. I arrive, at least one cop car shows up. For a while when they did this where I park at night they would leave when I put up a black curtain. Before I had the vehicle they would run two cars at a time for instance through a particular intersection or close by every time I approached it and other strange behaviors. When staying at a homeless shelter and walking all over they would park two cars on the street as I approached, get out and just stand there as I went by, show up at restaurants and other places and park outside the window where I sat, there are lots of drive bys, cross walk signals that come on when they are parked close by or drive by and much more.

Continuing problems with what seems to be meth use right next to where I park at night prompted me to drive over the the cop parked across from where I was as ge sat in his car for a discussion on the subject. Keep in mind the Boise Police prevent me from filing police reports and the last time I asked to file a complaint against a cop the dispatcher told me the watch commander would call me, he did not. This seems a lot like time to send lots of information to the DOJ to me. I parked turned off the camera on my dash and began to turn on a body camera when he got on his cell phone and then took off like a bat out of hell. It is not safe for me to talk to a cop in Boise without recording it.





I have parked there for over 7 months including in the cold last winter. The warmer weather came and the druggies set up shop. They hide crap in the bushes, the dumpster surround, etc. There are two who come through screaming, male and female, the male picks things up and throws them against a building and other places. One night they were so high their words were unintelligible, they could barely walk and I thought they were going to have sex behind a van, but they moved on after a while.

Criminals forced me out of an apartment through an organized harassment program done by people with similar issues. The BPD would not allow me to file police reports about the harassment and slandered me. I know how horrible it is to be homeless because I have been for years. The shelters are intolerable, there are people preying upon others including the staff and the conditions are inhumane. I also know a lot about trauma and that drug use is a symptom of that, so I do have some empathy for these out of control people. There are however behavioral issues which require some interventions, people should not be forced to live in an apartment building full of these unsupervised problems especially while all entities responsible don't do their jobs and also abuse the person who is a victim of massive crimes and they are given something for gangstalking themW. Rather than spend time harassing someone like myself who was not causing problems other than telling the truth (very threatening to the corrupt) it seems the BPD time would be better spend on some other things.





Now I live in a vehicle because the Boise Police, city hall, HUD, the Intermountain Fair Housing Council (non-profit of HUD), Idaho Housing Finance, two security contractors, one being Allied Security who worked to have me thrown out of the Downtown Boise library who allowed a drug ring to operate on the property in the courthouse parking garage under the building where my apartment was. Yes, they did, but hey, that's what happens when a county has a privatized courthouse. Oh yea, it is Steadfast Management who owns the courthouse the same corporation that owns the Civic Plaza Apartments where I was terrorized for a year. Another contractor was also on the property doing the organized harassment program for the government. I believe that was G4S.

Going to do laundry always results in harassment of some kind for me. At some laundromats lots of gangstalkers show up doing all kinds of blocking, harassment and disruption tactics. Two thugs with knives would show up at one laundromat at 7 AM, go plug the toilet and sink in the bathroom, obviously tweeking they kept checking to see if someone was coming to get them. The knives were very large. The police are never around for things like that, if I called they would act like I was crazy, when asked why state they did not believe my stories. This is why I have lots of cameras now and make videos to post on the series of tubes (Alaska joke). One laundromat I have gone to resulted in the police showing up to interrogate me as to if I was doing laundry or not. At the one in this video some vehicle from the city of Boise always shows up for harassment and drives by or around my vehicle, Boise City, Public Safety or the Boise Police vehicles. Thst day a cop showed up and just sat across from me, then left, but came back just as soon as I went out to my car and circled it.



At least leave me the hell alone if you can't do your damn jobs.

Thrown Out of Boise Idaho Downtown Library, All Branches, Clear Retaliation and Based on a False Accusation

For a long time I called the second floor of the downtown library, Monkey Town. It has gotten better, but the gangstalking operation occurs all over the library even in the bathroom, even by one of the staff who often works on the 3rd floor.

Considering the documented police harassment and much more it is time for me to take different action than complaining to those who have the power to do something because they are either involved in creating the problems or do not respond when informed about them. I might not live in a democracy, but sure as hell plan to act like I do. Boise may be an oppressive city and hate homeless people, but I will continue to fight for my rights. They terrorized me in this city for years. For a city that hates the homeless they sure as hell do everything they can to create more and I have a story about them doing that to me.

Most of my documentation of much abuse I have never presented publicly, this includes some non-profits used to gangstalk the homeless. People are forced into homelessness so they are trapped into the homeless shelters also causing the police to have direct access to them. This allows for access to psychologically terrorize them for control and to damage them.

If the target manages to get an apartment they will have gangstalkers harass them, tell the management staff lies about them and the management staff will be frustrated by that person complaining about people coming into their apt to cause leaks, do strange things, noise and chemical campaigns, construction/rehab campaigns and massive cigarette/marijuana smoke and worse. They will be lied to by the tenants who are getting something for doing these things and their own maintenance staff and/or some team of LEOs, that is if they themselves are not involved. Selection of those involved are based on sociopathic characteristics. This BTW is one of the reasons our country has been captured by psychopaths, they put people who think the way they do into jobs under their own position of power. At the same time all of this goes on false rumors are spread about the target from police, city hall and members of Infragard. Some of them are repeating lies they were told like a bunch of gossipy hens. It is really bad in Boise due to the engineered massive growth here giving corporations most of the power.

What went on at the library last Thursday April 4th after all I have already been through was a defining event for me. 

I will now be presenting much publicly including some of the players of the attack I have been under in Boise Idaho. What is being done in Boise and in other places all over the country is illegal and some of their actions are felonies at the city, state and federal level. They use the Fusion Centers who implant FBI in the 911 call centers and state police intelligence units to go after people for political reasons, because they are whistleblowers, activitists, political enemies, have ethics and morals, those corporations or powerful people don't like, about 3/4ths are women, empowered, intelligent women which means there is a secondary agenda (this is a red state after all). A high percentage of the targets are highly intelligent and educated individuals. Ask yourself why they would want to destroy people like that, especially women.

We have journalists who have written books about their own experiences, retired NSA, FBI, CIA and more who have come forward with information. The highly intelligent targets have also uncovered patents, research papers and a massive amount of information documenting what is happening. 

These tactics are not new and have been used a very long time, but now they have electronics to track us and directed energy weapons to enhance the psychological torture of the STASI/Zersetzung tactics. It is reported by those familiar with the intelligence agencies which includes military intelligence that the NAZI SS, East German STASI, KGB, CIA tactics that have been used for hundreds of years including by the Masons, the KKK which was started by the Masons and the oldest known org, the Jesuits to control people in many countries is now being used to target the people of the United States on a widespread scale using the DOJ/NSA/FBI/Infragard and pretty much all government agencies and non-profits. We are calling for Nuremberg type trials including the death penalty for those involved in these crimes against humanity. This after all is a holocaust, one many of us believe is just the beginning of a plan to control the whole world population.


I have had harassment at the Boise Downtown library for years. If you did not want me to go there then you should not have intentionally worked to make me homeless. You should also stop saying the library is for everyone because it is not, it is for the bullies and those considered to be elites, those two groups seem to go to together despite there vast economic differences. Interesting. With the new library you are attempting to force through despite a lack of more needs such as affordable housing the harassment will be even worse.

This is what I meant by saying, "You gaslighted me and now you are going to pay for it."My plan was to write about what happened in the office which was mostly nothing, over and over again. The lack of returned phone calls from Mr. Boose, the director of the system. The attitude by some of the staff that they are at war with me, especially Allied Security. Security did not act this way before, this is recent. Does going NAZI have something to do with shoving a new library down the throats of the people of Boise?  Rather than listen and stop the abuse you provided more evidence of targeting so I made videos. There have been many experiences over the years I have not published. It is time for that information to go public. This is not just about the library, but Boise Idaho as a whole. I call the bullying, harassment, sabotage spreading of lies in this city, BOISE NICE. What a joke that project is. Another thing about Boise is the problem is never the problem, the person who complains about it is, especially if that person is directly harmed by it.

People will hate me for telling the truth, but it may help prevent others from being terrorized by the large subset of evil embedded in Boise Idaho. Call me whatever you want, hate me all you want, just stop committing crimes against me and others on a massive scale .

They Busted Someone for Online Sex Trafficking in AK. Wait I Thought That Meant Craziness.

In December of 2009 I wrote this about prostitution that was associated with both Anchorage and Homer. Certainly there are several operations at any given time, which means this is likely not the one I reported. The question remains why was I ignored and why did the Homer Police along with all the other stories I told them that day in 2007 not put the details in the report, but instead designed the report to look like I was crazy? Is law enforcement now crazy too? Are they having hallucinations about prostitution being advertised on the internet including on Craigslist? There were other things I told them that day which they felt were also an indication of my being mentally ill because statements I made were "illogical and not rational ", such as in this post and in this one.

If you ask me being told about these true illegal activities which are common and occur in many places, but not believing they could be possible is "illogical and not rational." It is also very odd for police to not document what someone tells them, which would offer up proof of their craziness. They record everything making that easy, but instead they just gave a narrative about their own opinion. Cops are not psychologists or psychiatrists. Did that crazy opinion come from somewhere else? You know that is a major bullying method for discrediting targets done through rumors and manipulations.

One cop was angry about my mention of the Craigslist advertising for prostitution done by con man Robin Hume. I even told them who the prostitute was. The cops were also indicating they did not know prostitution was advertised on Craigslist. Really they did. They demanded to know how I knew about this. There were two ways. First, someone who went to Anchorage with Robin Hume and was angry that Robin went to see a teenage prostitute while he and his son waited in a vehicle first told me about it.  I gave them his name which was conveniently left out of the police report. Second was my on line research on Robin Hume some of which is documented here. The public pretenders should have done the research on him along with law enforcement, but they did nothing until an investigator who apparently was not in on the conspiracy made some phone calls. Then to get to the truth I had to become a detective. The wrongful arrest in 2007 served more than one purpose. I am quite sure it was done in part to allow evidence and witnesses to not be found who could tell the story of prostitution and drugs at that lodge. Yea, it is pretty clear law enforcement and maybe others were helping the sex trafficking ring, unless as a group they all have severe intellectual impairments.

I believe prostitution should be legal for many reasons. Licensing sex workers would allow for regulations to decrease STDs, stauatory requirements for locations of brothels could keep prostitution out of certain areas of cities and towns, it would be easier to keep prostitutes off the streets, sex workers could be protected in businesses, they could be assisted to go into other types of work, recovery from early traumas which have affected how they came to be sex workers could be facilitated, addiction treatment could be mandated and of course the pimp/madam factor which causes so much abuse could be eliminated. The sex rings, including the corporate type have ways of keeping prostitutes trapped with drugs, threats, manipulation and psychological abuse that causes low self esteem. Eliminating the underground, blackmarket factor removes a lot of the scammers, slave holders along with the large amounts of bribes paid to law enforcement and government officials. It's like marijuana, is it a good idea to engage in the activity, no, but what is way worse is arresting people and destroying their lives for doing it, especially when many of the people needed help to begin with.

I also believe people using drugs should not be arrested. However, with both prostitution and drug selling I don't want my life affected and those who are running selling operations should be arrested. Living next to these kinds of operations causes huge problems, especially in apartments, noise, fighting, door knocking all night and the arrival of creepy people. In Alaska there is little help for those who complain of these problems. Law enforcement in many parts of Alaska are generally on the side of the wrong doers in these situations, but of course whoever owns the property controls what the cops do about the complaints. That is wrong.

Yes Robin I did see you drive by close to where I live not too long ago. Let me alert you to the fact that the Soldotna Police are not like the police in Homer.

Community Mobbing: Police Reports Designed to Discredit Me

This post is about community bullying. As usual I wrote something way too long that included too much information. It needs to be divided up into smaller parts because community bullying just like workplace bullying is complex and confusing, it defies logic for those who do not have intentions to hurt others, who can't understand the minds of those who do. This post is just two documents with supporting information.

Tony Wilkerson the Alaska representative of the Workplace Bullying Institute is wanting to change the Alaskans for a Healthy Workplace group to include community mobbing which is essentially the same as workplace bullying, often both go on simultaneously. I love this idea as it is an enormous problem in Alaska. Tony asked me for a police report to demonstrate mobbing, I gave him two from Homer. There are more. Who else would do this but me considering what one of them says. I have the courage due to knowing truth floats. I had planned to write about these police reports, but had not gotten to it yet.

These documents involve this, but also corruption.

The two police reports in this post I received from the Homer Police Department were screened and approved by Police Chief Mark Robl as a result of a FOIA request. This one directly below is very suspicious for having information removed. I will discuss why in a minute. Details are important in police work. When dealing with a mentally ill person both health care workers and the police know to document what the person says and does, not just make claims, claims mean absolutely nothing. Of course if someone is manipulating information they would leave out what they don't want documented and add something that discredits the messenger.

After I was wrongfully arrested and imprisoned and crimes were committed against me as a result I went to the Homer Police to tell them what had happened. I talked for a long time to several cops and covered lots of the incidents, starting with Nome. There are some things I always mention which some people are familiar with, much of that is not in this police report, instead the report is designed to indicate that I had a case of the crazies, a very common tactic of bullying. Of course I had been traumatized by all of the psychological terror that came my way over a period of years, then just a few days earlier I had been released from being wrongfully imprisoned a few days after an appeal was filed in my case, abused by prison staff, including  medical and nursing staff. That includes aggregious malpractice against me by abruptly stopping Trazadone and Gabapentin which is dangerous, especially to a person with ME and PTSD. It was very sadistic. Then there was my cat being harmed and my property being stolen and damaged which I knew was going on the whole time I was wrongfully imprisoned with no assistance from the public defender agency which helped engineer it. Robin Hume did those acts and Steve Hume gave a false police report, I was the victim and already had been even before this. Instead of charging them with the crimes they committed I was blocked from getting my property that Robin Hume had stolen by AST, a trooper who was sent to help me get my things threatened to arrest me for disorderly conduct for saying I was going to call my lawyer and waving my arms when I said it, there was a court order. The big question of why the Hume brothers were not charged remains unanswered by the state troopers. Why did the troopers also lie all the way up the chain of command and then destroy pictures a trooper had taken of my property when I told him Robin Hume would steal it the night I was wrongfully arrested on the trumped up warrant out of Nome? Keep these questions in mind. 

When I tell the story about the prison experience I always mention the malpractice of the medical and nursing staff, that is how they knew about the medications.  I did not tell them I had a psychosis, it was PTSD, ME/CFS and autism which I now know is a part of ME. They asked me if I had an appointment with mental health, notice they also wanted the date. Why did they want that? When I went for the appointment someone I thought was a psychologist and was actually a social worker was angry with me before I arrived. She proceeded to angrily ask me questions during the intake interview and then become very angry at my answers. It was a very strange experience and I have written about much of this many times before. Then she asked me if I wanted her impression and said I was "paranoid with psychotic features". Of course that was obviously not true, so I asked her to tell me the symptoms that lead her to that conclusion. She said, "It was the way you told that story." That was even stranger than her anger. People with PTSD tell their stories over and over until people want to kill them and I was very emotionally traumatized and upset which is why I was there, hello mental health hacks.

I had psychological injury from being psychologically tortured over a long period of time by more than one group of sick bullies including several agencies in Alaska who exchange information. That clinic I went to was the state mental health clinic in Homer. When Parnell mentions the clinics for low income people realize this is the kind of treatment they are getting. It took a year just to get an appointment as they did not return phone calls, a third party had to contact them for me. A couple days after the appointment with the angry social worker a non-state psychologist told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with me. Then a friend told me that psychologist had sent a letter to someone we knew that he would help her keep her child if she had sex with him and wanted advice on what to do. I told her to fax it to the board of licensing. Yea, these are examples of Alaska health care "professionals" and I have more, lots more. Then when I saw the psychiatrist he said I had PTSD and I have seen at least four others who say the same thing. It is so obvious a sea slug could figure it out.

When I received the FOIA request I realized the Homer Police or the women's shelter, Haven House must have contacted the mental health clinic to make sure they had preconceived ideas about me, they planted negative information. Yes there is bullying at the women's shelters on the Kenai Peninsula, it's really awful. The public defenders were excusing their issues by telling the governor's office and Quinlan Steiner I was "paranoid" in emails. That may have started with the bullies at Norton Sound Health Corporation. Robin Hume was telling people I was "crazy" because I told him I had PTSD and he was trying to cover his crimes. Crazy, paranoid and other terms are often used by bullies such as in Nome when a bullied nurse or other staff would suddenly leave, "I'm glad she is gone, she was crazy." Then I would say, "She was not crazy when she got here, something happened to her here." She still was not crazy, she had a psychological trauma inflicted on her by bullies. The same thing happens in domestic violence cases and police will listen to the husband who says this about his wife to cover what he did. The same thing happens to inmates or so called enemy combatants, which in some cases is done for the purpose of causing mental health issues as a form of intentional torture. 

Who thinks I did not mention the cat story?

Of all the glaring omissions of what I said to these cops, the most obvious missing part of the story is about my cat. There is no way in hell I did not mention her, just ask the lawyer who was the public defender who helped set up my wrongful arrest who is now the magistrate in Nome, Brooke Browning Alowa who sent an email saying she was tired of hearing about my "frickin' cat" to her boss. Should a lawyer who harms clients be a magistrate? Apparently that is one of the requirements in Alaska for lawyers. The bullies believe people they intentionally harm are not even allowed to complain in Alaska. Try and stop me.

I went over the major parts of the story with those cops including what had gone on at the lodge. They would like people to believe I was mentally ill and delusional, but no. The most important components of my speech to them were meth being cooked at the lodge, a trooper leaving a child with a man high on meth who clearly was involved in cooking it, being tortured in the prison system, troopers not responding when I called about a missing woman who was a prostitute, a story about some altercation between her and Robin Hume, the completely manufactured story with a false police report to have me wrongfully arrested, Robin trading stays at the lodge for prostitution services, Robin saw teenage prostitutes in Anchorage spending all the money for utilities at the lodge, how Robin Hume told people I would be in prison for six months (who told him that?), how I was threatened to be beaten by Steve Hume who said he would hire someone, how they bullied me and tried to block me from going in my room, how I had to booby trap my room because I was afraid of the psychopaths living there, troopers not responding for threats to myself or theft and vandalism, troopers not responding to underage drinking and drug use, Robin and Steve Hume not being charged for the crimes against myself and animal cruelty. 

Then there was the granddaughter of Robin Hume who was with him a lot and being taught to be a grifter. Two guys were stealing things from the lodge and I made quite a bit of effort to tell the troopers who did nothing because it was "not my property". Robin and Steve Hume pulled an insurance scam which I have discussed with the insurance agent who had been trying to locate me as a witness (Robin and Steve Hume refused to give him my phone number) along with reporting it to the insurance commission who apparently acted like an Alaska agency and did nothing. I am sure I also told the Nome Homer Police I took pictures of what was going on and emailed them to the owner of the lodge and a trooper thinking it would be stopped. No, the trooper used one of the emails against me which did not even make logical sense. Robin and Steve Hume wanted the place trashed to help facilitate the insurance scam.

Of course they would like people to think I was imagining the whole thing, but I was not. These events and much much more had traumatized me causing severe PTSD with the suicide ideation so common with it and making the ME severe which caused neurological issues, but I did not have a psychosis nor was I out of touch with reality. I was used to being around people who understood what PTSD was and also did not use a mental health issue to bully or gaslight someone. I am also very open, something that is dangerous around psychopaths. At that time I did not know bullying is routine in Alaska and was very confused by this sick behavior. Cops usually know something about PTSD because it is a frequent consequence of their jobs and the people they are supposed to be serving who are traumatized by violence, accidents, etc., but here they cause it and then use it against people.

I also told part of this story at a meeting of the Kenai Peninsula Borough, but they only allow citizens to speak for three minutes. I mentioned my "frickin' cat".  

Either these cops were out of touch with what went on around them or they were covering up to protect themselves and others. The evidence that they were possibly covering up is the lack of information in this police report and the reaction of anger by one cop and the look on the face of another when I discussed the prostitution at the lodge. Why were the Humes not charged with crimes, why did troopers destroy evidence and lie, why did the cops write this report the way they did without much of what I said and then make a psychological judgment against me to taint what I had reported to them?

From 2009, about my going to the Homer Police Department to give them information in 2007 :

When I told some in law enforcement about the advertising for prostitution on Craigslist they were actually quite nasty to me thinking I was making it up. They wanted to know how I knew about it and how I knew it was Robin Hume. It does not appear to be difficult to figure this out for law enforcement or anyone else, so why all the reluctance and skepticism on their part? 

Who the hell did not know about prostitution on Craigslist?

During the conversation they were also quite skeptical about my telling them meth was being cooked at the lodge. A trooper told me Jeremy Watson was high on meth when I called several times one night. They would not come for theft from a resident, spraying of CO2 fire extinguishers all over his room and property, threats to harm me, underage girls drinking and drugging with adult males, nope, but they came for loud music. Welcome to law enforcement in Alaska. Later after this conversation I lived in another place where meth was clearly being cooked and many of the same issues were occurring. Those are just the places where it was being cooked, lol. The Homer Police were very unresponsive, abusive, said idiotic things to me and the police chief was always out of town when I called to make an appointment to discuss what had gone on with his cops. Clearly he was not receiving information.  

They had information about the drugs for years, I gave it to them, they gaslighted me and spread information that I was just crazy. Why? I believe it is because they are corrupt and either customers of prostitutes or protecting someone who is pimping. Perhaps they are protecting some prostitution ring that has a connection to Anchorage. It is clear they also allowed meth cooking without any intervention until it became a huge problem as I told them about that too more than once and got abuse. Read the horrendous story here. I have to wonder about protection for drug dealing. The second report below is also missing some information. 

From 2011, about incidents that happened years earlier:

In Homer I was bullied by some of the right wing bullies there when I held an Obama sign across from the poling place. I asked the staff at the poling place where I should stand and even called the police to ask them to clarify it. I knew they would cause trouble. The police in many of the small towns in Alaska only react to those with power, money or influence so they did not respond to my call. They only came when the right wingers in the poling place decided to change the door they measure picketing distance from in the middle of an election after years of using another door. They called the police to move me three times that day while right wing wack jobs drove up and down the street honking and flipping me off.

The report only shows the police coming one time, that way it does not look like the harassment that it was. While I held up the sign the main person who drove up and down the street flipping me off and honking her horn was the slumlord of an apartment building full of drugs and other issues that I reported to the police (who did nothing). My name was indeed given and I was not protesting, I was holding up an Obama for president sign. In Alaska that is dangerous because only the second amendment counts here. The other person was not harassed by the slumlord.
