Found in notes received from the public defender agency secondary to my FOIA request. DA John Earthman engineered my wrongfull arrest/incarceration 3 days after I filed an appeal.
The charges were dropped because they are going federal, well no wonder they were so rude when i called the DA's office for information. What a circus. Karen also says the transportation order was signed in the 4th by the judge to take him to the trial.
The Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office says the charges against
Shawn Christy have been dropped because the case went federal.
Prosecutors use large numbers of charges against defendants as a weapon to force them to take pleas. Shawn refused pleas so it did not work. He requested the discovery and considering much of the charges were based on survival crimes related to his being set up over and over in an engineered three month run there is evidence they do not want the public to see. This was psychological warfare, against Shawn Christy, his parents, Craig and Karen and supporters like myself. There was also psychological warfare against the public to fill them with fear based on a massive smear campaign against Shawn that had gone on for over a decade.
There are three articles written so far about this in the news media which is odd because when something positive happens they generally do not report it at all. They hype up anything negative focusing on how Shawn got pissed off due to injustice instead.
In this article they say Shawn Christy is waiting for sentencing on the federal charges. They fail to mention there will have to be a hearing on his motion for acquittal first.
Shawn Christy is amazing, he stood his ground for trails refusing a plea deal thus forcing them to realize they would have to reveal evidence they do not want disclosed to the public. Notice no reason for dismissing the charges is given.
I contacted District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis' office to ask if a
statement about the rationale for dropping the charges would be issued.
I was treated very rudely, terminal hold. I doubt they will have the courage to tell
the truth.
This video below happened on January 28th, a month after the video above from December 28th, another "coincidence." I suspect that was due to the decision to drop the charges against Shawn in Luzerne County PA. I live in a minivan and park in a particular place at night. First day of harassment a cop parked to the right of me in a parking lot, second day one parked to the left of me in a parking lot, then three of them parked here the third day. This has also been done over a long period of time in another place I parked with them facing me for menacing. The City of Boise loves to harass, harm and arrest for BS the un-housed people in Boise.
That night after the BPD did their harassment a noise campaign was waged by the local Army of Weaponized Morons, another "coincidence." In one of the videos I noticed a walker, the hospital type sitting by one of the cop cars. It was used to make noise that night and busted up with the parts thrown in the street close to where I was parked. In the morning there were massive first responders at the post office close by lights-a-flashing in the dark. That was likely caused by contractor assholery or BPD fakery, don't know nothing was in the news about it. I have not made a video of this yet, but here is one of the video segments. Often any event about Shawn or Sarah Palin has harassment associated with it.
Cop car just went by as I posted this. Such "coincidences." Had some interesting searches on this blog yesterday and wondered what was going on, now I know. Today there was a search I believe is Sarah Palin's old attack lawyer, John Timessen and whoever it is seems to be obsessed. He used his office phone before, then this computer started showing up. Lawyers are often involved in organizing harassment against enemies of their clients.
Before this the charges against Shawn for phone harassment of Officer Lahovski who filed a false police report and took a video with a tablet of the assault on Shawn so he could edit specific parts out were dropped. Craig Chrsity, Shawn's father was charged also and served probation which just now ended. In Craig's case that would have been a disruption and control operation, no doubt. I refer to video evidence altered to subvert justice as being Lahovskied. The government likes to use the anger against cops, DAs, etc. from altering evidence to charge the victims of injustice with more crimes.
The witness in one of the cases was a pathological liar just making crap up for attention or the usual favors or pay from law enforcement agencies.
Shawn kept reporting he saw USMS and PA State Police wherever he was, that they knew exactly where he was all the time. It is clear they were orchestrating the run, any idiot could have arrested Shawn pretty much anywhere during the run, but they made a path for him creating situations of least resistance. They spent their time propagandizing that Shawn was dangerous and putting on an automatic gun show in a threat to Shawn as part of the orchestration to try and get him do something they could use as an excuse to kill him. This was the second run, they knew where he was then too, but he wasn't in an area where they had assets to assist them. He would report specific LEOs such as Alaska US Deputy Marshal Rochelle Liedike or as I call her, the Fake Homeless Lady at the Library.
All through the set ups of Shawn Christy by the DOJ's FBI/USMS army against the citizens of the United States and justice the video evidence keeps disappearing. As I found out through my own experience other things disappear such as articles I write, links to those articles and videos and paper files. Set up people, then destroy the evidence that demonstrates the set up.
This post contains information about Shawn Christy reporting to his parents that he saw USMS, FBI etc. while on the run to try and keep USMS/FBI from killing him. Specific people from Alaska would show up who have ties to Sarah Palin, their appearances began when Shawn was a teenager at a library and then his emails would disappear. @5.37 Shawn discusses Rochelle Liedike. He says she lied that she was never on his case. It's is hard to understand but it sounds like he is saying that in some discovery from the FBI there is evidence she contacted him under the name Diana Gonzales and offered him sexual favors for information. I knew about that, but did not know he had this evidence. She's going to get a subpoena. That is why they are blocking whatever they can in his case, widespread corruption and lying.
I dropped some research in this post because I am damn tired of people lying about me in the background to get others to help them harm me. All the people who are slandering and libeling me need to be in prison. Clearly this is done to harm the target and they even tell lies to cause misdiagnoses and medical bullying, everything they can get to is sabotaged. Bullying, harassing, spreading rumors, doing odd things to people, helping to break into their homes and other crimes are not an investigation, any LEOs who tell people it is are lying. Nope, it is harassment, disruption and discrediting. They are going after good people. A large number of LEOs in this country are committing crimes and violating the Constitution.
I was waiting for the FOIA request sent to the USMS to find out if they were willing to admit the government is doing organized harassment/disrupt/discredit on me before posting this information about Deputy US Marshal Rochelle Liedike. The research and FOIA requests of a massive amount of others affected similarly as myself have shown it is clear the government will not tell the
truth, just continue to gaslight. So far no response at all from my FOIA
request other than they go on my blog to do research and perhaps
facilitate the increase in gangstalking or organized harassment that
happened this summer. Boise Idaho gets more heinous as time goes on.
I decided to go forward with posting this information and make a video of a phone conversation with a deputy US Marshal due to false information from a memo in paperwork Shawn, Jessica Hoon Eckert and the Christys received from the Middle District of the Federal Public Defender Agency. At this point I do not know if the lie was from Deputy US Marshal Rochelle Liedike, the fed public defenders/DOJ or if the investigator, John Brunza screwed up or lied. Considering the things that have gone on it could be either or both. One thing is clear, there is documentation that someone is not telling the truth and both the USMS and the federal public defenders have a history of lying, covering up and corruption. I contacted the Middle District/PA PD office Friday, August 30th, was lied to that Heidi Freese Shawn's PD was not in that day, then she called later, left a msg including that she was in. My phone was off as I was in a quiet area when she called, if I knew that was a possibility I would have been in a different spot, but was told a lie. Then I called back but they were gone. Yesterday there was a hearing in the morning, so tried to call later twice, no success. Guess I need to ask the DOJ OIG for some answers.
Shawn Christy has reported that he saw Rochelle Liedike and a female FBI agent all over the place during his 3 month run the summer of 2018. It was clear that run was being orchestrated, the odd vehicles, keys easy to find, the coincidences and the businesses with their security systems off. The USMS did constant threat signaling about Shawn and yet they did not use technology used for tracking to find him. Things the FBI and USMS never do (but they do) happened like knowing Shawn was going to show up at Dakota Meyer's home, then stay away (or observe from a distance), no one was there, very strange, not even Meyers or his brother who works for Mitch McConnell, Timothy Gilliam. There was the odd USPS vehicle left there for Shawn.They also did not seem to be able to track him at all in the woods or in vehicles. Who thinks that school mini van and the postal vehicle did not have GPS in them? They did not want to find him, they wanted him dead. Who was orchestrating the run, was it the two women Shawn saw often, USMS and FBI both under the DOJ? What agency is the whole team really working for?
Who is Rochelle Liedike? She has had several last names, has ties to Virginia and is "sneaky" like Shawn has said. This video right below is when I knew she was the woman I had called the Fake Homeless Lady at the Library during the Arctic Conference in Anchorage Alaska at the end of August in 2015. Some of the others in the video were stalking, harassing and trying to provoke me. They were interested in my suitcase which contained my medical records from Providence Hospital, documentation collected about the gangstalking operation at Laurawood Arms Apts in Soldotna Alaska (I did not understand what went on was organized harassment then), other documentation and personal papers in files. First people following me showed interest in the suitcase, then it disappeared off a Greyhound bus, I shitstormed them until they had to give it back to me, yes things in the suitcase were disrupted. Then it was stolen from behind a locked storage room at a homeless shelter in Boise Idaho using their out of control bullying minions who were often sociopathic. I believe the files were stolen to protect Greg Russell the handler in the gangstalking in Soldotna Alaska, especially since there are a large number of witnesses to that operation including the former manager and maintenance man who were also gangstalked by him and his disturbed family and his crew of elderly miscreants who can't tell reality from unreality or truth from fiction. Would that have lead to the entity that was directing the organized harassment? Yes it would if we had any agency in this country that was not corrupt and would investigate. The police in Soldotna should have investigated but they are too busy kissing Greg Russell's ass.
It's a long story, but I finally after several years left that apartment and went to Anchorage Alaska to be homeless. Just like in Idaho the homeless shelters in Alaska are a cluster, traumatizing and unsafe.
Both the USMS and the Secret Service are located in the Federal Building on 7th St. in Anchorage and the FBI is close by on 6th. Even though these are federal agencies they were most likely the ones who were doing the surveillance on my blog from Anchorage.
This happened at the Kaladi Brothers, a coffee shop across from city hall in Anchorage Alaska. The manager started getting really nasty right after all of this started. She went around taking videos with a tablet and glaring at people, especially me. I told them about that at city hall, no one cares just like all the abuses of the homeless.
I have described before how I was followed and harassed leading up to
the Arctic Conference and during it. This caused me to go find a place
to stay away from the downtown area until it was over. I went to the
Qupqugiaq Inn which had Japanese pods which were more affordable than a
regular room. The place is kind of funky. Right after arriving a little
guy showed up and sat in the chair at the end of the table close to the
bottom of the picture for hours. I realized he was there to do
surveillance on me. There was no reason for that so it was very strange.
At the Loussac Library in Anchorage Alaska there was some construction going on. I have since learned construction is used as cover for many parts of gangstalking and used for harassment. Noise campaigns, chemical campaigns, weaponized fire alarms are used any place they can manage them and maintenance/construction equipment. That happened over and over right after I arrived at the Loussac library during the Arctic Conference. I did not understand government organized harassment then or that this country is ruled by psychopaths. I had a heavy backpack and rolling suitcase with me all the time. That library begins on the second floor of the building it is in, so I had to navigate out of the library during their weaponized fire alarms using the stairs with the backpack and suitcase nearly every time I went there. This is happening to people all over the country. I can't understand why people would participate in such a waste of resources or think it is OK to bully and harass people, but they participate in large numbers, our leadership are not good stewards of tax payer money. The quality of the people in this country has deteriorated to the point of being quite dangerous and clearly the worst of us are in charge.
Rochelle Liedike is associated with several last names which could just indicate several marriages. I wonder if she had a connection to Clune Construction on the east coast.

Shawn just had a psych eval, no psychosis, he has a high IQ and his mother describes an eidetic memory. Usually these kinds of traits are linked genetically to very good eye sight. His parents also report he does not lie.
The FBI was infiltrated by the CIA which put people from intelligence agencies and military intel into it, USMS and FBI are controlled by the CIA controlled DOJ, so much so our current A.G. William Barr is CIA and his father, Donald Barr was OSS (CIA precursor) who hired Jeffrey Epstein to work at a school he ran. Epstein worked for both CIA and Mossad. There is a hell of a lot more to that story. On top of all of this my own experiences of being tracked, harassed and set up cause me to believe Shawn due to similar experiences and my research about what has happened to others. The main exception in the stories of others are the orchestrated runs Shawn went on. I said years ago they were trying to make Shawn into a shooter, it did not work, instead you got a pro se litigator. My gangstalking did not start at the age of 17 like his did but they use the same tactics on all targets, everything is standardized, everywhere, all targets know details of what he and has family have been through. Imagine what it would be like to be a target of the government since age 17, your life sabotaged in every way, lies told about you, set ups and strange goings on. How many would have done as well as Shawn has?

On August 27th the below memo was revealed to me from Jessica Hoon Eckert and the Christys. It states an investigator, John Brunza did an interview of Rochelle Liedike and states something she was supposed to have said. In the last paragraph is written, "Deputy Liedike reported that in late September 2018, a person named Celia Harrison contacted her to ask whether Deputy Liedike had been communicating with Shawn on Facebook using a fake name. Deputy Liedike said she never communicated with Shawn in an undercover capacity." This statement is false aka complete horse shit, the video below proves that. I called the Alaska USMS to ask questions about how they operate, policy, procedure questions. The reason I did this is both FBI and USMS in Alaska have gone to Pennsylvania related to an operation against Shawn Christy that has gone on for about a decade since he was 17 years old. They started in Alaska doing investigations and set ups on Shawn, then ended up in McAdoo PA or even transferred to PA. The first story was a female FBI agent from AK who came to the library in McAdoo PA and sat next to teenage Shawn disappearing his emails. His father Craig Christy went to the library to watch and reports seeing exactly the strange scenario his son Shawn reported.
Called the USMS in Alaska and was transferred, then spoke to a deputy named Shawn/Sean who did not give me useful info. When I called him a car pulled up next to me. I have that happen often, it's disruption, harassment. I was drinking coffee in a parking lot close to my storage probably very early in the morning at a Fred Meyers. A call came not long after that call ended, missed or ignored, don't remember. I may have been eating something. I called back and was surprised to find out it was Rochelle Liedike and in the recording you can kind of hear the surprise in my voice. Very odd that she called. I believe she knew exactly who I was and considering my phone is monitored for even things I say to myself to facilitate them knowing where I am going so they can set up harassment ops. Likely the Fusion Center in Utah was on some alert to notify her and perhaps others when I do certain things. I often have disruption happen if I make phone calls to government agencies and harassment calls.
That's it, that is all she said to the investigator that I called to ask if she was using a fake persona on FB to talk to Shawn, really? I don't have to ask if agencies have LEOs doing that, it is most certainly clear they do. In fact we have dropped information on the FB group, "Shawn Christy Political Prisoner' we wanted them to know. What questions were asked of Liedike? She should have had more to say than this. Why would the federal public defenders document just that response? Is this how a CIA Iran-Contra fixer A.G. who is running the DOJ operates the federal public defender agency?
No idea if the federal PDs screwed up what she said or Rochelle Liedike lied. The phone call was 26 minutes and most certainly Deputy Liedike would have remembered my accusation that she is 'The Fake Homeless Lady at the Library.' Apparently she claims to never go anywhere, not Pennsylvania, not Ohio, not even to the Loussac Library in Anchorage Alaska. But we know in 2011 she was in New Hampshire with Donald Trump.
The only other explanation for that reflection picture of Liedike is Time Magazine which has heavy documentation of a long history propagandizing the public as a Mockingbird outlet of the CIA, was assisting them in the psyop against Shawn Christy by planting a doctored picture in the article.
With organized harassment they use mimics often along with other sick games to freak out the target and to attempt to make them appear mentally ill when they tell the stories. Were all those sightings Rochelle Liedike or psyop mimics from a distance? My intuitive brain says it was likely her working with the FBI to orchestrate the three month run, you know just what we all know the FBI does. USMS and FBI are under the umbrella of the DOJ and clearly have been working together against Shawn and his family for a decade.
I contacted the Middle District of the Federal Public Defenders in Pennsylvania Friday August 30th and again September 3rd to get their side of the story and to clarify their process, etc. After pointing out the false info in their document I emailed them the video below of the conversation I had with Rochelle Liedike. The receptionist told me Shawn's former public defender Heidi Freese was not in on Friday August 30th, then Freese called later leaving me a message that she was in, they were gone by the time I called back. I called twice to her office on the 3rd in order to clarify if the document was in error due to the public defenders or Deputy US Marshal Rochelle Liedike. I got no returned phone call which is the standard way I am treated by all government entities in the psychopathocracy we live in.
Yesterday Shawn had a hearing in which he requested to fire Heidi Freese and her team to become pro se, both requests were granted by judge Mariani due to the conduct of that agency.
People who are not targeted do not know the FBI has called the Cointelpro which was supposed to have stopped in the 1970s, disrupt and discredit. The main way they discredit people is to spread false information, in person, by phone calls, emails, texting, etc. I have had many so called police do this to me verbally and in writing, these lies infect everything in the life of the target and some are done to anger people so they will do horrible things to us. Rochell Liedike was likely trying to make me sound like a nut. She could have done that by telling them I thought she was a fake homeless lady at a library and then telling them she had never been anywhere, not even to the library. By not doing so she admits it was true.
Shawn Christy and I did not have the same delusions and hallucinations. I wrote about that fake homeless lady at the Loussac library years before I had heard of Rochelle Liedike. The mannerisms are the same, the body build, the face, the hair, the way she talks. Wish I had a body camera then but who could imagine our government could do such horrible things to people.

Let me be very clear and repeat myself for the third time. I did not contact Rochelle Liedke, she contacted me and I returned the call. I had called the Alaska USMS to ask some questions about procedures, talked to a guy named Shawn or Sean before she then called me which is very odd. Federal agencies don't call people with questions back, they sure as hell do not call ME back. I was close to my storage in the parking lot of a store when I called, with the first phone call someone pulled in next to me, then when I called Rochelle Liedike back a second car came and parked by me. The parking lot did not have very many cars in it due to being early, so the surveillance was obvious.
Word is Rochelle Liedike also worked security for Sarah Palin, but I have no documentation. Sarah Palin and Donald Trump are good friends, Liedike did security for Trump, 1+1=2. Which contractor does Rochelle Liedike work for? Dakota Meyer has one, Rochelle seems to have been in Virginia for a while where the larger contractors are located. Also many LEOs have their own LLCs for government contracting work. That is what Greg Russell in Soldotna Alaska does to torture people for political reasons. It's the Phoenix Program in America.

Lots is going on with Shawn Christy's multiple court cases. Very little is going on about telling the truth about what has gone on with him and his family for a decade or even with recent history. 1. There are all kinds of corrupt actions by officers of the court and police being revealed in cases. Some of it is old. A whistleblower told the Christys a while back a trooper had been doing some gun trafficking task force operation on them. They say there is no truth to it and if they had been selling guns they would not have had financial problems along with having been charged with the crimes by now. Nothing these law enforcement agencies do or claim ever makes any sense. That investigation went on for years, if there was any illegal gun selling by now they would have some evidence. Considering what has gone on over the years what makes sense to me is Trooper Watkins was assigned to attempt to set the Christys up somehow. He is associated with the PA USMS who are central in lies and harassment of the Christy family.
Apparently Trooper Andrew Watkins has issues with exhausted men displaying flat affects while looking puzzled. This Watkins is behaving much like a former Boise Police Officer who after I left began to have a gossipy circle jerk about me with some other men. "With that attitude," this seems to be the favorite phrase of cops who have attitude everywhere in the country. My attitude is absolutely none of his business and considering the behavior of the Boise Police I should have one. Police Chief Bones should be concerned about the attitude of his officers that gave me my attitude about THEM. These issues with police are a national intentionally caused problem.
2. It is hard to keep up due to so many cases.
3. Shawn is pro se except for the one federal case about idle threats on Facebook.
4. Harassment such as slowing down my computer, blocking tactics to prevent me from getting tasks done, harassment, gangstalking, cyberbullying from some psycho who may be law enforcement or a fireman, etc. continue. The Church Committee was BS, Operation CHAOS (MHCHAOS) and the Cointelpro program continue, they just change the names of the programs, got PDD 62 passed and use created events to declare a national emergency, to alter our government, subjugate the masses and steal tax dollars disguised as profits.
5. Newsmedia is not reporting much of what goes on in the court system and as always gets much of it wrong. As we all know they are completely Mockingbird-ed at this point in time.
6. Online searches were being suppressed in the case of Shawn Christy for me, not just on Google. I would actually only get two or three results. It was hard to believe there was so little results so I used another computer and there were hundreds of results, page after page, after page.
7. Shawn's father Craig Christy has had some health issues due to existing problems and the massive stressors associated with his son's case. Law enforcement and their associates have added to that stress by doing things such as charging Craig with crimes for leaving phone messages when others would not have been. Provoking people is one of the main tactics for discrediting them. I am having health issues too due to being forced to live in a car, cold weather, constant gangstalking including police harassment, other agency harassment, no health care until recently and an inability to cook and eat the diet I need. I mention this to let people know what they do and how stress effects people. The goal is to create disruption to what the target is trying to accomplish. Death is the final solution for them. In a video posted below Karen Christy sounds like she has been sick too.
8. Where is the second video of the assault on Shawn Christy by Mayor Holly which was assisted by some law enforcement personnel? Where is the original of the one Officer Lahovski altered by taking a video with his cell phone and editing it? I made up the word Lahovskied for that kind of procedure.
SHAWN GOT UNSECURED BAIL IN ONE CASE, MSM WAS MOSTLY SILENT, ONE REPORTER LIED ABOUT IT.
9. Shawn was granted no money bail in the Skipper Dipper ice cream place break in case and he's pro se. Starvation due to running from automatic weapons and threats from others ginned up by LEO threat signaling is a huge mitigating circumstance in that case that was orchestrated by corrupt cops and politicians.
Oh no, I feel a meme coming on that will upset members of the fourth estate in Pennsylvania, they may have to write another hit piece on meme posters.
I just had to dig up an old meme for this, even though it might hurt the feelings of some reporters and especially the USMS. They created the run, the set up, the lies, the threat signaling to make the public afraid of Shawn hoping for a shoot out. They got memes instead, how disappointing for them. I am guilty of the heinous crime of making some of the memes, guess that wasn't part of the USMS get Shawn Christy killed operation. I can just imagine the sour looks and tut tutting that this will cause.
10. Trooper Watkins came to the prison and threatened Shawn about a DNA swab test. Since all who are charged with felonies have their DNA collected why did he need this sample and where will that DNA end up?
Many may remember a viral video about Trooper Watkins a while back. Apparently Pennsylvania Trooper Andrew Watkins is enraged by exhausted men with flat affects. I worked 12 hour night shifts as a nurse for years, this was me on the way home. People would get in the elevator in the mornings all chatty and cheerful and the night shift nurses would just look at them, no expression.
11. Assholery abounds. Many lies are being told about the Christys and myself. Pretty much anything that comes from a LEO or gangstalker people can assume are not true. The FBI works to disrupt and discredit and will use any illegal means to accomplish that, this is well established and their partners are the USMS, both under the DOJ.
Here are some of the sick comments from what is obviously the same person using different accounts. I highly suspect a law enforcement troll trying to cause problems. There is no SCPP militia, Shawn was never planning a shooting and the rape threat accusations are SOP for targets. They use anything they can to discredit, disrupt and set up the target. This is OK with the FBI/USMS/ DOJ/Shady Task Forces, unless a target posts something like this, then it's a terroristic threat.

Directly below is the video that was altered by officer Lahovski, there is a second video that has never been produced at all. That is a huge Brady violation. Why is it news media has never posted this video and why is it they never discuss this altered video and the other one which has never been produced? Now after Shawn has been incarcerated in gen pop for a while they have decided to put him in ad seg aka solitary confinement. The reason is said to be due to his being high profile, really? The Christys say the reason comes from DA O'Pake. That is interesting, since when do DAs make prisoner classification decisions? Generally DOCs do this. I have found info on the internet that the sherifFs in that county do it and also that a private prison corp does. This prison is in Pottsville, the same place where the harassment from some junior high firemen came from and a massive number of TOPIX forums were posted slandering all of us. This resulted, after lots of threats and another person filing a lawsuit in every damn forum being removed from TOPIX. There is a nest of crazy crackers in Pottsville. They need to put some Haldol in the water there. It may be the #1 most crazy and corrupt place in the country.
I left a message for the person in charge of the Schulkill County Prison yesterday letting him know I have been doing research and can't figure out how their prisoner classification is done and specifically would like to know about putting inmates in ad seg or solitary confinement for high profile status. There is no staff from administration on duty during the weekends I was told. No response is expected, but if I get one an update will be posted.
This is clearly being done to prevent Shawn from being able to do the research and work he must complete as a pro se defendant. We have already seen them move Shawn without his research and court documents from one prison to another in order to sabotage him. Now they are taking actions to limit his ability to use a law library, consult with other jail house lawyers in gen pop, communicate with the outside to get advice and information and communicate what is going on with his cases and conditions of imprisonment. Actions are also taken to isolate and upset inmates who are working on cases, stress serves the prosecution due to making memory dysfunctional and sleep difficult.
Putting an inmate in stressful conditions could facilitate angry comments from a defendant in the courtroom to be used against them and give the news media something negative to write about. The media most certainly likes to write anything negative they can find but ignores anything positive, they even publish lies to negate a positive event. It also prevents him from communicating to the outside about what is going on within the prison and his cases.
In this article the so called author writes about the Skipper Dipper case, "Judge Charles M. Miller declined to grant him bail at a hearing on Friday." This reporter has the story completely backwards, Shawn was actually given no money bail, if he did not have bail in other cases he would be home now. That would be called free on his own recognizance in other places.
