During the pandemic a massive amount of harassment was going on from Boise's large subset of miscreants and sociopaths, from the homeless community and through all the levels of obvious class in Boise Idaho and especially from the business class using construction contractors to block both those who live in vehicles and the walking around homeless community. It continues. There was also considerable harassment against myself from the people I call idiots with flags and the sociopathics in the homeless community. The Boise Police Department does not respond appropriately to any fucking thing right, you know just like before. They disappeared completely for months in the area where many people who live in vehicles park during the pandemic. I have been told that was a decision made by Mayor McLean.

On top of that a massive harassment program against the homeless and those who live in vehicles has been ongoing through the pandemic which started about the time we found out about what was going on in China with SARS COV 2. It involves massive construction and demolition projects to facilitate harassment and give them excusifications aka plausible deniability for blocking, harassing and denying the homeless basic rights. The disappearance of the Boise Police appears to have been an intentional decision to increase harassment and other crimes in the areas where those who live in vehicles park. I have ME/cfs and am a DES Daughter so have immune system issues, then on top of that PTSD and have to live in a car which all increases immune system compromise. The crowding of so many in vehicles together made distancing and protecting myself impossible from those who willfully refuse to wear masks or distance and do things like intentionally cough on or at people for harassment.

Many of the decisions made about the homelesss during the pandemic were based on panic due to the already very well known horrible conditions involving many things, especially infectious diseases. I spent a great deal of energy calling city hall, the health department and talking to those running the Interfaith Sanctuary and Corpus Christi about specific issues. One does not have to have any expertise in the area of infectious disease to figure out conditions so crowded that people rub up against each other are not safe for many reasons. There are many issues that contribute to infectious disease among the homeless. Families were put in hotels and then some of the vulnerable people, but I see some walking around.

Both the day shelter and night shelter should have been moved to larger buildings with the single and family shelters separated but close enough so people in families etc can easily meet up in the morning. Families can be in both shelters depending on the situation. There are a large number of changes that need to be made to make the shelter system safe. They knew this for years and then made drastic decisions putting the homeless in a very bad situation. That includes people like myself who lives in a car. They intentionally created a crowded street situation in an attempt to drive people living in cars from the city. They created this situation intentionally for me, the city, the county, the Boise Police, HUD and Steadfast management and the management team at the Civic Plaza Apartments. Then there is the community gangstalking operation which is likely in part community policing which is community mobbing, clearly the 3%ers are involved and a large number of city of Boise employees.

To put vulnerable, powerless people through that kind of hell during a pandemic demonstrates the sociopathic qualities of the leadership and business class in Boise Idaho. More on that, you bet your ass.

I migraines as often as 4 times a week, the average is 2 times. There are many factors that cause this, the main one being lack of sleep and consistent sleep hours, harassment, massive stress intentionally put on me, nutritional factors related to living in a car, flares of ME/cfs due to all of these issues. This is torture placed on me by a large number of sociopathic orgs, businesses, the City of Boise, federal agencies and the large number of sociopathics in Bosie Idaho.
