I am disgusted by all the others who are not presenting Shawn's side of the story or who have worked to sabotage the truth for a decade. Presenting both sides reveals the truth, the journalist may not know who is telling the truth, but can present the information in a way that informs the public. It takes actual skill and time spent doing research and interviews, not just printing press releases.

The judge’s ruling came in response to Christy’s four page, hand-written motion in which he petitioned for testimony from former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, reality TV star “Dog the Bounty Hunter” (formally known as Duane Chapman) as well as nearly a dozen local, state and federal law enforcement agents. Christy also requested that his father Craig testify and provide his phone records in the case.
There are a lot more people who need to be called forward to testify in Shawn's cases. A lot. If this story is allowed to be told it will blow the lid off this country. The judges will be instructed to sabotage Shawn's case. The prosecutors will of course be allowed to lie and manipulate and so will some of the public defenders. This is why in part of the cases Shawn has fired them. Even where they are still on the case, Shawn is in charge as he knows what goes on.
Shawn's request for testimony from Sarah Palin, Duane Chapman and LEAs are VERY relevant to his case. To have this request denied opens the court system up to years of appeals. The whole story began about a decade ago when Sarah Palin was sexting 17 year old Shawn Christy. Those lawyers were instructed to use harassment against lots of people, especially bloggers in Alaska. Many of those people had a voice to speak up and fight in the public arena against them, but the Christys did not. Instead the news media printed lies about them over and over despite them having been disproven.

Craig and Shawn were pro se defendants in their cases of false stalking charges and restraining order filings from Palin and here friend. Sarah Palin's lawyer's office refused to discuss the case with them making negotiating or preparing for court impossible. Over time they made lots of phone calls and became very angry about the lack of response. This triggered them to make many, many calls for hours to Sarah Palin's lawyer and make angry statements which was of course what Palin and Tiemessen were hoping for. Attorney John Tiemessen met his goal, do something to provoke, then use the reaction against the target. They were charged with harassment. That charge and the unbelievable prison sentences they got have been used by the Palins and the news media to say Shawn was charged with stalking Sarah Palin and served time in prison for it. This lie was expanded recently by reality TV zombie Bristol Palin who falsely claimed that Shawn was stalking her for a decade, pure bullshit.
The Palins lie separately and as a group, when a lie wears off for one apparently another of the Palin crime family picks it up, dusts it off and begins claiming it for themselves. That was slander, Shawn never stalked any of them. The US Marshal service and some news media have engaged in massive lies about the false stalking claims which originated directly from Sarah Palin to cover up her crimes.
Lawyers are used to run organized harassment and Sarah Palin had some nasty characters as lawyers who went after many people. The lawyers should be subpoenaed too, along with Bristol Palin and Willow Palin due to their participation. The Christys received some very strange drunken phone calls from teenager Willow.
Of course the plan of the DA, the judge, any public defenders involved and all LEAs is to force Shawn into a plea. This is one of the reasons they are refusing him health care. That health care is supposed to be provided by the US Marshals according to the Christys. Does that mean Warden Timothy Betti and Correctional Care Inc. (CCI) are being told to deny Shawn the health care he needs to cause him to be unable to function to try and defend himself against a corrupt system? It is a kind of torture used in prisons all over the United States, state, federal, immigration and military.Forcing a plea prevents the truth from being presented in court. Sarah Palin resigned from her governorship the same day of Shawn Christy's psych evaluation. Somewhere there are transcripts of sexting messages between her and 17 year old Shawn. It is known the Secret Service has a copy and of course the NSA collects everything from everyone's phone so they have a copy. For a very long time the Christys would have people pop up and say it was Willow doing it or it was some sting operation. I believe it was Sarah Palin because there is no other explanation to stalking, sabotaging, harassing, massively spreading lies and misinformation about Shawn Christy or setting him up otherwise. Where there is smoke there is fire.
It was enough for Shawn to have to go through the texting which it appears was done by Sarah Palin with a fake persona, but the hell has continued for a decade, 2009-2019. She obtained his contact info because Shawn was a supporter of the McCain/Palin ticket and wanted to volunteer.

How much of Sarah PAC aka Sarah Palin's grifting fund was spent on lawyers or contractors to go after Shawn and others? How much money has the federal government spent to pay gov contractors to do so? How much was paid to Palin relatives to work as online trolls doing harassment campaigns? The last contractor hired was probably Duane Chapman, that dog. How many legislators helped with that funding, how many court officials blocked justice and truth, how many prosecutors were malfeasant and how many cops harassed, filed false police reports and lied? How many politicians such as mayors have helped organize harassment campaigns which includes Shawn being set up and assaulted by one and campaigns against people who support Shawn.
The only way Shawn can demonstrate he is in an organized harassment program designed to destroy his life and provoke him to suicide or to become a shooter to protect Sarah Palin which seems to be directed from the US Marshals is to call witnesses, get their testimony and put the patterns and events together as evidence. They will do everything they can to prevent this from happening.

Examining the evidence of Shawn's run due to the failure of the broken justice system to provide him with the appropriate and real discovery in a made crime case filed against him when he was the victim of an assault not the perpetrator leads me to the conclusion it was an orchestrated, organized program to cause Shawn Christy to accumulate a large number of criminal charges so he could be locked away and silenced. This would have been to protect Sarah Palin, most likely the original reason for the set up along with protection of local participants in the conspiracy. Then falsely prosecuting Shawn as perpetrator rather than the real assaulter, Mayor Holly and his accomplices such as Officer Lahovski who altered the video evidence and filed a falsified police report was done for the protection of all involved.
The run highly publicized and hyped in the news media was the second time Shawn had taken off about the malfeasance in his case. Shawn had run for several months before the hyped up run for the same reason, working a job on the books, living at a homeless shelter where they do surveillance gathering on America's housing refugees and even doing an interview about being homeless with NPR. The US Marshal service knew exactly where he was. He moved on to Texas from Montana and was homeless there. He was arrested not long after his arrival and a Deputy US Marshal stomped on his head causing a head injury.
The difference between the first run and the second one is during the first one Shawn was left alone, not threatened, did not have the US Marshal service saying to news media he was a danger to the public constantly, did not have Dakota Meyer threatening or taunting him, did not have others posting they were going to hunt him down and shoot him, did not have the FBI/USMS raid his parent's home damaging it and causing the death of his cat, did not have them raid the home of another relative, did not have those same LEOs driving around putting on a show by displaying automatic weapons for the news media and apparently did not have an orchestrated run designed to set him up for massive charges.

Why? During the first run he was in a place where there were lots of other people who would serve as witnesses. During the second one he was alone so the government agencies could say whatever they wanted, make Shawn look dangerous to the public and make sure security systems were turned off and easy to access vehicles were put in his path. There is some proof that one of those vehicles was stolen before Shawn ever drove off in it, the USPS vehicle at the Dakota Meyer/Timothy Gilliam home. Shawn's first run was protective, he did camp outside some, then he was surrounded by people, it wasn't until he went to Texas and was homeless on the streets he was arrested and assaulted by Deputy US Marshals. But this was not the main reason they had little reaction to the first run, it's all about timing.
The second time he was simply camping behind a neighbors house close to his parent's home. Then the home of his parents was raided resulting in damage to the home and the death of Shawn's personal cat. Pets are intentionally targeted to inflict emotional damage upon the target, I know all about that as it happened to me due to the false charge and set up perpetrated against me in Alaska. Then Shawn had to move around and camp in various places. The US Marshals and FBI seemed to be feigning their searches, not really going into the woods, just making a lot of noise for MSM.
A public pretender grifter told me she was tired of hearing about my "frickin' cat" whose torture she helped orchestrate traumatized me. I will never shut up about what they did, never or what they have done to Shawn Christy and others, never, never, never. All of the players who do these evil deeds are promised something, the one who said this to me was made a magistrate after she tried to become a judge. I spoke at hearings to prevent that along with preventing the ADA who became the DA in Nome from becoming the judge there. No F-ing way!

There is another reason Shawn was left alone during the first run and is likely the main reason. Two reality shows were in the planning and the celebrity reality show con artists are about to die out as new generations are put into place and society makes a huge change. Those reality show whores are manipulating to get what they can now just like the elites are plundering the country's assets and forcing poverty upon a huge portion of the population.
Bristol Palin, Dakota Meyer, Duane Chapman (Dog the Bounty Hunter and his wife Beth) and others associated with Bristol Palin such as Levi Johnston etc. were putting together grifting projects. There have been a lot of them in this country and Alaska has had a large number of orchestrated totally BS ones. They even got the Alaska US Marshal service on one, big mistake allowing for identification by those they stalked and set up.
Dakota Meyer and many others worked over a long period of time to provoke Shawn Christy to come to a house in Kentucky Meyer owns and his brother Timothy Gilliam lives at. Gilliam just happens to work as a field rep for Mitch McConnell. I believe that as a government contractor Meyer was paid to help set Shawn up and of course there is a connection due to his marriage to Bristol Palin. It is also very clear to me he had to be involved in the whole scenario. They used Shawn's second run for reality show publicity which was exploded into the news by the US Marshals threat signaling to the public and harassment in the background which the news media did not report even when told about it. Bristol and Meyer had segments of drama on that idiotic teen pregnancy show that were obviously pre-planned.
Dog the Bounty Hunter was introduced most likely by the FBI, had to be lying when he said a friend of the Christy family paid him to contact the family to try and get Shawn safely captured. There were lies told to the Christys about that story making an attempted cover up obvious. Duane and Beth Chapman were working to get a new reality show in place and wanted to use Shawn for publicity and segments in the show. They went on the talk show circuit after manipulating Shawn's parents who were worried sick the USMS and FBI would kill their son or provoke some threatening bully unleashed by their threat signaling. When Chapman told them he wanted to help get Shawn safely capture they were willing to go along with it. Chapman was however running a con. I sent him an email wanting to know if they were government contractors, no response.
The orchestrated second run was a school play and a shit show
Deputy US Marshal Robert Clark was on TV News doing a string of press conferences threat signaling about Shawn Christy during the second run. He had been allowed free range during the first run. During the second run psychological warfare was used against him in the form of threats to his life. This triggered anger and fear just as they knew it would, he made an idle threat on Facebook towards Donald Trump and and a DA, like so many others have with no consequences. They trigger actions which can be used against particular people, but since the same actions are not of use to them when done by others they are ignored. No one can make money or orchestrate a cover up from most idle threats. They were waiting for the harassment, stress and the set up they used for false charges to make him angry enough to say something they could use against him. Then the news media played videos of LEOs in the backs of trucks etc. with automatic weapons hunting Shawn, but they never really seemed to go anywhere, certainly not in the woods where Shawn was. It was a school play and a shit show at the same time all designed to convince the public Shawn was a dangerous man. Shawn never hurt anyone, but they hurt him. True story. His charges are all based on surviving while thinking he was going to be killed. He very likely might have been if supporters had not put enough pressure to stop it.
Evidence of a school play
With many of the stories they would say he broke in and stole food, blah, blah...and then he ran into the woods. Once a cop who was standing right with Shawn said he ran into the woods and the guy telling the story of Shawn breaking in appears to be a con artist. How many gift cards did he get to put his BS story together? How does a guy who is starving and then later injured just run into the woods like that and get away so many times while a team of FBI and USMS LEOs are hunting him? He could run only if someone lets him because the school play isn't over yet. The events needed for the reality shows had no happened yet. The timing was not right yet.
Several businesses Shawn allegedly broke into mainly to steal food and a vehicle had their security systems turned off. Then there were all the vehicles with no security which were also placed in strategic places so Shawn would be able to find them and easily find the keys, obviously. My theory is Shawn's location would be identified in an area, Infragard, the link between FBI corporations, non-profits, etc. contacts the business/entity and tells them they want to use their building and a vehicle in a set up. They usually tell the Infragard perps lies about the target to get their cooperation. All of those people at the places Shawn allegedly got into need to be brought forward as witnesses to explain these oddities.
Many of the vehicles were odd, a school mini-van with the school signs on it, an oil company truck, a work truck with extra stuff on the back. The most obviously placed vehicle was a USPS Jeep which was stolen in another state and placed in a garage or driveway on the property of Dakota Meyer and his brother Timothy Gilliam who just happens to be a field rep for Mitch McConnell, recent blocker of ending the government shutdown. Who stole that USPS vehicle and how did Meyer and Gilliam get it? Interesting questions come up about some of the other stolen vehicles. Were they stolen and then strategically placed for Shawn to find?
The whole Dakota Meyer story needs many people to be called as witnesses. Dakota Meyer, brother Timothy Gilliam, his friends and large number of trolls, many from Kentucky where the house is, but the most disgusting from West Virginia who began threatening and taunting Shawn need to be questioned. It was all coordinated with Dakota Meyer's attacks on Facebook. Meyer was issuing the taunts from Texas, not Kentucky, it was a part of the school play. Below is just one example.
I watched for IP hits on my blog and began to get some in the area of what we thought was totally Dakota Meyer's home. At that point we had no idea Gilliam was living at that house. I did not even know he existed. Remember the news media had much confusion about whose home it was. There were IP hits in the area. I let Craig Christy know, he had already posted on line warning Shawn to not go to the house as Dakota Meyer which Shawn calls Heavy D is not worth it. IP hits and maps were also posted on the FB group, Shawn Christy Political Prisoner. We knew LEOs were on that page, but Craig Christy was in contact with them giving the data. Then after they had the USPS vehicle strategically placed, after Dakota Meyer threatened, challenged Shawn to appear at that house not one person, not Meyer, not one LEO, no one was around allowing for Shawn's alleged entry into the home and use of the easily accessed USPS Jeep. Very, very odd when they all knew he was coming. If USMS and FBI wanted to catch Shawn who they had broadcast to the public was essentially America's number one threat this would have been the perfect situation to do so. They were either not there or just observing allowing him to get away. Why? The school play was not over yet, so they kept him running. Shawn had no choice but to continue to run as the threats on his life including a massive amount at that point in time caused him to fear for his life. We found out later one of Shawn's reasons for going to that house was to search for evidence.

The West Virginia and other Weaponized Morons used before the time Shawn went to Dakota Meyer and Timothy Gilliam's home were part of the attempts to provoke Shawn to do something. I am very familiar with these activities as I have them daily, there are always observers around to be witnesses in case the target does something that can be used for an arrest. I believe there were LEOs there at the Meyer/Gilliam home, but just watching and allowed Shawn to leave in the USPS Jeep. Shawn has reported AK USMS deputies, especially one particular one being spotted around him during the run. More on that in the future.

My screen shots of Dakota Meyer's harassment are all dated August 7th, on August 8th I got this strange fake pop up of Jenny "Task Force" Moore on my cell phone discussing why law enforcement does not reveal some information. This was a reaction to my saying several times, where is the evidence? I was exhausted at the time. I receive a lot of on line harassment and strange group textings or phone calls. I just went whatever until the news came out the next Monday she was dead. Is Jenny Moore a school play, is her partner George Webb one? I have no idea just suspicions after this incident. George Webb had no reaction to my reports of this incident. I did not post about the pop up until she was reported dead a few days later. This was very likely a distraction to keep me occupied so I did not write about Shawn and there were massive distractions then, still are. That is an indication of a pysop, a school play. Anyone who knows the sequence of events to this run will understand the events were very odd.

The players in all of this are using PR firms to help them manipulate the public and legal systems. Duane Chapman, Dog the Bounty Hunter and his wife Beth have someone making videos for various reasons leading up to their upcoming reality show. Bristol Palin and Dakota Meyer clearly used Shawn in a very disturbing scheme of twisted goals, protect Sarah Palin, discredit Shawn Christy, attempt to get him killed or locked up for decades and use the story with lies inserted for the usual Palin drama and victim effect to make lots of money off a reality show.
Dakota Meyer is a government contractor as are thousands of retired cops, FBI, CIA, military, etc. They get paid well to stalk and harass good people, destroy their lives, prevent them from writing, activism, telling the truth, whistleblowing, to steal their assets or for retaliation. It can also be secondary to a having a cause for a law suit, because a powerful person or corporation wants destruction of the target, to discredit the target, from a crazy cause group, for political reasons (often mayors, community policing, police or firemen) or because a least two people got together and made a false claim against a target getting them on one of the faux secret terrorist watch lists.

New Evidence Uncovered By Shawn's Federal Public Defender Team Shows a Conspiracy by DA Opake and his detective Leo Securda. DAs and FBI make crime. USMS apparently also does. FBI and USMS are under the DOJ. Logic dictates then that the DOJ makes crime.
My response was "Holy F***!" This was not due to being surprised they did this, it was expected, but that they are so damn stupid and Shawn now has evidence of the conspiracy, actually I should say more evidence of it.
The reason for this warrant issued on falsification was to give them an excuse to raid the home of Craig and Karen Christy, to traumatize them and kill Shawn's cat to help traumatize him and try to cause him to go on a shooting rampage. It did not work, Shawn never hurt one person. He simply did what he had to or he would be dead right now. Killing of cats by law enforcement is well known to me as I have experienced it secondary to false set up.
Opake is not very opaque
This is about a neighbor named Rocco Toro and the claim that Shawn was calling him given to a judge along with other false claims by DA Opake, Penn state trooper Watkins and detective Securda. The state police everywhere have intelligence units and are used for these kinds of operations. Shawn now has his phone records as evidence, he never called this Rocco Toro guy. Their theory that Shawn was living at two different houses was pure BS. He was not at either one, but camping outside. They most likely knew that.
Another part of the evidence of a school play is the raid on the Christy home happened right as Track Palin got a light sentence for an assault. Hold on, more on that story.
They claimed to have a warrant to get Shawn's phone records, apparently that is a lie which means they did not know who Shawn was calling. This means the warrant to raid the Christy home was a false one in which they vandalized it when the Christys were right there and let them in and they harmed cats, killing one of them.
This is the document with the claims from the DA's office that are false. I am baffled by #7 on the list and so is Craig Christy. It looks like they cut and pasted from various places and #7 was from a warrant about drug dealing. Drug dealing is not what this case was about so it makes no sense, but Shawn was not dealing drugs and they knew that. They had to make things up to set him up in time for the pending reality shows. It was all done on a schedule. How much did the players get paid or what were they promised? The money must have come from some government contractor as it would be a very large sum considering the large number of players.
