I just had another incident of assholes running me off from where I parked and set up for the night. Do I think this was just something that happened, a random event, no I do not. I parked in that spot all fall and through the winter, suddenly those guys show up to harass and run me off. I was heavily gangstalked last week by some of Boise's sociopathics, it's related. The city is just OK with that, well in fact they let a large number of assholes run me out of an apartment, so did HUD, Ada County, Idaho Housing Fiance, HUD and their useless non-profit. They all act like they are clueless, what I've come to realize is they aren't acting. They all act like there is something wrong with me because being harassed upsets me, it's normal to be upset by it and in fact it is very harmful to people. The fact that they do not understand this is frightening on many levels. Where is the "trauma informed approach? Preventing trauma is not something the city of Boise is interested in, no, they want to cause trauma. It is being done intentionally to harm me by a large number of people. Both the state and the city are allowing it and likely the federal government is also. This makes it a conspiracy to harm, both state and federal.
In Boise Idaho people think harassment and bullying are normal, this is why they have no laws against harassment other than for minorities. But in Idaho with all the misogynistic men women should be considered minorities and disabled people who are treated like garbage here should be considered minorities. They allow men at the Downtown library to put their hands on women, same with the Interfaith Sanctuary a homeless shelter. It is truly unbelievable.
I am not the only person being gangstalked in Boise Idaho. I took this picture a couple years ago very close to where I was parked tonight until I was harassed by bullies. Boise is the city of bullies. There are all kinds of networks in Idaho gangstalking targets and the police are used. I have been harassed by the Idaho State Police and the Ada County Sheriff's Department also, but Boise Police are domestic terrorists. This is happening all over the country and in other parts of the world, the FVEY countries and NATO countries mostly.
The "Five Eyes" (FVEY) refers to an alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. These countries are bound by the multilateral UKUSA Agreement for joint cooperation in signals intelligence, military intelligence, and human intelligence.
If anyone wants to know why Idaho was just classified as having the stupidest people in the country I can explain why. First of all the schools are horrible and one reason is the legislature wants it that way. You can't control people who are educated, you can't get away with criminal activity behind the scenes. These radical right wing legislators thinks anyone who is educated automatically becomes a liberal. But by liberal they mean Democrat and they aren't liberals except for a very small subset, they are right of center. That was done intentionally. Next the massive harassment and bullying of children lowers their IQs. There is a lot of child abuse in Idaho.
Look at the numbers, it isn't just that they are a bit lower than other states, no it's unbelievable. These are the people who harass me and they vote so no wonder Idaho is so screwed up. I already knew from being the supervisor of a psych a bit about low IQs and bullying. They traumatize children here because they are ignorant and think abuse is normal. That abuse lowers IQs and people with low IQs tend to bully more. Try being around the behaviors and then the same behaviors from the Boise Police Department, try calling a legislator and having them just repeat Republican talking points to you.
The police show up and do nothing, but have so much time to gangstalk me all the time. After years of being here I have come to the conclusion that is their primary assignment, to harass people. Like I said to the cop tonight I had no idea when I came here I was landing in a "cousin fucking Alabama state." How the hell Idaho got into the Pacific Northwest?
Boise Idaho is a problem. I guess these people want me to tell the whole fucking story and I will. I'm going to go full bitchwoman on them and tell the whole damn story.

At 17 Shawn Christy Was an Intelligent Kid Who Just Wanted to Volunteer to Help With a Political Campaign. He Ended Up In a Nighmare, But Has the Courage to Stand Up and Fight Back.
They psychologically tortured Shawn Christy, for years, tried to set him up over and over as both a cover up and to use him for one of their shooter operations to traumatize the public. I have said for years they were trying to make him into a shooter and they were. When that did not happen they engineered a three month run and told the public over and over he was dangerous. They know if they can pile enough trauma on someone and make them fear for their life they will take actions out of their character. Shawn already knew he was being targeted for a take down years before this because he was. They made it known to everyone and certainly to Shawn the plan was to find some kind of reason to kill him in a hail of bullets. That was done to force Shawn to do what he had to in order to remain alive. He went and got his uncle's guns out of fear for his life. I was 100% certain they were going to kill him and he was also. Then he had to take cars to escape them, change his location to stop them from tracking him. The first car he took was during a Trump rally, I had my suspicions about an attempted set up, Shawn was very smart to leave the area. Then there was some story in the news that looked like total BS about some woman reporting some man who came to Pennsylvania to kill Trump. I suspect the plan was to tie Shawn to that whole scenario.
What Shawn did was out of necessity which is a defense for crimes committed in urgent situations of clear and imminent danger. After all when someone clearly is hunting you for assassination there are only two choices, run or fight back. There is also a good legal argument that can be made he did what others in the same situation would have done. He did not harm one person while on the run. This was the second time he took off in protest of not being given the discovery in his case. They did not chase him, threaten him and he was out in the open public that first time. He was not arrested until he went to Texas. Why if they thought Shawn was such a threat did they not have a big manhunt then? Because he was not in the right place for all of their contacts, corrupt officials etc. to help them run their operation.
The run was engineered. The vehicles were placed in Shawn's path. Where did the USPS vehicle at the home of Dakota Meyer and his brother Timothy Gilliam who works for Mitch McConnell come from? That was a very odd and obvious blunder they made. Then on top of everything they were told Shawn was probably going there, with some evidence and took no action, none of them were there. No LEOs, not even Dakota Meyer who taunted Shawn to go there. They clearly wanted Shawn at that house to take that vehicle. Considering the ability the government has to track targeted individuals why is it they could never find Shawn? Satellites, GPS in the vehicles, CCTV on the roads, his cell phone, they could have dropped taggant in the vehicles. They track targets and send out gangstalking morons to follow and harass someone, but LEOs can't find a guy in planted vehicles. Why were security cameras off at businesses, keys easy to find, doors easy to get into?
Now Shawn wants due process, the evidence in his case provided to him, trials and the truth exposed.
The corrupt machinery in two states, Alaska and Pennsylvania have been used for a decade to prevent justice in not just these recent cases but his life. They sent him for a competency evaluation because in this country if you are not wealthy and try to use the court system for justice, to get your name back, to facilitate changes the powerful will label you in their discrediting process.
They caused all of that to stop certain information from being entered as evidence in mainly the Mayor Holly trumped up assault case. Evidence suppression to help protect a politician who is trying to remake herself right now. How's that plastic surgery going?
I'll let the great Gerry Spence explain this situation further.

Just keep up the organized harassment disrupt and discredit program, it makes me more creative.

Regarding A.G. William Barr's Visit to Research Issues With Problems of Violence Against Alaska Natives, Lack of Law Enforcment and Problems With the Justice System I Have a Partial Answer to My Why Now Question
I believe the work the Alaska Native people are doing to secure their rights as citizens of the United States will help the
Native/Indian people in the lower 48. The Alaska Natives are stronger
than the lower 48 Native people because they have not been traumatized
as long, ended up with resources and have lots of power in Alaska. Alaska is a very diverse state with many who work to create equality for everyone.
From the information I can get to it looks like Senator Murkowski and Senator Sullivan leveraged their votes and support for A. G. Barr during the to get him to focus on the deficits the United States has allowed or intentionally ignored for decades in the areas of public safety and justice for the Alaska Native communities. It worked. That's why no one would tell me why the DOJ was finally taking some kind of action with these problems that have existed for decades which have been known to them the whole time. I don't agree with how our wheeling and dealing political system works. My preference is a country that treats everyone equally and provides health care, education, law enforcement, justice and infrastructure in an equally distributed way.
For along time Senator Murkowski has pushed to help the Native people in Alaska, especially the women and children who are vulnerable to violence. She is also along with others working on the huge problem of murdered, missing and trafficked Native women.
The massive violence against the more vulnerable and the lack of law enforcment wasn't a problem before and now suddenly it is. It was a problem for the Native people and anyone who came to live in the same system of oppression, lack of services, fake programs of health care and law enforcement and corrupt justice. It changed my life, destroyed my career because the lack of oversight in Alaska and at the federal level did not keep the people safe, did not ensure even basic guidelines in health care and law enforcement were upheld. Did not ensure the group of grifters who show up in rural areas of Alaska did not get away with taking things from the systems and that they did not prey upon people who were already living in a difficult situation. Most of these grifters were white people on the sociopath to psychopath continuum looking for a place where no state or federal agency was watching what they did. Some in the Homer area told me that they came to Alaska because there was hardly any law enforcement and what they did have was few and far between, not very well trained if trained at all and generally worked alone.
Surviving these conditions shows the Native people are intelligent and strong. In many ways those of us who came to a place like Nome were in worse shape, as we could not have even imagined such conditions would be allowed in the United States, that the justice system was so broken, that grifters were permitted to take over everything, that so many Orwellian lies would be told about it and that we would be attacked by our own government for telling the truth about it.
I believe my why now question has been answered, but the why not before now one has not. A.G. Barr discussed equality in the justice system, but the Native people know there isn't any, so do other minorities and the targeted community. I sure as hell do.

Murkowski to revive bill intended to help Native women
This was the hardest thing I ever wrote and it shows.
MY OBJECTION LETTER ABOUT A CANDIDATE FOR POLICE CHIEF IN SOLDOTNA IS DEDICATED TO THE PENINSULA CLARION ONE OF THE MOST CRAPTASTIC NEWSPAPERS IN ALASKA
There was a meeting before the one below with law enforcement. There is no way narcissistic Greg Russel was not there going, "I was the chief of police in Kotzebue' as he shook the A.G.'s hand. That is what he always says first thing even though he has been gone from Kotzebue for many years and he and Jennie hated it there. No way he was not there promoting himself and trying to get some kind of appointment to something. Absolutely. He's a gangstalking bully having harmed many people and should have been charged with several crimes. Instead he was allowed to use several agencies both federal and state illegally to harm people. That is not what those who care about their community and state do, but it is what people who don't understand the difference between right and wrong do.

Today the Attorney General Willaim Barr is Going to Alaska to Address the Lack of Justice For Native People. I Wrote About That and the Health Care Issues for Native People In Alaska For Years. The Federal Governent Ignored Me and Put Me in an Organized Harassment Program.
It is unfortunate that the Mueller announcement was made today, drowning out this very important story. Mueller may not have even known about Barr's trip to Alaska or how important it is to so many people. Barr's trip to Alaska was not widely publicized. The injustice and abuse in Alaska is not just confined to the Native Peoples, but they have had the worst of it. In this case it is not just injustice, but decades of those responsible for the safety of the people of the state who chose to ignore, remain silent and take no action to do anything about widespread violence done to women in Alaska, especially the Native women.
Attorney General William Barr is in Alaska as he promised Senator Murkowski he would do. He will attend meetings in several places including the Alaska Native Justice round table in Anchorage, then go on to some other unspecified areas according the the ADN.
Why is the Department of Justice (DOJ) finally addressing this issue. We know the legislators and the Department of Law (DOL) the DOJ, the news media could have made this issue huge a long time ago. Why now? I left messages all over the place trying to get some insight into that and got mostly no returned calls. That lack of returned calls is part of the harassment program. I did speak to Senator Murkowski's staff who could not answer my question. I assume a huge amount of the reason A.G. Barr is coming to Alaska today to research the problem of lack of justice and law enforcement for NativesA is due to Senator Murkowski. The Native people of Alaska are a huge part of her base.
Alaska Natives rather than being put on reservations were made into corporations. It took them a while to sort through how to run them. At this point in time they have gotten quite good at it. The Native Corporations are used as a platform for organizing for the Native people as a whole to implement changes.
I do not trust the DOJ for a very long list of reasons considering I am in a harassment program, but am happy that the A.G. is looking into the problems.
Writing about what went on in Nome not just with the Native people there but also the ones in the more remote villages in the region served by the hospital in Nome I worked at, Norton Sound Regional Hosptial was very painful for me. I did that to cause changes and to tell my own story of injustice stemming from ending up in the court system in Nome designed to railroad the Native people into the prison system.
I worked at Norton Sound Regional Hospital (NSRH) which was owned by a Native Corporation but mostly run by white people. The one time I know of a Native CEO was hired I told him he would be fired shortly. He said that could not happen due to his contract. I was like, wait, it will happen. A month later he was fired. This kind of thing actually happened with nearly every CEO due to them figuring out what those two doctors who controlled everything at the hospital were up to, that the nursing department lacked any kind of leadership or education and perhaps that the health aid program was insane.
Anyone who arrived at NSRH who had a clue and spoke up was workplace bullied. Most nurses only lasted a few months and ran screaming to the airport. A respiratory therapist threw a bunch of stuff out the windows of her apt just before she ran to the airport. A husband and wife team, one hired to direct the EMS and one an RN left within a month horrified about the conditions. The RN told me the reason they never allowed me to go on medivacs was they did not want me to see what they did and I was too ethical. The bullying there went on for decades and finally after my melt down there that resulted in legal charges that have haunted me for 13 years they finally fired both of those doctors at the top of the the three tier system of workplace bullying.
The problems with law enforcement and the hospital were not just in the area of the women who were raped, it included the large number of intoxicants for the population. The police just brought them to the ER where they sometimes assaulted nurses. They disrupted whatever was going on and often had to be placed out in the hallway due to the ER only having two carts. It was very unsafe due to my being assigned the ER, the intoxicants in the hallway and patients in the clinic on some days. If I was not on they assigned two nurses. TThen on top of all this I might receive a woman who had been raped, then the SART (Sexual Assault ResponseTeam) person on call never showed up when paged.
I went mano a mano over them refusing to arrest the perpetrators of the rapes with the Nome Police Department whose corruption, incompetence and abuse was later revealed very well by mostly the Native Women who forced the city of Nome to essentially fire the police department and hire new more competent leadership for it. The burden in the ER was quite heavy.
I have read in the ADN and Nome Nugget that the Nome Police used the excuse that the Native women were drunk. That is an old, old excuse used by cops over the decades, that if the woman was drinking, then was raped it wasn't really a rape. That actually happened to me in the 1970s in San Francisco at the home of one of the sons of the man who owned the Chinese Wax Museum. The SF Police just laughed when I tried to report it. It was New Years Eve, yes I had been drinking, was throwing up and someone offered me a pill that they said would help the vomiting. I was young and naive, even if it had been a nausea pill I should have kept on puking, but it turned out the be Quaalude. I was gang raped by about 8 men. I had to pay lots of consequences, but the perpetrators got off with none. That is what that kind of thinking, that a drunk woman can't be raped does to women. Those men who raped me were not drunk. I had been out with a friend and we ended up at that house.
I am very happy attention is being brought on this problem and the Native Women in Alaska have caused changes, but I am very angry about all the trauma so many had to suffer, especially the girls and boys who were very young and had multiple sexual assaults. Then there was the collateral damage done to those who tried to change things, the trauma caused by shocked helper-observers who could not believe this was going on in the United States. I went to Nome naive, but left traumatized, but educated that my government was not what I thought it was. Since leaving I have learned that lesson a thousand times over. Much research has shown massive corruption on every level.
Why in hell did this take so long, where was the outrage? Where were those politicals constantly trying to legislate the morals of others? Where are their morals? Why did they know about what went on in rural Alaska but not bother to do anything, ignore those who told them and make sure the lives of the whistleblowers were very hard? Why? They like to discuss the morals of others endlessly just before they do something to cause less affordable housing, poor education, more hunger and more war.
My take on this is it was about oil and minerals. Rape is a weapon of war very commonly used. The war was for control of the land in Alaska for mainly oil exploration. Keep the Native people unable to organize, destroy their culture, don't allow law enforcement to increase the trauma and blame them for the resulting problems, keep them traumatized, make sure there are lots of drugs and alcohol so the traumatized will medicate themselves with it causing even more dysfunction, destruction of families and provide reasons to incarcerate Natives in high numbers. The government knows how to use trauma to control the population, oh yes they do.
Many villages have no law enforcement at all, some have a VPSO which is a combination of services position. Almost all of them do not carry a weapon in villages that have lots of guns and alcohol problems and many of them work completely alone. A few villages may have their own law enforcement. In isolated places finding professionals can be hard and they may have to take someone who is not up to par, someone who may not be very ethical and this goes for health care as well as law enforcement. Then when no one is looking rather than go by laws. proper procedures the players do what they want. If they don't think men should be charged with rape they don't do it and convince the white people as they did in Nome that it was what the Natives wanted. Just because someone has a criminal charge in their past does not mean they are not a good person, or even OK for positions of trust. The Native people know that considering the engineering of massive criminal charges against them, but for example hiring a person with a history of a violent crime to be a police officer would be an unsafe decision.
The Nome police told the Native Women they were not arresting the men who raped them because the women were drinking. They told me another story showing they knew what they were doing was wrong. I was told the Native Women did not want the men who raped them arrested and have written about that. I believed it for a long time thinking it was like domestic violence they were afraid that would make things worse, but thought the men should be arrested anyway. Other staff at the hospital were told the same thing and believed it, went along with it. These two different reasons for the NPD's lack of arresting men for rapes makes me wonder just where the orders for this were coming from, Alaska government, the federal government, the oil companies were paying them off? What was the deal?
There are a lot of other questions I have about the government allowing or facilitating the problems in that region. Why was the dangerous hospital which did not follow CDC guidelines, government regs and practiced severe workplace bullying allowed to go on like that for decades destroying careers and lives? Why was the behavioral health department that also had a workplace bullying problem that was huge allowed to be completely dysfunctional with misdiagnoses and idiotic statements from staff. They were in a region filled with people who had been traumatized, but rather than be highly trained in that area instead blew people off who came for counseling or re-truamatized them.
I have lots of questions about what the hell the deal was and don't want to hear the typical crap from Alaska's leadership, we're all just incompetent. Bullshit!
They knew. Absolutely the government of Alaska knew, the individuals and agencies participated in this, the politicians knew, the DOJ knew. Nothing was done about this until just now. Why? I want some answers.
This is just part of the injustice in Alaska, many have been set up for manipulation into committing a crime used to remove them from society due to having an impact on the state and others were arrested on completely false charges. They did that with me after I left Nome, why? What has been continuous is the government harassment program. That was used to run me out of Alaska because I had no idea what was going on. Now I know my country is intentionally trying to harm me and such things don't work, instead I just get video of it for documentation. Many, many government agencies and others were on my blog in 2015 when they ran me out of the state, it does not make any sense unless they were trying to cover up the experiences and observations I was writing about.
Is this what the torture was about or was it something else or a combination of things? I was the one who was right, but the government doesn't care about right, they care about corporations getting their way and covering up their crimes, the politicians care about money for elections, the people like some at that hospital in Nome care about getting themselves into a position where they can con money off the system. The good people are ignored and stomped on.
Attorney General William Barr is in Alaska as he promised Senator Murkowski he would do. He will attend meetings in several places including the Alaska Native Justice round table in Anchorage, then go on to some other unspecified areas according the the ADN.

Video of Brenda Evak Speaking: The Inupiak Woman Who Spoke Up at the Airport in Nome Alaska to Governor Dunleavy When He Came for His BS Townhall Meeting Paid for by the Koch Brothers. I've Waited Since 2005 to Hear What She Had to Say.
Came across this video of Brenda Evak while doing research for another post. The power of Ms. Evak's words shut me down. I feel this video needs it's own post just due to the amazing power of what she said. It will be in the other post too. I have waited since 2005 to hear the Native women from the Norton Sound Region of Alaska speak up about what happened to their people. I know from personal experience no one was listening, very intentionally. No one listened to me when I wrote about what I saw and experienced there. The Native people in that region were traumatized over a long period of time. There are a large number of rapes and other violence against the women there, but little law enforcement, what few police in the region were corrupt, abusive and dysfunctional. The one female cop who went to Nome was run out by the good old boys at the cop shop.
Just before I went to Nome a cop raped and murdered a young woman, Sonya Ivanoff. In Nome many Native people believed it was the other cop who was on that night, there were only two. The behavior of stopping to talk to girls and pick them up continued after the murder. I told the girls I knew to just keep walking and stay away from them.
When working at Norton Sound Regional Hospital I was at odds with the police due to them not arresting the men who raped some of the women in Nome and the surrounding villages. There was a pervasive attitude there among the mostly white people who worked at the hospital owned by a Native corporation and funded by IHS that it just did not matter these women were raped and somehow had the twisted thinking that it was a part of their culture. I was outraged. No it is a part of the trauma they have suffered over decades, the secondary illnesses from the trauma such as substance abuse contributed to the violence. The labeling, misdiagnosing of women and girls who have PTSD with personality disorders that so often happens with traumatized females is used to silence the voices of the victims of oppression by discrediting them (weaponized clinics of incompetence). This is generational trauma that was done for profit of corporations and so politicians could get campaign donations to stay in power.
The Native peoples of Alaska are tied to the land, but it was taken and their tribes were made into corporations to preserve the ability of corporations to get at the oil and minerals. They were promised health care for this, but were given a crappy health care system, during the time I was in Nome it was very dangerous. No government agency responded to my whistleblowing about that. Instead I got my career destroyed, my psychological health compromised through trauma to discredit me and then was ganstalked, it continues. The behavioral health system that could have helped them deal with the trauma was so dysfunctional it had to be taken over a few years ago.
Keep speaking up Brenda Evak, keep up the activism, you are an shining example to others. 💓💪
Can't stop the tears of happiness.

Sytemic Prejudice, Lack of Oversight, Corrupt Court system, Police, Policiticans, School Board Allowed Sexual Abuse at a School in Wales Alaska
Story in the Nome Nugget. This is the only article about this I can find.
Here is the link to the Nome Nugget article.
This story is about Wales Alaska, where the red marker is. The hospital in Nome serves most of the villages in this google map screen shot. Nome is located at the bottom. I have been to Little Diomede across from Russia to the left and a couple other villages. In the ER I received patients flown in by medivac from these villages or phone calls from the clinics in some of them, even calls to please send the Coast Guard due to emergencies. They are isolated and many have little to no police, the villages are so small they have a safety type officer who does many things and generally they do not carry guns.
It is a very small village. I can't find current information. The population is most likely less than 200 people.
In Nome as the victims of rape came to the hospital, some in the ER I worked in and told their stories I would have to listen to the almost all white health care staff say crazy things about the Native Culture. One told me it was part of the Native culture for the uncles to initiate the girls into sex, that pedophilia was part of their culture and crazy things about the Native people who disappeared all just falling into the ocean. My responses to those comments counteracting them was one of the reasons for the severe workplace bullying and community mobbing that happened over a long period of time. I had a tolerance for it due to having been a nurse over twenty years, we were continuously workplace bullied, but Nome was horrific. Workplace bullying was planned at St. Josephs Hospital in Tacoma WA where the CEO hated nurses, hired hit people to go after us and intentionally placed workplace bullies as managers to destroy careers, destroy nurses and change the make up of the personalities of the staff when the nurses were highly educated, strong, hard working and cared about the patient outcomes. It was devastating what was done and I was greatly affected, but was able to recover. I knew that CEO before but did not know he had taken the job at St. Joes when I went back. He caused a strike at the old St. Elizabeths in Yakima and then was fired by the nuns after being overheard at a party telling people nurses were not worth what they were getting paid. He came to St. Joes to take revenge on nurses who he hated and there I was. It was brutal, but nothing like what happened in Nome Alaska where for decades layers of bullies destroyed careers with the help of community mobbing. I thought that was the worst treatment of nurses I would ever have to endure, but no, it can get worse.
The Native people who had to grow up with this kind of abuse, prejudice, lack of sociological/psychological understanding on the part of those with power over the systems they had to deal with of course were traumatized over and over and over. Then they were blamed for the problems that happen when people are traumatized and have PTSD such as addiction. That narcissistic thinking is embedded in our institutions in this country and many politicians who lack any understanding of trauma, psychology or sociology like to blame many vulnerable people for the problems caused by dysfunctional government systems. At this point in my life with all the past experiences and information the decades have brought it is quite clear this thinking is a concerted effort to cause these abuses just like gangstalking is done to disrupt and discredit the work of good people they also go after whole cultures and races. There is no other conclusion due to knowing normal people would not have ignored a situation where children were being repeatedly sexually abused, only sociopaths, psychopaths and those compromised in some way would do that. Propaganda is heavily used to change the thinking of people who have newly arrived in that region, it did not work on me.
I can't imagine knowing a fellow staff person was raping children and not speak up, or not contact the police, or not contact government agencies, or not form an action group in the community to protect the children and facilitate changes. That is what I tried to do in Nome so I know the harm that would come to anyone who attempted to do the right thing, but it would not have stopped me.
To know that these things happened within the walls over and over, and to know that staff knew about it and tried to tell the acting and regular principal or the staff didn’t report it themselves for a very long time, is very chilling to me.”
When I went to Nome I thought the job was working within the Native culture and for Native bosses. One of my first questions was, why are the white people running the Native hospital. There was one Native woman who worked in administration, they would hire a CEO, bully them, run them off or fire them, then she would take over that job as the temporary CEO often for years. I believe the medical director, the doctor over EMS and the training program for the village AIDS were actually running things and were the cause of the layers of bullies. It repeated over and over again. They once hired a Native man as CEO and had the board fired him almost immediately. A month before he was fired I told him my story, it was after the melt down and said they would fire him. He said they could not for at least a year by contract, he was ousted a month later.
One father of a sexually abused child, “I am utterly disgusted by everything that has led us to this point—the years it has taken.
Judge DiBenedetto: “What was repeatedly clear to me was if you are going to serve a community in any respect—a school, a trooper, a police officer, a VPO, a VPSO, a court system, no amount of policies you can put into place, no institutionalization that you can muster, is going to replace one core component that has to be there, that it seems like was lost in Wales: You have to genuinely care about the community. That’s where it begins and that’s where it ends. That would be my suggestion for Bering Strait School District.
Where were the lawyers in that region? What the hell was wrong with the police, the state troopers, it's the same story with the police in Nome not arresting the men who raped women. Cops told me when I worked the ER receiving raped women from remote villages that because the woman said not to arrest the men they did not. It was disturbing to talk to them because they were unable to see that was wrong or even that the rapes were wrong. No amount of contact with the powers that be in Alaska could get anything done, but I was totally by myself as the other nurses were complicit in the cover ups with their twisted thinking. We found out not too long ago the police were not arresting the men when women filed police reports, even in Nome, even a dispatcher that worked at the police department.
My question at this point is what else was covered up in that region? Was there something else they were afraid I would find out? Did the people who ran EMS and the police with their connections to the Fusion Center and FEMA have me put on some terrorist watch list to destroy me? That is attempted murder. Did they do this to others, Native people, nurses and other health care professionals who came to Nome and were horrified so contacted outside agencies? Where the hell was Indian Health Services/HHS? Where was the DOJ/FBI etc. Where in the hell were they all these decades?
I have to conclude that an intentional effort was made to destroy the power in the Native community through trauma by allowing something that is often used in war against them, weaponized sexual assault. This was done through systems in place in government agencies, including law enforcement. I would bet if the police told the truth which they will not, their orders came from higher than Nome or village police. The state police in every state is where the intelligence units connected to the fusion centers are located. As a person who is in a government harassment program I know about this.
This lawyer in Nome they mention, Conner Thomas, LMAO. Attorneys Connor and Lewis I wrote about so many years ago. I called the office of the only two private practice lawyers in Nome to get help with the workplace bullying situation, then had what I said dismissed in a abusive way. He dismissed me just like those in the schools, the police, etc. did to the Native people and others like myself. The good old boys club reminded me of Mississippi in the 1950s.
In 2007 this was part of one of my first blog posts, I believe Conner Thomas was the wishy washy lawyer and Lewis was the verbally abusive one who would act odd in the court room and laugh hilariously when my name was called. Helped to set me up did ya?
I called two local attorneys. One sounded wishy washy. The other one was immediately arguing on the side of the hospital without even hearing the story. I simply said to him calmly that he must be affiliated with the hospital. He then went nuts. He screamed over and over into the phone,"Why would you say that lady, why would you say that lady.....". This went on several times. I held it up for a housekeeper to hear. He started laughing and I hung up. I then said that I guessed he had either forgotten his medication that day or had taken too much. When I told people what he did they said this was typical behaviour for him. Bizarre. How sad, people call attorneys for help in Nome and get a nut case.
People later told me this was his normal behavior.
There is no mystery as to why there is a high rate of suicide among the Native people of Alaska. It was engineered by those manipulating much else that goes on in the United States and world three letter agencies run by psychopaths who do not work for the regular people, just the oligarchs and corporate interests.
I suspect there are similar stories all over that region.

Native Women in Nome Alaska Are Taking Their Power Back and Fighting Cops, the State and the Feds to Stop the High Level of Violence Against Them, Including High Rapes and Often No Arrests
Every time one of these articles about the rapes of Native Women and sometimes others and the lack of justice is published it is hard for me to read, I sob no matter where I am. Never ever in my wildest hopes did I think this problem would be taken care of in any way due to what I observed and experienced, especially after leaving Nome. Now I do have some hope that it will. It seems the people, mostly the Native Women have organized to force this issue and make the government take care of this horrendous problem that destroys lives, causes mental health issues and the secondary symptom of trauma, chemical dependency. The rest of us should use them as an example for many of the problems of our government not fulfilling their obligations to the citizens of this country.
It is very hard to describe what it is like to have never received justice for a horrendous crime against yourself, how it changes one's life. As a person who knows how that feels from a gang rape when I was young with no justice and the false charges in Alaska and the continuing crimes against me from organized harassment I can say it is devastating and causes a lack of trust in government, the courts and law enforcement that can't be healed, especially when the typical gaslighting by police is added. As those of us who had a father who fought in a war and came home with PTSD, then became alcoholic know, whole families are devastated by the trauma suffered by one member.
In one of the articles linked below someone writes the Nome Police Department, NPD have not been dealing with rapes appropriately for the last few years. OH NO WAY! I made phone calls myself in 2004-5 and began sending emails and making phone calls about it around 2006 and then in 2008 began writing about it. It had gone on long before I arrived in Nome, probably for decades. The Nome Police, Governor Palin, Governor Walker, the DOL, DA John Earthman, the Public Defender Agency, Senator Murkowski, Senator Begich, not sure if I contacted Senator Sullivan, the State Ombudsman, the Alaska office of the DOJ, the national DOJ, the FBI, several news outlets, the Department of Public Safety, the Alaska State Troopers, several state Senators, Congressman Don Young, and more, they did nothing, but their usual reactions, hanging up on me, calling me a liar, the big ignore, slandering me in the community, calling me crazy, having people stalk and harass me, not allowing me to file police reports and if I forced the issue making it sound like I am nuts or lying.
They also did not respond to very dangerous situations in the Homer Alaska area including someone threatening to assault me and in Nome the cops harassed the hell out of me. Where I am now, Boise Idaho the police behavior is exactly the same, this is what they do when someone is in a government harassment program to keep them from telling the truth about many things. Not so much democracy, not so much First Amendment, not so much justice, cowards. Cops who harass a woman who is by herself are scum, cowards, bullies, I call the ones in Boise who do that The Pussy Boys.
Over a long period of time, decades it was clearly known there was a huge problem with rapes in Alaska, especially for the Native Women and Girls, very little was done about it including law enforcement and counseling. Idiotic excuses were made about not taking any action to help the victims. Now they are finally claiming they will start testing the stockpiled rape kits.
In some places the police are continuing to not even arrest some of the perpetrators, this demonstrates the attitude of the powers that be about the rapes, which includes the politicians in Alaska, AK law enforcement, the DOL, Department of Law in AK and the Department of Justice of the United States including their dysfunctional FBI. Why in hell has nothing been done before now?! The changes are happening due to the Native Women organizing for changes. This horrendous problem that has altered and destroyed many lives and caused many suicides happened due to the craven and incompetent leadership of Alaska and the United States as a whole. Native women are disappearing in the United States and Canada, it is not a new phenomenon and they have taken little action.
What would lead police to think rapes are not crimes? What would lead the white people I worked with at Norton Sound Regional Hospital to tell me crazy things like the Native culture has initiation into sex by the uncles and then they were angry when I said, No, that is not the cause, what in the hell are you talking about. Why would a cop in Nome say to me, "You just don't understand how we do things around here." What would lead a former police officer, Dave Parker and now member of the judicial council to state the cause of Alaska's high rape statistics as, “We’re fighting an uphill battle with attitudes from Hollywood, the entertainment industry, they seem to put out the idea that this kind of thing is somehow acceptable," rather than look at the logical, obvious lack of police, state and court intervention as the cause? That's why I call him Hollywood Dave and considering what goes on with the corrupt courts in Alaska it's easy to see why he is on the Judicial Council.
This issue is one of the reasons I was workplace bullied, gangstalked and my career was destroyed in Nome Alaska. This was done to me in a short time there, but I lasted longer than most and it continues to this day, everywhere I go I am harassed, stalked, sabotaged, my phone calls to government agencies are diverted, I get medical bullying, misdiagnosis, lack of health care and much more.
I had a meltdown in Nome due to not understanding what was going on with the workplace bullying, the gangstalking or the massive drinking and rapes, I was in shock about the police department not arresting the men who raped Native Women and their dumping of intoxicants on me in the two cart ER who sometimes assaulted me. I was also pissed off about a doctor who over prescribed narcotics to a traumatized population.
Speaking up about those issues took courage and there has been a war waged on me since then, but I am not sure if that was when the organized harassment began because I was harassed by cops in Deming NM after whistleblowing them for being drug dealers and my employer for Medicaid fraud. Around the time I was in Nome the Fusion Centers were getting organized, they traveled around and told the leaders in communities they could use the terrorist lists to torture people they did not like. In a place like Nome there is no Fusion Center, but the state police are used and have intelligence units connected to the Fusion Centers. There is also Infragard, connected to the FBI/DOJ that the hospital could have used to report false information. Staff at the hospital would also have connections to FEMA and HHS along with many other agencies, then there is the Alaska National Guard.
The corrupt police and DA (then ADA) John Earthman charged me with seven felonies secondary to suicidal actions and then proceeded to block me from due process with the help of Judge "Ex Parte" Esch. All of them and the public defender agency set me up for a wrongful arrest later when I moved to Homer using a method long used on Native people, call a hearing and in my case it was for a totally phony-bologne accusation and they knew it, then don't tell the defendant about it so a warrant for arrest can be issued.
The public pretender from Kotzebue was on my case due to the drunken one in Nome being in rehab and the Kotz one was conveniently gone for a week. No one in that office notified me of anything, Judge Esch and DA Earthman knew that and were well aware no PD was at the hearing indicating some screw up, but a warrant was issued as part of the conspiracy. Multiple crimes were committed against me in the Homer Alaska area and out of Nome secondary to this, none of the perpetrators were charged, ,none of the malfeasant lawyers were disbarred. When I went to Homer to file civil cases they closed the court house down for a week and I was gangstalked where I was staying. Back then I did not know what organized harassment was. The Homer Police did nothing about that as per usual. When I complained about the gangstalking to the drunk owner of the property he called the police and had me thrown out.
When a Woman Is Raped in Rural Alaska, Does Anyone Care?
A teacher went to a rural small village, was harassed and then raped.
From criminal to cop, and back again, in Alaska’s most vulnerable villages
Alaska’s alarming rape epidemic
Nineteen is too young to be a cop, even twenty-one is questionable. The criminal charges they allow LEOs they hire to have on their records means two things, all the problems from other places go to Alaska to work and they know just because someone had a criminal charge in their past does not mean they aren't good people, but isn't it interesting how non-cops with histories of criminal charges are considered bad people by law enforcement. Funny how cops are excused for past problems, but for others their pasts are used for life long demonization. The other thing is allowing people who have been charged with crimes increases the number of sociopathic cops.
A 16 year old girl dies after alcohol and rape. They hire partial cops, don't train them much and pick people with criminal histories including domestic violence and sexual assault. You can't make this crap up or imagine it is true until you live surrounded by it. You can't imagine those in charge could know about this and not do anything, but they did not, they don't.
This is a horrifying story, but not an unusual one for Native women. The bullies take over when there is no law enforcement, then the bully cops take over. Even in Anchorage many of the men feel like they can do whatever they want to women. On the buses there I would have to yell and threaten men who were often highly intoxicate. They said very inappropriate things and put their hands all over me. The thing that gets me is those in charge of law enforcement and the courts did nothing for years and went after those who wrote and spoke up about this huge problem for decades. Good cops, good people would have been on my side.
I wrote about the high rape statistics in Alaska for years. There was no reaction other than harassment against me, police departments, the Department of Public Safety did not want to discuss the issue. Certainly when I was in Nome Alaska the Nome Police were not happy when I criticized them for not arresting men who raped women. This is a horrifying story, but not an unusual one for Native women. The bullies take over when there is no law enforcement, then the bully cops take over. Even in Anchorage many of the men feel like they can do whatever they want to women. Many times I wrote those situations are very much like a domestic violence police call, the woman is afraid of retaliation so makes a statement she does not want the assaulter arrested, that is why most police departments have a policy that anyone who was assaultive during a domestic dispute gets arrested, their decision, not her's. The hospital in Nome serves many very small villages in that region, the patients are flown in. There is very little law enforcement in most of those more remote villages, if they do have them it is a safety type officer who does many things in the village and is not fully police trained, most do not carry guns. Those VPSOs, Village Police Safety Officers (some have Village Police Officers they hire) are usually related to lots of people in the village and may be reluctant to arrest their relatives and friends for the same reasons the raped women have for not wanting the rapists taken into custody.
In a small village that practices subsistence getting along is essential for food, shelter, heat, taking care of emergencies, they have to work together and share food. In their culture they forgive often and do not make trouble for survival. That is changing, the Alaska Native Women are organizing to change the high rate of rapes and violence against them, the lack of law enforcement or their refusal to take appropriate actions to decrease those types of crimes and are telling their stories so they can heal.
I have written about this issue for many years since having been an RN at Norton Sound Regional Hospital in Nome Alaska. Was my speaking up about this while there one of the main reasons I was gangstalked and workplace bullied in the village? There were several reasons for that violence being perpetrated on me by people who thought for some strange reason that it was normal to not arrest men who raped Native Women. I have never understood that or the very strange things some of the people who worked at the hospital said to me about the rapes being part of the Native culture. It is part of the culture of the United States to not do the right thing when it comes to Natives/Indians, it is part of the Alaska culture to not provide them with law enforcement or appropriate health care, allow a doctor to prescribe their traumatized population lots of narcotics and capitalists in the village to sell a massive amount of alcohol. These are government polices designed to facilitate predatory capitalism and practice genocide. The Native people are showing the symptoms of a colonialist and imperialist government that worked to destroy their culture and belief system in an effort to force them to assimilate and not have influence. A traumatized population is much easier to control and the symptoms of trauma include drugs and alcohol which can be used to slander and discredit them. We can see that program being used on the working and middle class in the US as a whole now. There are many more details to this story and some of it certainly I do not know.
How many others did they go after in Alaska who spoke up like I did? I would like to hear their stories.
From Kyle Hopkins at the Anchorage Daily News:
For more than 20 years these rape kits sat on the shelves. That’s about to change
The state has identified about 2,600 rape kits that could help solve crimes but were never tested for DNA results, including some that sat on police department shelves for more than 20 years.
Rape kits have not been tested all over the country, an indication of the eroding of women's rights in this country.
A post I wrote in 2009:
WE'RE #2 IN ALASKA. LOUISIANA BEAT US FOR THE #1 SPOT
We're number two second only to Louisiana. I can only imagine the jealousy in the leadership of law enforcement and the leadership at the department of law in Alaska over Louisiana flaunting their incompetence and corruption skills so shamelessly. Maybe if we check how long it takes to test the kits in the rural areas we could beat them?
Wonder why the number of rapes is so high here in Alaska? Not testing rape kits is a huge contributor. In the villages I found out if the woman does not want to press charges the state does not prosecute. We know it is common for women who are in a domestic violence situation to not want to prosecute out of fear of retaliation. At least 1/3 of women raped know the man who assaults them. The women also face some pressure from family and neighbors not to prosecute in small close knit communities. Most states have laws that if there is a domestic violence incident someone gets arrested. This is also done to diffuse the situation. If there is evidence of a rape the state should be investigating the evidence even if the victim does not want them to just like arresting and prosecuting someone for domestic violence when their partner does not want them arrested.

"It's absolutely astounding," said Sarah Tofte, Research Director at Human Rights Watch. "What's the point of sending a rape kit to a crime lab for testing if you can't get to it for say, eight years?"(1)Here in Alaska we had a female Mayor in Wasilla, Sarah Palin who charged women who had been raped for the rape kits which sends the message that the crime of rape is not taken seriously(4). If you want justice you have to pay for it yourself. Crimes against women have a history of being put on the back burner or not taken very seriously. We know this from many serial rape cases and serial murder cases where poor, minorities, or prostitutes are not given attention until the numbers of missing, murdered. or raped are very large. I was raped over thirty years ago by eight men in another state and because the owner of the home it happened in was the son of a prominent man in California the police would not even investigate. This incident did change the course of my life. If I could have gotten justice or counseling it would have helped me heal faster. I have to say that here in Alaska I have encountered trauma much worse than that rape and injustice of hugely incompetent and corrupt proportions.
Not only does Alaska have the responsibility to women who were already raped they have the responsibility to protect those who potentially will be raped by a serial perpetrator. There is also a responsibility to catch rapists at early stages because some of them can be rehabilitated. The more times they rape the less their potential for finding a way to stop and the high recidivism rate is made worse because of this. I believe catching them early by educating the public on the importance of reporting any and all rapes is important. This can be done by letting women know they will be supported by not only the state, but their families, and communities. I do not mean to ignore male rape victims, this is all just as important for them.
I wrote this next one in 2013, a large portion of it discusses the rape problem in Alaska.
Hollywood Dave Parker Has Been Appointed To the Alaska Judicial Council
Keep in mind this is a state that only recently started to require sex offenders from other states to register in Alaska, has state troopers who will not look for a missing woman if she is a known prostitute, has a back log of untested rape kits only second to Louisiana, do not arrest some perpetrators in rural areas, has cops all over the state who coerce women into having sex with them while they are on duty (one was a serial rapist right under the nose of the APD and many knew he had sex on the job) and a former Mayor of Wasilla who required rape victims to pay for their own rape kits, yes that was Sarah Palin, Dave Parker’s buddy. I know, it’s hard to figure out why the rape stats are so high here, I’m flummoxed. There is a pervasive attitude about women and an intentional war on women’s rights by many of those in positions of power that have allowed all of this. So covering up the actions of a pimp by sacrificing a prostitute seem natural to them and it is done all the time. The prostitution in Alaska is connected to law enforcement and some in high positions in the government, then there are the all powerful corporations. Having cops and others as customers insures they keep their mouths shut and take actions to protect those involved.
Wrote this in 2016:
Alaska After All These Years is Finally Counting and Testing the Stockpiled Rape Kits, You Know Like They Just Noticed Them, SOP
Alaska did many things to promote rapes such as not requiring those convicted of sex crimes who came to Alaska from other states to register until a few years ago, not having law enforcement in the remote villages, not testing rape kits and unbelievably I watched as raped women came to the ER where I worked and the Nome Police did not arrest the perpetrators who were known to them. People in Nome were just OK with that, I was not. The cops were OK with it. It was like being on another planet and people did not like my opinions. I was right. Politically motivated charging and convicting of crimes were not a problem for the police or court in Nome. Cruel and vicious bastards.
I experienced received raped women in the ER at the hospital in Nome, then would call the SART (Sexual Assault Response Team) person on call who did not show up. Often, especially on weekends I had patients in the two cart ER, intoxicants causing problems on and off carts in the hallway and as many as 7 patients down the hall in the clinic. I would have the heartbreaking situation of no SART person and no way I could stay with the woman. If the medical director was on call he would not stay at the hospital and sometimes would not come in to see patients for hours, the other doctors just stayed there to take care of the patients.
It was traumatizing enough to see how many raped women there were, then the very person trained to support those who had been raped did not show up and the police would often not arrest the perpetrators even though they knew who they were. The worst of it however were the attitudes of the other health care professionals who thought all of this was normal and their bullying reactions to my questions about what in the hell was going on there on many levels.
Why did I write about it?
If it was traumatizing to me to watch the massive numbers of traumatized women, the incompetence on every level keeping them from the help to heal, the obvious lack of concern by law enforcement and surprisingly other nurses and doctors, how much more traumatizing to the women in that region who were raped and no arrests were made? Some of them were sexually assaulted often while growing up. They had decades of that which is emotional, sociological abuse on the level of a criminal conspiracy and massive human rights violations.
Imagine the trauma for the women who described how while growing up they tried to protect themselves from their frequent attackers by wearing two pairs of jeans hoping since they were drunk they would pass out and how if they did pass out on top of them being little girls they would panic, afraid they would suffocate. How could this not be traumatizing to the caregiver who everyday saw this and was trying to keep her head above water in a hospital with corruption, incompetence and violations on the extreme level, especially in the situation where the care could not even be given. My coworkers would not get off their asses down the hall in the break room to come and help, that is part of workplace bullying.
Where was Indian Health Service? They told me they gave full control to Norton Sound Health Corporation. There was no oversight. Who got them to do that?
I really had no idea what I was getting into when I went to Nome because I could not have imagined what went on there would be allowed. Even after the drug dealing cops in New Mexico and my Medicaid fraud employer there I could not have imagined the United States government would allow what was going on in Nome, now I know it wasn't that they allowed it, it was that they facilitated it. Anyone who knows anything about me would expect my reaction would be to contact government agencies after talking to the management about the issues. That is what I did, but I got abuse on a massive scale which has continued to this very day for telling the truth so many times and trying to effect changes for the better. It was and is a horrifying situation.
In August of 2003 Sonya Ivanoff a 19 year old Inupiak woman was murdered, a cop in Nome was charged. I got to Nome in February of 2004. Many of the Native people thought it was the other cop who was on duty, I have no idea what the truth really is. One piece of evidence against Matt Owens was that he picked up women while on duty and had sex with them, that was nothing new and it continued after he was no longer a cop with others. Then later a female cop, the only one of course, was accused of having sex at the police station, she denied it and may have been telling the truth. She was a nice person and a good cop so it is likely they fabricated the story to get rid of her in order to continue their corrupt practices unobserved.
Richard Svbodny was the prosecutor in the Matt Owens case. The DOL is the A.G. office in Alaska, the Department of Law, I call them the Department of Lawlessness. The quote below is from a story I wrote about the Spice Motorhome case in Anchorage Alaska from 2016.
There is something seriously wrong in Alaska, but don’t worry the Department of Lawlessness now has a public integrity unit, it is both funny and sad. Yea, it is funny because you know they caused a large amount of the corruption and then assisted the cover ups. They told Sarah Palin's staff not to talk to me or help me due to my threats about what went on when they had me wrongfully imprisoned. Then there was Richard Svobodny who when he worked for the DOJ told me that no one would ever do anything about a malfeasant prosecutor, called me a liar and hung up on me. I was not lying, but Mr. Svobodny got himself a job as Assistant Attorney General in the criminal division of the DOL. Integrity is like Kryptonite to them. Richard Svobodny is now retired from the DOL.
The DOL told Sarah Palin's staff not to help me with anything or talk to me. What are the origins of this?
Justice for Native Women article on Sonya Ivanoff.
This below is from 2003 an indication of a severe problem with the police department in Nome. This problem is not a few years old, that's 15 years ago. I reported massive issues beginning about a year later.
From 2003: Nome police must work to regain trust after officer charged with murder
Florence Habros, a key witness in the case and who says police failed for weeks to follow up on information she gave them, isn't sure when, or if, she'll be able to trust police again.
Here is the state of Florence Habros now: she has been homeless several years and was assaulted by an employee of the police department, one of those not quite a cop employees they use in Alaska aka paraprofessional police. They have some not quite a health care provider employees too, it's nuts. I would say she probably has an alcohol problem, a symptom of trauma. This is a Go Fund Me page someone created to try and help her.
This is the kind of crap that goes on in Nome...in Alaska, one wonders where the adults are but for many jobs they can have a hard time finding employees who have the training and skills needed. Nome is what is called a drinking village too, so many people are not reliable employees. After my charges for being suicidal after workplace bullying/gangstalking in Nome and denial of health care, medical bullying and more the Native people told me, just stay here, we all have felonies and the employers will hire you, they just want someone who will actually show up and do the work. After what I had been through the PTSD was so bad and I was constantly triggered by places and specific people in a village with a population around 3500 just functioning on a day to day basis was difficult I ended up disabled. Many crimes have been committed against me since then and it continues in Boise Idaho, including by the police, landlords, in homeless shelters and many other places.
Nome officer who admitted punching homeless woman is rehired by department
Here is the article from KNOM.
Wilson charged with kidnapping, sex abuse and murder of 10-year-old Ashley Johnson-Barr
Recently happened in Kotzebue close to Nome.
Two women say Kotzebue man charged with killing 10-year-old had previously abused them as girls
Just like everything else that went on and is going on I want some answers. I contacted Indian Health Services and left another message asking for an explanation about what the hell was going on at Norton Sound Health Corporation and what is going on right now with the hospital in Dillingham. I want to know why I was ignored, gaslighted, gangstalked, slandered, my career was destroyed, I was misdiagnosed, medically bullied and denied health care and over and over the harassment program has been used to force me into homelessness. No, I don't expect a response, that would be a shocker if it happened. The words, "Writ of Mandamus" were in my message, but the acronym FOIA should have also been included.
I do not know when this Department of Public Safety 'Sexual Assault Kit Initiative' page was began. Walt Monegan Part 1 was apparently not concerned about untested rape kits, but is now during Walt Monegan Part 2."All of these decisions were made based on individual cases, and not necessarily with the potential impact on other cases in mind." I explained it to all of you years ago, the effect it had on others along with lots of things, you did not return my phone calls, laughed at me, hung up on me, called me a liar, said I was nuts, hacked my emails from the quitter's email dumps and gangstalked me. There were lots of bad decisions over a very long period of time by the whole damn bunch, law enforcement, court system, government agencies, both state and federal. Now that you have gotten off your asses and state you are going to take some action about this problem does it mean you are all crazy?
From the Nome Nugget November 16th 💓
Kawerak and City jointly request help from state and federal agencies to reform NPD
There are always two slanderous/libelous reactions when I tell anyone in a government position the truth, one is that I am a liar, then this...
Those accusations against women who tell the truth by the men who spread lies about them says everything about them and nothing about their target other than they are threatened by some truth that woman knows.
This is the standard slander for government harassment programs, that the target is mentally ill and since most people know nothing about mental illness including cops and some mental health practitioners along with the stories being crazy they believe the lies. The stories are crazy and similar to a domestic abuser who beats a woman, but is a nice guy in the community, when accused he says she is crazy because who could believe he would do such a thing. That is narcissistic abuse and so are the government harassment programs, but they aren't just one person, it can be hundreds of people going after one target with the aim of destroying them.
Funny thing all those things I reported that meant I was "paranoid" have been brought to light by others, a very long list of them starting in Alaska. I am never given any credit and the gangstalking/harassment program continues. Claiming the target is crazy or paranoid is a narcissistic tactic that runs through the behavior of domestic abusers to government agencies to presidents, all of them are covering up their own wrong doing by libeling and slandering the ethical person with the integrity to tell the truth in an attempt to facilitate changes. Those kinds of people have taken over our government on every level because unless regulated and managed well all organizations whether government or corporate will become more psychopathic over time.
They tell other people these lies to cover up their own incompetence, unethical practices, corruption and their own lying. I was not lying about any of it, the whole fucking story, the hospital, the harassment program, the prison system, the prostitution advertised on Craigslist, the problems at that lodge in Homer including a meth lab, but you all did what you could to keep me from due process, to sabotage my life, harm my health, block me from decent health care, isolate me, have me misdiagnosed and have made me homeless over and over to cover your own corrupt, incompetent asses. You even had my cat starved and tortured and things that had sentimental value to me destroyed or stolen by your accomplices Robin and Steve Hume.
You allowed Robin Hume to steal from me, harm my cat and more, no criminal charges. You allowed Steve Hume to perjure himself in court and file a false police report about me, ADA John Earthman even called from Nome to Homer to notify the Alaska State Troopers in Anchor Point that they had issued their totally bogus warrant while I was not allowed to file police reports. ADA Earthman then became DA Earthman by malfeasance and then there were all the raped Native Women in Nome with perps that went Scot free. There were others involved in the conspiracy to falsely imprison me who got promotions and appointments. This is standard for government harassment programs. Was it FEMA, HHS, IHS, DOJ, that put me on the list or just a couple of scumbags trying to protect the job they should have never had to begin with?
There is a national epidemic of police gaslighting people who are in organized harassment programs. I told the truth about everything in Alaska and I'm telling the truth about what has gone on in Boise Idaho. What we need are Nuremberg-type trials for human rights violations by the United States and they all need to go to prison or worse. I never believed in the death penalty until these psychopaths came after me for intentional destruction along with the observations and experiences I had in Nome, Homer and Soldotna Alaska. The evil is strong, but I am stronger and so are the Native Women in Alaska.
This is one of the reasons the dysfunction and abuse are perpetrated over and over in Alaska. Greg Russell did the first organized harassment operation on me as the handler of a gangstalking operation that included several corporations and government entities in the community. I was not the only person he and his family went after. The story is very disturbing, but so are the rest of them including what has gone on in Boise Idaho and continues as they have a horde of gangstalking scum, the Army of Weaponized Morons.
Greg Russell, Retired Cop Who Organized Gangstalking at Laurawood Arms USDA RD Apts Hired by Nome Alaska For Harassment Training Including "Hostile Work Environment," You Can't Make This Crap Up (Part 5)
The video below, a reality show about Alaska State Troopers demonstrates the dysfunction designed and allowed on both the state and federal level to create crimes, promote addiction due to trauma and save them from having to fulfill their obligations to the Native people. I recognize several of the people in the video and the situations.
