James Comey's Orwellian Newspeak Exonerating Hillary Clinton By Explaining She is Guilty

And jobs like this one are hard to come by.

Orwell would probably not be stunned by Comey's speech, no he would understand it fully. The Clinton's engineered the abusive, civil rights, life destroying system of prisons in this country due to harsh legislation. Others who have done much less than what she did are sitting in solitary confinement unraveling while she is unfuckingbelievably allowed to continue to campaign for president with the help of our un-hopey and un-changey president. All of this is going on while Bernie Sanders an ethcial man who cares about the lives of the people of the United States and other countries has had to battle these psychopaths who did every dastardly thing they could to keep him from winning. Today he was booed in a House meeting for not stating that he supports a woman who Comey claimed was guilty but exonerated.

Intentions? Hillary's intention was fuck everyone I will do as I damn well please, fuck security, fuck classified information, fuck the people of the United States. As Comey said she acted in a very unresponsible way when she was so "careless." Then she lied her ass off about the emails. For some reason even though all of this is quite well documented some people are unable to see it.

There are people whose intentions when they leaked classified information was to help their fellow Americans, to communicate the truth and stop the harming of people in other countries in our name. Those good intentions were incarcerated or exiled, Hillary Clinton's fuck all intentions (and let's clarify she was directing the State Department at the time) give her a get out of jail card.

It was Orwellian to listen to James Comey lay out all the reasons to indict Hillary Clinton and then next say "no reasonable prosecutor" would do so. First of all the low income and minority people of the United States would like to know where all these "reasonable
prosecutors" are.  Innocent people are denied due process, are lied about and since prosecutors have been given the discretion to decide who to indict without guidelines prosecuted at a very high rate while the public defenders threaten them into taking pleas even if innocent or charged wrong. Where are they? The truth is "no reasonable prosecutor" would have not indicted Hillary Clinton.

James Comey's statement was very strange, he set up the crimes Hillary Clinton had committed according to the laws, but then verified that they forgot to add this clause...unless the person committing these violations is a part of the oligarchy, wealthy or a puppet of the oligarchy. Other people could be arrested for these crimes according to Comey, but not Hillary Clinton. Yes, she did this and was very careless but oh well she is from the protected class in the United States.

“…we found no evidence that any of the additional work related emails were intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them in some way. Our assessment is that like many email users secretary Clinton periodically deleted emails or emails were purged from her system when devices were changed." 

He is trying to make it sound like as director of the State Department she treated her email like she had a yahoo account so no problem, she’s did the same thing you would do with your email account. But no she is not like me because if I worked in a security agency I would have gone by the security suggestions due to it being my damn job to make sure they could not be hacked or read by people who were not supposed to see them, you know like protecting a patient's personal records as a nurse. But then I was not working for a reason other than to do my job and make a living, Hillary had other agendas to work on. But the thing is if I knew about corruption which was massive and disgusting I would be an ethical whistleblower just as I have been in the past.

It is the whistleblowers these laws are targeting to prevent the truth from getting to the public. They are afraid of actual journalists and bloggers, but especially that rare animal, an investigative journalist. That is why Greg Palast had to go work in the UK under GWB. Those who seek information such as Jason Leopold are given labels such as "FOIA Terrorist" for a reason. Understand that I am saying they are very afraid of the truthful and ethical people of this country just as a bully is afraid of his target who makes him or her feel threatened.

There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in secretary Clintons position or in the position of those she was corresponding about those matters should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation.”

Director Comey are you familiar with the word negligence? Of course she knew she did wrong, but she just did not give a damn because psychopaths don't follow rules and they think people who do are idiots. She had her own agenda and it was not so much about the policies of the United States as herself and her donors.

“Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information our judgement is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before deciding whether to bring charges, there are obvious considerations like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent.“ 

“We can not find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information or vast quantities of information exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct or indications of disloyalty to the United States or efforts to obstruct justice.  We do not see those things here. 

So why not say a person who got drunk and drove a car resulting in the death of someone is innocent because they did not have the intention of killing them, many people who drive drunk are in a black out and had no intention of driving drunk that evening when the first drink was taken? Hillary knew the server was a problem but she felt that having who her donors were and how much money they gave her and Bill was riskier than protecting the country as the Secretary of State. I believe there may have also been political operations information in those emails she wanted to keep secret.

Low income people who come into contact with the criminal justice system have their information manipulated to lie about them and intent is often disregarded, instead the prosecutor demonizes them. I experienced this from a corrupt court system in Alaska, but people all over the United States have been treated harshly by the criminal justice system of this country, the mentally ill, the intellectually impaired, homeless people and especially minorities while those with money either are not prosecuted or are given special sentences that don't destroy their lives. The powerful and wealthy are given much consideration by prosecutors who rarely ever even indict them which sometimes pisses off LEOS who caught them red handed. Now this seems familiar, let me think...oh yea...

Public Records Request Shows Palin/Parnell Crimes, Hacking My Email and Deleting Them From the Governor's Account

 

I had to get in a big fight with the FBI to get them to even take a report about my email account being hacked, they just blew me off but Sarah Palin had a college kid sent to prison for guessing the password of her email account. In my case it was the state of Alaska and/or some federal security agency or law enforcement agency that removed my emails. Never heard from the FBI about this or anything else including drug dealing cops in Luna County New Mexico who turned out to also be selling guns to a Mexican drug cartel...then Fast-N-Furious...they knew for years. I made a phone call to make the report and they said I should go to the city council and discuss it. That would have resulted in my death, I finally had to leave there running for my life. Sure glad I left before the cops in that area began doing forced enemas and colonoscopies on people stopped for traffic violations because they pull over people and charge them with false traffic violations for harassment, that is what they did to me.  

Comey's statement yesterday was just like I said they would do, but I expected the announcement to made a couple days later or perhaps the first of next week.  This book was published today, the day after Comey's speechifying, does the announcement have anything to do with that? I have it but have not read it yet.

No I don't think they will indict her because hello that was me FBI who reported the cops in Luna County New Mexico were the drug dealers and you told me to do something that would have gotten me killed, then cops there were part of Fast-N-Furious, that was me who reported Mimbres Memorial Hospital was committing Medicaid fraud and nothing was done to the tune of about $350,000,000. I did not want to make money off it just wanted it to stop, but it finally did not due to our government doing it's job, nope a whistleblower lawsuit by an insider. Then there were the missing Native people in Nome Alaska that you ignored a long time, oh and I know the story of LEO corruption and the involvement of the FBI in the Christy story, then there was the setting up rather than helping people in the militia case in Alaska as you so often do. Nope don't think she will be indicted because President Obama is also protecting her, then there is the crazy obviously staged meeting between Loretta Lynch, the attorney general and Bill Clinton on an airplane. That is nuts because they knew not to do such a thing. The airplane meeting could mean they are panicky due to a coming indictment, but I know just how deep the corruption runs and that we have war criminals who were never charged with crimes...So, nope don't expect an indictment, instead expecting manipulation of words and laws to make her look exonerated by the investigation.

This hearing is unfortunate because from what I have read only Republicans are conducting it. That allows the Democrats and Hillary to claim it is a witch hunt just like the Clintons always do. Where are the Democrats with courage? I can't see any except for Bernie Sanders who can't say much right now due to the political campaign.
