Shawn Christy Files Motion for Acquittal in Federal Case Where He Was Prevented From Presenting Evidence of a Decade Long Harassment and Smear Campaign to Destroy Him Related to the Charges

If Shawn was able to have access to help with his case other than public defenders trying to railroad him and a real law library he could prepare a case that would convince the jury he was targeted for over a decade beginning when he was 17 years old and volunteered to help with the McCain/Palin campaign. He was sexted by Sarah Palin and lots of bad things began happening to him and his family. He was disrupted, harassed by law enforcement, set up, wrongfully charged, a smear campaign went on in the news media, his jobs were disrupted, so was going to school. This is typical of being put on a faux watchlist.

His family was under a fake investigation for gun violations. Then after years of harassment Shawn was set up to be attacked by Mayor Holly in McAdoo, falsely charged. In the end all of the charges were dropped except one related to harassment, but the news media made it sound like he was convicted of assaulting the mayor, no, there is a video, it's altered but very clearly the mayor assaulted Shawn. Video disappeared or was altered. This is what the three month run was about and a lie he was told by a public defender not to go to a hearing. The run was engineered by USMS/FBI out of Alaska who had been trying to set Shawn up for over a decade for Sarah Palin.  That part of the story was not allowed, no evidence of being set up for the run or how it was engineered or that particular USMS/FBI kept showing up wherever Shawn went knowing exactly where he was the whole time.

If the jury had gotten all the information they needed to understand what had really gone on the decisions they made would have been different. Shawn filed for acquittal, he needs a real trial, not the Kangaroo court he got. No wonder Shawn got pissed off and began swearing in the court room.

Shawn was not allowed to present all the evidence in the trial and the defense was allowed to manipulate which is SOP in the United States. Prosecutors used emotional tactics by attacking Shawn's father Craig on the witness stand and used Dakota Meyer as a witness to demonize Shawn.

Dakota Meyer has a history of attacking Shawn on Facebook and should have been charged with cybercrimes, no way being unrelated to the charges Meyer should have been there giving specious testimony to get convictions. The thing is Meyer was not even involved in the charges. What happened in Kentucky stays in Kentucky apparently. All the manipulation and set up that went on to lure Shawn to go there, the warnings to law enforcement from Craig Christy, Shawn's father, the evidence I gave them for the FB page Shawn Christy Political Prisoner and the cybercrimes of Dakota Meyer has a lot to do with no charges being filed in Kentucky against Shawn Christy. No charges but Dakota Meyer is brought out for demonizing anyway.

The prosecutor is a real piece of work too, Assistant U.S. Attorney Francis Sempa.

Francis P. Sempa is an attorney, an adjunct professor of political science at Wilkes University, and a contributing editor to American Diplomacy. He is the author ofGeopolitics: From the Cold War to the 21st Century (Transaction Publishers, 2002) andAmerica’s Global Role: Essays and Reviews on National Security, Geopolitics and War(Rowman and Littlefield, 2009).

He is also affiliated with The Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI), a right wing think tank, has written about national security, geopolitics, war etc. along with teaching political science at a university. Why is this guy prosecuting Shawn Christy? It could be for many reasons including earning political brownie points. His interest and work in these areas tells me a lot about him, who he has contact with and that likely he was placed to finish Shawn Christy off and to protect Sarah Palin from the truth being told.

Dakota Meyer is a contractor who had an agenda of protecting Sarah Palin who was his mother-in-law for years. He also seemed to have a close relationship to her. For over a decade Sarah Palin lied Shawn Christy stalked her, that started before the one time he went to Alaska to be interviewed by a journalist. He never went to Wasilla, stayed in Anchorage. Then not long ago Bristol Palin told the same lie for an idiotic reality show that Shawn had stalked her, picking up her mother's lie and wearing it like that story was always hers. These people are pathological liars and very disturbed. Narcissistic tactics used in an organized way are very dangerous to the public. Dakota Meyer is a government contractor.

The Palins lied as a group to cover up their behavior and demonize their victims. The Palins have a long history of retaliation and destruction of people. A lot of their activity has to do with covering up their own wrong doing. So, why would the judge not allow Shawn to present the long history of the Palins going after many people. There is quite a large amount of evidence of this.







This video contains some of the police recordings of interviews showing how the Palins lied and tried to get their victims into trouble. There is way more audio than what is on this video. This is what went on in the attack on Shawn Christy, but they used the Alaska FBI and USMS to go to another state and set Shawn up.

The Palins as a mob demonized people, lied about who started all the fighting according to many witnesses and tried to bully police into arresting a guy before they had even taken statements.No one was ever arrested but the Palins should have been. The owner was punched in the face by Bristol several times.

An old lady pushed me, she got beat to the ground, a man pushed Bristol to the ground, Track was jumped by some guys, witnesses said none of those things happen. There are books written about how they go after people, that is what happened to 17 year old Shawn Chrsity. He had no way of knowing there were even people like this in the world.









Sarah Palin has a history of going after young men for destruction.  Why was Shawn Christy never allowed to present this information and why were his witnesses in one trial not charged with contempt of court by ignoring subpoenas? This is very relevant considering the history of Sarah Palin.

Sarah Palin resigned the same day Shawn Christy's psych eval came back, not crazy then, also evaluated as not crazy now. But Sarah Palin gave the crazy Lake Lucille speech that very same day. Hmmm, there might be a connection and the transcripts of the sexting were available back then. Who know if they are disappeared by now, but most certainly the NSA should have them.

Shawn Christy Has Been Moved From the NY BOP Prison Back to Lakawanna County Prison in PA. In the Meantime, DA O'Pake Stating Assistant US Attorney Sempa Said So Lied on an Application for Continuance.

Ten days to two weeks ago I remember Craig Christy writing somewhere that his son Shawn Christy had his travel orders from the BOP prison in New York where he was transferred for a competency evaluation. I was expecting him to be transferred soon back to the Lakawanna County Prison in Pennsyslvania where the USMS has him incarcerated. There was a bit of positive thinking on my part due to having worked in a competency evaluation and treatment unit. Shawn had complained he was there and they had not started the eval, they also asked for an extension. Then not long after he had travel papers, that could mean they found diddly and certainly means there was no treatment. All the players would have known Shawn was going back to Pennsylvania, prosecutors in both the county and federal jurisdictions.

Then yesterday Craig announced Shawn was back in Lakawanna County Prison. I wanted to know if the psych eval was released and Karen Christy said it is not due until June 26th. I can only hope the staff involved in the evaluation were not compromised and are competent. 

Then this morning there was information from Craig that yet another lie has been told by the Department of Justice about his case. Considering all the stalling, Brady Violations, demonizing, threat signaling, gangstalking, threats and institutional harassment that has gone on I am not surprised. What is a surprise is how they are doing this so anyone can figure out they are lying to manipulate. Blatant, easily detectable lies from an Assistant US Attorney, shame on you Mr. Francis P. Sempa for lying or perhaps you would like to explain where that information came from if you aren't. 

Let us not assassinate this man any further. Francis P. Sempa is an interesting and odd character to be an Assistant US. Attorney, he was previously a deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania. This guy writes about national security and geopolitical politics. Why is he working on Shawn Christy's case? One huge question I have is what intel agency he may be connected to. He seems to be a guy waiting for an appointment and I know from personal experience that screwing over targets for the FBI/NSA/Fusion Centers is used to achieve that goal for many.

There is a claim made that Francis P Sempa is an adjunct professor in the political science department at Wilkes University in PA. He apparently doesn't want anyone to see him.

Seems there is some interest in the history of how Shawn Christy after making contact with Sarah Palin's office when he was 17 has been placed in the disrupt/discredit program. As a target myself I know the ultimate goal is to destroy the target, how do you feel about participating in torture and character assassination Mr. Sempa and you too Michael O'Pake, what are your feelings on that subject?

Shawn was a 17 year old kid, I was a whistleblowing nurse.

Interestingly, I'm suuure it's just a coincidence, Craig Christy reported probation harassment. I am very familiar with that. My favorite part is the technician they had that kept asking me if I had prescription strength Tylenol as harassment. LOL. True story, most people are not very bright, especially bullies. This kind of retaliatory abuse is widespread and comes from higher ups. For targets it is linked to the agencies trying to harm us. In my case and Craig's it had nothing to do with us doing something wrong, it was some psychopath, narcissist trying to cause trouble. This is apparently how everything is done in the United States now. It's a very bad sign of pending disaster.

Michael O'Pake the District Attorney for Schuylkill County in PA who was Shawn Christy's former public defender presented this application for continuance to the court. It has false information in it. Not the first time that has happened.  O'Pake should have never been prosecuting his former client at the PD office. Are there any ethics at all left in this country?

Michael O'Pake makes the statement in the application that Fran P Sempa who must be Francis P Sempa on July 9th informed him Shawn was being evaluated and it would take several months to complete. Craig Christy way before that had stated Shawn had his travel papers. This is what they do for stalling and to keep the defendant out of the public eye for a while to let the interest die down. It is also done to wear the defendant down so they will cooperate with a plea. In this case the cabal is trying to get their stories straight and come up with a plan. They got Shawn's hearing changed to September 25th based on a disgusting lie.

This was an exparte request, all interested parties were not notified. Shawn would have been able to receive the information, he was not unavailable, you just manipulated to make it appear so. YOU LIED!



I called the judge in my case in Alaska Ben exparte Esch. He pulled the same crap he did with me on one of the Fairbanks Four.  You know the saying can't take the exparte out of the Fairbanks judge when he moves to Nome. OK, that didn't work, whatever. He died of fast cancer and one of my impaired public offenders had a young mysterious death. True story. The prosecutor John Earthman was also a liar just like these two here.

As it states in the document this request should have been denied as the prosecutors on both the county and federal levels have falsified the document. Falsification makes it invalid. FFS let Shawn finally be allowed to request evidence and have a trial. Is there anyone in a position over others in this country not controlled by corruption?

Craig figured out DA O'Pake is friends with Jared Witmier the Allentown FBI supervisor. The FBI convinced the Christys they were investigating what has gone on for Shawn. There are many odd things that happened including the obvious set up with Mayor Holly and the very bizarre situation in Kentucky. After taunting from Dakota Meyer towards Shawn and others along, requests for Shawn to come to his home with threats of violence and metadata indicating Shawn might be in the area posted on line by myself, along with Craig contacting the FBI not one damn FBI agent or Deputy US Marshal or Dakota Meyer were to be found at the house.

The FBI, USMS and US Attorneys are all under the Department of Justice. That means Attorney General William Barr is their commander. The corruption continues, but then Barr was CIA, was involved in Iran-Contra, was GHWB's fixer and on and on. Now he's Trump's fixer.

At long last have you no sense of decency?
