Yes, but they have propagandized themselves as the good guys. |
The DNC was served yesterday to give notice of a class action lawsuit for people who donated to the Democratic National Committee for Bernie Sanders by Beck and Lee Trial Lawyers. They are seeking damages for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, violation of a Washington D.C. code that as manifested by deceptive conduct of lying about being neutral towards candidates, unjust enrichment from donations that were fraudulently obtained, breach of fiduciary duty and negligence for failure to use reasonable care regarding the personal information of the donors.
The basis of the lawsuit is of course the lies that the DNC and Debbie Wasserman Schultz were neutral on candidates when all along they planned to install Hillary Clinton as the candidate and president. It was actually demonstrated for months that this was true by their actions and the news media who sycophantically followed the DNC orders. Those of us who are conscious were shocked. Then when the hacked emails from the DNC hard drives were exposed by Guccufer 2.0 clear evidence made it very obvious that not only were they biased towards HRC, but they had decided long ago she would win the candidacy. It went way further than that, they designed a system of
manipulating the news media to help them select Donald Trump as the Republican candidate. The DNC used surrogates to feed information to the corporate news media, had them drop talking points and make false claims to manipulate the population so Hillary Clinton could deny she said certain things when they came up.
This lawsuit is beautiful and designed to help the citizens of this country fight their way towards democracy, we do not have real elections in the United States. Only a fraction of those effected are on the lawsuit right now, thousands are lined up and ready to go behind them. #BernieWon
Here is the best part of the documents, the summons for the DNC and Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
You
can find the court documents on the JamPac website.

Despite the requirements in the Charter, and in spite of the multiple public
declarations
of neutrality and impartiality with respect to the Democratic primary process,
the
DNC
was not neutral. To the contrary, the DNC was biased in favor of one candidate –
Hillary
Clinton
(“Clinton”) – from the beginning and throughout the process. The DNC devoted
its
considerable
resources to supporting Clinton above any of the other Democratic candidates.
Through
its public claims to being neutral and impartial, the DNC actively concealed
its bias
from
its own donors as well as donors to the campaigns of Clinton’s rivals,
including Bernie
Sanders
(“Sanders”).

By the date of the DNC Memo, the Democratic presidential nomination field
already
included, in addition to Clinton, Bernie Sanders, who announced his candidacy
on April
30,
2015.12 And
at the time, there was also widespread speculation that others would soon enter
the
primary race including Joe Biden, Lincoln Chafee, Martin O’Malley, Elizabeth
Warren, and
Jim

Despite there being every indication that the 2016 Democratic primary would be
contested
by multiple candidates, including Sanders, the DNC Memo makes no mention of any
Democratic
candidate except Clinton, and builds the DNC’s election strategy on the
assumption
that
Clinton will be the
nominee, with no doubts attached. Rather than reflecting an “impartial”
or “evenhanded”
approach to the nominating process, as required by the Charter, the DNC
Memo
strongly indicates that the DNC’s entire approach to the process was guided by
the
singular
goal of elevating Clinton to the general election contest.
