It’s official 35% of the people in Alaska are either insane or intellectually impaired. It is hard to believe so many voted for Joe Miller knowing the overwhelming truth about him. Does this say something about their own ethics? When Sarah Palin was elected governor the excuse was people did not know what she was, they knew exactly what Joe Miller was when they voted for him.

 I have experienced an unbelievable amount of intentional evil just myself from such people who believe they have a right to do as they please without conscience including harming others. They retaliate just like Sarah Palin and admire her when she publicly says something nasty. They loved it when Joe Miller had his goon squad violate the civil rights of a journalist. Did the Department of Law take action against them to safeguard the public from such actions? No, they pick and choose who is charged with crimes here. I have said in the past that Sarah Palin is not an anomaly in Alaska, I have lived it. I knew there was a chance Joe Miller could be elected. More evidence of lots of people in Alaska with similarities to Palin would be the overwhelming victory of Sean Parnell which is so repugnant.

It is frightening that 35% of the population don’t care about ethics, don’t care if a candidate is a liar, don’t care if he clearly violates the civil rights of others, believe in myths and don’t care (and in many cases are thrilled) that he is aligned with the Alaska Militia wingnuts. At this time it appears Murkowski has won (but it is not written in stone yet due to her votes being write ins). If Murkowski had not done her write in campaign Miller would have won because the Republicans always vote for whoever has an “R” by their name. It appears she did at least save us from Miller.

For the most part the results of the election were, same old-same old. If you want what you have always gotten just keep making the same choices. The voters have spoken, corruption and nepotism are what a huge percentage of Alaskans want. The percentage of voters for Murkowski and Miller combined is about 72% at this point in time. Many even admit that Scott McAdams was the best choice, but they just could not stand the thought of having two Democrats representing Alaska. They also feared the loss of Murkowski‘s power in the senate or should I say there was fear of loss of pork

Prognosticators had long ago called the outcome of Tuesday's elections: A tea-party-infused mass rejection of the Democrats. There is, however, one outcome that was even more certain and that should be considered more troubling for our democracy than the ordinary midterm shifts of voters' partisan preferences. With the departure of Roland Burris, who was appointed to President Obama's old Senate seat, and with the long-shot and under funded Senate bids by African Americans in South Carolina, Georgia and Florida having failed, the United States Senate has no African Americans in the new Congress that convenes in January 2011.

We just took a giant step backwards in this country.

There were other elections in other parts of the country I have interests in for more than general political reasons. Harry Reid in Nevada has been the champion of those of us who have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME). If he had lost to Sharon Angle it would have been a huge blow to us because for decades the government has ignored our plight. Of course the fact that Angle is a dingbat was even more frightening for the general population. I have been a fan of Jerry Brown for decades. He is a good man who has won the election as governor in California against a corporatist who tried to buy the election with $141 million of her own money. Jerry Brown ran a lean and cheap campaign, I love it. This is a victory against the corporate interests. Jerry Brown is ethical, holds Democratic principles, and is moderate. This is the second time he will be governor in California. He loves the state and wants to try to straighten out the problems. He was the youngest and now the oldest governor in California. His victory reminds me that the comparison of what California was during his first run as governor with all of it’s faults means we don’t know what we have until it is gone. Thank goodness Barbara Boxer won, Fiorina is one evil woman. California is always a few years ahead of everyone else (good or bad), so I take these victories as a sign of our future. After this election even less will happen in Washington D. C. and voters may swing back to choosing competent, reasonable and ethical people for office. I am upset about Allan Grayson’s loss in Florida. I suspect we will hear from him again.

"Longer term, there has got to be a move outside of that system," Miller told CNN's John King. "Ultimately we want to transfer the power back to the states so that states can take up the mantle of those programs if they so desire."

Miller previously said that the U.S. should "transition out of the Social Security arrangement."
King, noting that Miller's position is something Democrats have pounced on, asked Miller to make himself perfectly clear -- that he wouldn't take away Social Security checks from the people who currently count on them, but that he'd like to do away with the program for future generations. King asked: "Would [a person born the day Miller was sworn in] perhaps grow up in an America where there is not a federal Social Security program if you got your way?"
"Absolutely," Miller said.

I live in an apartment complex for people who are elderly and/or have disabilities. I received a post card for the Miller campaign in the mail Saturday which says it is paid for by the Republican Party. I immediately laughed when I grabbed my mail and threw it on the table on my way out the door because I saw a line on the back that said, “Republican Joe Miller. Keeping Promises.” When I got home I read the rest of it, when I turned it over and read the front I gasped:

                         "WHO CAN SENIORS TRUST TO PROTECT SOCIAL SECURITY?"

Not only has Joe Miller been outspoken about eliminating Social Security, so have many others in the Republican party. The elimination of Social Security is one of their main goals and has been for a long time. They tell the public lies about the stability of the program because they want their wall street corporate buddies to use a program we rely on for a secure retirement or disability to make profits off the public.


The back of the post card said this:

"The Washington politicians have nearly bankrupt Social Security. I’ll make sure we keep our commitment to seniors while fixing the program for future generations."

Holy Crap. This is an out and out lie about Joe Miller’s stand on Social Security and it comes direct from the Republican Party. It is also a lie about Social Security which is completely intact and solvent until 2037.

Then it goes on:
-Joe’s Plan to Protect Social Security

-Stop the Washington politicians from raiding the Social Security Trust Fund to pay for wasteful government programs.

WTF? This implies two lies. Social Security funds have nothing to do with anything but Social Security, unless laws are passed changing it they can't use the S.S. funds for anything else. He is implying the current majority which would be Democrats, want to "raid" S.S. which is not true. What "wasteful government programs" is he talking about, he thinks they should all be eliminated for being "unconstitutional". The Republicans are the ones who want to “raid” Social Security and they paid for this post card. Embedded in the Republican’s “Pledge to American” is a plan to privatize Social Security. We did not even need that sketchy document to know they plan to destroy the program because so many of them keep telling us just what they plan to do. Now George Bush is saying his biggest regret is his failure to privatize Social Security.

And, with the scheme to lock in Bush's tax cuts for the wealthy, the only way Republicans will avoid creating the largest deficits in American history is by ending the nation's commitment to its seniors and to its most vulnerable citizens—by gutting Social Security and functional Medicare and Medicaid programs.

"They clearly support privatizing Social Security. They clearly support turning Medicare into a voucher program," says Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz. noting that two key players in the House Republican Caucus—Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan and Virginia Congressman Eric Cantor—have (sic) are busy championing such proposals. "Paul Ryan and Eric Cantor wrote a book about it and are in the middle of a book tour promoting that."
-Keep our commitment to seniors and those nearing retirement.



-Fix the program for future generations.

They don't plan to fix the program for future generations, they plan to privatize it. Just like the insurance companies now get a large portion of our healthcare dollars Wall Street in this kind of scheme would get a large portion of our retirement dollars. Just like the insurance companies deny healthcare claims, they will find ways to deny us part of the money we invest for retirement and disability.
There is nothing to fix. What they think is broken about S.S. is the billionaires who are backing them want to get their hands on the retirement money of the people of the United States. Corporatism's goal is to get to every last source of money the middle class and/or working class can use to help them survive to leech it. Just think how much profit they could make. Then think how much less money you will have when they get their fees from “managing” retirement programs. After the fiascos from Wall Street that have destroyed our economy why would we want them involved in an extremely successful program? Social Security helps protect our economy as well as individuals and whatever goes wrong with out retirement plans we will at least get our Social security benefits. An individual who works and has the money deducted from their pay checks can’t screw that up by lack of planning on their own part.
This is a disgustingly dishonest program of propaganda against a group who are for the most part living on just Social Security. It is also ironic to receive those post cards at this property which is federally run USDA housing. It is a very nice place to live. If it was run by Alaska it would very likely be a slum like so many of the places I have had to live in since being on Social Security. By convincing seniors to vote for him with lies he is pulling a con to get them to vote against not only their own best interests, but the best interests of future generations. Joe Miller thinks Social Security should be eliminated. The Republicans have been busy trying to plant the idea that past generations with the cunning use of Social Security have caused a deficit the younger generations will have to pay off while leaving out obvious causes such as a false war. Social Security is separated from the deficit, it is impossible for it to have contributed to it at all.

An ongoing poll on the online Peninsula Clarion shows Joe Miller ahead. I have seen Murkowski signs with RINO written on them, just to show you the level of class we are dealing with. They have no respect for our Democracy.

Below is what AARP has posted as representative of Joe Miller’s views about Social Security (On the site you have to give them information about where you live to get to candidate info.). This is the accurate picture of what he wants to do with Social Security which is the opposite of what his disgustingly misleading post card says.


Joe Miller: Social Security…has a trust fund or at least it is supposed to have a trust fund and unfortunately the federal government has raided that trust fund to pay for other obligations…So we’re at a point now today where the trust fund doesn’t exist because your elected representatives and senators have spent that money to pay for other programs that frankly the government is not authorized to actually do constitutionally…I think we as elected representatives, congressmen, congresswomen, senators have to work together to bring the country back to where it needs to be, to bring about financial solvency because if we don’t do that, this country is not going to be able to meet the obligations that it’s committed to with our seniors.

The government has not raided the Social Security funds, he is just making up crazy stuff here, lies, lies, and more lies.

Joe Miller: We are not going to reduce Social Security benefits to the current recipients…Our absolute actual debt, in other words the debt that we owe to those who are holding our treasury bills, $13 trillion dollars…So we’ve got to get that debt under control, but we’ve got to maintain the contract with our seniors that are most dependent on it. Now, ultimately there is going to have to be a transition to more of a personalized, privatized system and there are a couple of good plans that are out there. President Bush suggested several years ago to go into a privatization plan. Congressman Ryan has made a plan as well…There is ultimately going to be the need to transition into privatized pensions, privatized plans.

Bullying and retaliation are not unusual in Alaska. For a long time people like myself told their stories and lots of people did not believe us or thought we exaggerated. No exaggeration is necessary, the truth is frightening enough. Shutting people up is an art form for the radical right, Sarah Palin is a pass master. There is no limit to what they would do to get into power. They go to extremes to control those they see as a threat to that goal. Why would Joe Miller and Sarah Palin openly get away with retaliation and abuse in this state if it was not condoned here? Does anyone see the government doing anything? Have Joe Miller's goon squad had their licenses taken? BTW, these aggressive bullies are the kind of people often found working as corrections officers in prisons. They have little tiny penises and big issues. What do you think those knuckle draggers would have done if there were no witnesses? We can't let people like Joe Miller get anywhere near the government or our future will be ruled by lies, corruption, incompetence, abuse and those who know the truth about them will be harmed.The only option is to elect Scott McAdams our next Senator.

Tea Party Fascista Joe Miller

Who the hell needs entertainment in Alaska when all you have to do is read about the crazy radical right wing politicians. Even Steven King couldn’t come up with a more frightening story than this. When I say crazy I mean personality disorders with symptoms such as narcissism, paranoia, delusions of grandeur, and sociopathy. On Sunday Joe Miller demonstrated one of the principles of fascism for us: forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism. He had his paramilitary fascists abuse a member of the press. Joe Miller did an internship with the Department of Law. Prosecutors make things up and fake evidence. They orchestrate people to be set up. These hired thugs most likely were placing themselves in front of Tony Hopfinger to block and then direct him away from Miller so he could not ask questions. They were afraid other reporters or anyone else might get this on camera. When they say Hopfinger pushed someone he was most likely standing his ground and pushing back against being pushed. One’s IQ does not have to be very high to read between the lines here, especially after a bit of information about the “security company“ the Drop Zone. Prosecutors are also very skilled at demonizing people, so the campaign issued a statement designed to do just that. While reading it think of a prosecutor in a court room who starts with the statement, “Ladies and gentlemen of the jury.”

The Miller campaign was required by the facility to provide security at the event. Even though Joe had spent nearly an hour freely answering questions from those in attendance, the blogger chased Miller to the exit after the event concluded in an attempt to create and then record a 'confrontation' with the candidate. While Miller attempted to calmly exit the facility, the blogger physically assaulted another individual and made threatening gestures and movements towards the candidate. At that point the security personnel had to take action and intervened and detained the irrational blogger, whose anger overcame him. It is also important to note that the security personnel did not know that the individual they detained was a blogger who reporting on the campaign. To them, the blogger appeared irrational, angry and potentially violent.

We all know Joe does not freely answer questions and has said so during a press conference. When he says “the blogger” chased him he is exaggerating that he followed him and guess what, that is what journalists do at public events where political candidates are speaking. Maybe someone can fill Joe Miller in on what country we are in. Oh, yea I forgot Joe thinks we are in Germany during the cold war era and he’s Winston Churchill, “an "iron curtain" has descended across the Continent.“

It is clear the above statement is designed to spread misinformation and demonize the reporter. He tries to make is seem like Hopfinger planned the whole incident. “To them, the blogger appeared irrational, angry and potentially violent,” give me a break. They knew he was some kind of press that is why they erased the recording of the arrest incident from his camera and that is why they were trying to run him off. The arrest may have actually occurred so they could get to the camera. I find it very hard to believe they did not know who Hopfinger was considering the Alaska Dispatch is suing for the release of Joe Miller’s employment files from the Fairbanks North Star Borough. The statement above is damage control and reeks of lying attorney speak.

"The Dispatch reporter repeatedly pushed a camera into the face of Mr. Miller. He continued to aggressively pursue him. I told the reporter several times that he needed to stop and that he was trespassing. He ignored me. He then proceeded to stalk Mr. Miller and even shoved an individual into a locker. Based upon this trespass and his assault, we detained him and escorted him from the premises."

A man who is running for the senate in the United States thinks a reporter at a public event should not ask questions or shove a camera in his face, and he can be threatened with a trespassing charge? They think a reporter aggressively trying to get questions answered is “stalking”. What the f***! If he is that thin skinned he has no business in politics. Why do you think they call it public office Joe? We all know the real reason he has a problem with reporters asking questions, his refusal to answer questions about his past. What more does anyone need to know about this man to know not only do we not want him as our senator we sure as hell don’t want him as a judge, magistrate or even a shyster attorney.

“After I told him he was trespassing, he said he was a reporter,” Fulton said. “I said, ‘Sir, that doesn't matter: you've been asked to leave, this is a private event.’ At that time, I told him again he was trespassing, then he hit the guy -- he pushed the guy, well, pushed the guy, into the locker. And at that point we decided he had become violent and would effect the arrest.”

The announcement about the event on MIller's website called the event a “Town Meeting”, not a Tea Partiers only affair. Nothing said it was a private affair. What kind of a politician has a private publicly announced event?

Dave Parker has said private security can make arrests like a private citizen. There has to have been an actual crime committed to make a citizen’s arrest. This was clearly a manipulated incident. The security company and Joe Miller’s campaign need to be sued and the thugs need to be arrested for assault and false arrest. Will the department of law have the guts to do that? No. Will they charge the reporter? Remember the DOL is owned by the governor in Alaska and Sean Parnell has endorsed Miller, of course. Can the DOL figure out how to build a case out of these obvious lies? Maybe, it’s what they do for a living. They don’t have a case, but that has not stopped them in the past. I myself have been arrested on false charges when it was clear there was no evidence. They employed a frequently used tactic by the INS to keep illegal alien detainees from communicating with anyone. I was moved to four different jails and prisons in less than a month while being told each time I was moved I was going somewhere for a hearing and guess what I was never taken where they promised. They did this to try to shut me up.

Private security guards have to have a license in Alaska, issued by the Commissioner of Public Safety. These guys need to loose theirs. Apparently they also work as bounty hunters, there are no specific requirements for bounty hunters in Alaska. Doesn't that make you feel safe?

In Alaska there is criminal trespassing and civil trespassing. For either one to occur the person has to knowingly go onto the property without permission. It could be assumed consent to enter the property was implied since the public was invited to the event. The reason they told him he was trespassing is in Alaska when an owner of a property tells someone they are trespassing and they do not leave they can be charged with criminal trespassing. That dog won’t hunt here because this was a public event and on public property.

So, Joe Miller got busted making cheater votes on other people’s computers, breaching security, and conducting political business while at work. They kept him around to finish a project after some kind of suspension and then just as they were going to fire him he quit. Former Mayor Whitaker is a stand up guy with the guts to come forward to warn his fellow Alaskans of danger, Alaska is fortunate, most people are afraid to come forward with the truth in these situations. That is why Joe Miller thought he was safe and the public would never find out about it. Assuming fear would keep people from talking did not work this time. Joe Miller calls coming forward with the truth a political attack. That is like accusing someone of libel  or slander when they are telling the truth.

This behavior goes along with the dominionist belief that they are specially chosen and allowed to use any tactics to get themselves into political positions. They believe their agenda outweighs regulations, rules, laws, and professional ethics. In other words, they pretty much believe anything goes for themselves. This is one of the reasons for the incompetency in government. When state employees and government officials are not doing the jobs they were elected for or hired to do because they are working on their own agendas corruption and incompetence are the result.

Joe Miller was an intern with the department of law, a magistrate, an interim district judge and a borough attorney. Lots of people must have known what he was. He was put in place to carry out certain missions and provide cover, most likely for and by Palin. He is very easy to use due to his clear ambition for some kind of power. He is just one of many.


Remember, nothing happened to the malfeasant DA in my case and Rick Svobodney told me no one would do anything about him, just before he hung up on me. Sarah Palin’s staff told me the department of law told them not to talk to me or help me with anything. The public defender agency had a very long series of “screw ups“, refused to put a case together, manipulated me to prevent a trial, told me lies, sabotaged me, refused to talk to me, praised the malfeasant actions of department of law staff and would all not return my phone calls right after they pulled something questionable. They sat silent at the defense table in the court room while DA Earthman withheld evidence and told several lies. When I tried to speak up the judge would angrily remind me I had an attorney. When it was clear I would not shut up they had me wrongfully imprisoned with the help of that judge.

This is how the justice system works in Alaska. Those in power choose the kind of people who are running the DOL, the public defender agency and those who are made judges.

The system for selecting judges in Alaska has been placed mostly under control of members of the Alaska Bar Association who submit a list of candidates to the governor. We have seen examples of types of manipulation used by lawyers and others to get what they want. Do you think they don’t do the same to get their lawyer candidates for judgeships in place? All they have to do is get that person placed on the list for the governor to select so it all looks A-OK. They are often not chosen on merit, they are chosen to sabotage, manipulate laws, further agendas, disrupt or help provide cover. Magistrates are appointed by judges, they reflect who the judge is and are put in place for cooperation. To fulfill their agenda those in place have to be cooperative and keep their mouths shut.

There is discussion of the Bar Association disbarring Joe Miller, they know of many malfeasant attorneys and do nothing. I would doubt seriously that this would happen. I also doubt the department of law would charge him for tampering with his coworker’s computers. In Alaska only certain people are charged with crimes often even if it is clear they are innocent.

JOE MILLER DID THEY HAVE ECONOMICS 101 AT YALE?

Apparently Joe Miller did not take economics 101 at Yale, but must have done well in Creative Constitutional Manipulation 101. The main theme for that course would be just declare everything that keeps corporations and the wealthy from getting their way and protects the average citizen unconstitutional. So much for an Ivy League education.




Decreasing the minimum wage will be inevitable in many states if the federal government does not require it. That would be a devastating blow to the economy and working people. As it is, many working people can’t live on what they are making and wages are dropping in many ways. Decreasing minimum wage would allow corporations to increase their profits by paying people cheap wages. That is after all why so many of them relocated to the third world. I do want to live in third world America.

Add that to Social Security, Medicare, unemployment benefits as things that are unconstitutional in Miller's world. As Scott McAdams says, in the best political line yet of this election cycle, Miller "wants to repeal the 20th Century."
Yale might be considering taking that law degree back.

One would wonder how the heck he got that law degree and what went on behind the scenes for him to become a magistrate in Alaska. Standards must be pretty low in the Ivy league. I learned in junior high school that a thriving middle class is what makes a capitalist economy strong.


The really sad thing is some of the very people who will be harmed the most will get behind this crazy idea to lower the minimum wage because they don’t do their own research and believe the puppets who speak for and are funded by the wealthy. They’ll be waving a flag, wearing a red, white, and blue tee shirt, while clutching their Bibles in support of policies that if implemented would destroy this country.

Does Joe want to eliminate all the interstate commerce laws as well? Why doesn’t the Tea Party just pool their billions and buy an island somewhere? They could have their own screwed up country and make Sarah Palin and Joe Miller king and queen. They could take turns making crazy pronouncements, “I declare today Joe Miller day, all royal subjects bow before me and listen to my words of wisdom. Our economy here on Tea Party Island is just fine as a result of adjusting your wages downward continually.” Then Sarah Palin says, “Let them eat cake.”

What is behind this kind of thinking? Not just the United States government, but several countries are devaluing their money to create jobs. In the United States this is about the wealthy getting wealthier and taking more control of the country. If the dollar is devalued it decreases the profits of corporations and they can decrease income for workers to make up for it if not required to pay a minimum wage. There will be more jobs with crap wages and crap benefits without a minimum wage, especially with the devaluation of the dollar. Many of the rich have moved into special communities with security. Will they be building castles and digging motes soon to keep the starving hoards out of their castles?

But using a weak dollar to create American jobs is foolish, for two reasons.


First, no other country wants to lose jobs because its currency becomes too high relative to the dollar. So a weak dollar policy invites currency wars. Everyone loses.


At least a half dozen other countries are now actively pushing down the value of their currencies. Japan recently sold some $20 billion of yen in order to keep the yen down, the biggest ever sell-off in single day.


Last week, Brazil's Finance Minister lashed out at the US, Japan and other rich nations for letting their currencies weaken to spur jobs. Brazil's high interest rates are attracting global investors and pushing up the value of Brazil's currency. This is crippling Brazil's exports and fueling unemployment.

Here's the other problem. Even if we succeed, a weak dollar makes us poorer. Imports are around 18 percent of the US economy, so a dropping dollar is exactly like an extra tax on 18 percent of what we buy.


It's no big accomplishment to create jobs by getting poorer. You want to know how to cut unemployment by half tomorrow? Get rid of the minimum wage and unemployment insurance, and make everyone who needs a job work for a dollar a day.

Since the start of the Great Recession, millions of working Americans have had to settle for lower wages in order to keep their jobs. (Here at the University of California, the wage cuts are called "furloughs.")


Or they've lost higher paying jobs and can only find work that pays less.

Or they've lost their benefits. Or their co-pays, deductibles, and premiums have soared. And their employer no longer matches their 401(k) contributions.


Two-tier wage contracts are the newest vogue in labor relations. Older workers stay at their previous wage; new hires get lower wages and smaller benefits.

This is one of the reasons for increased workplace bullying in health care. This is happening in many industries. It is easy to see how quality staff and excellence have been eroded in this country. It is part of the cause of incompetence and unethical behavior, there are less mentors to stand as examples of personal and professional excellence and ethics.

Even a wage freeze becomes a lower wage over time, as inflation eats into it. For three decades America's median wage has barely budged, adjusted for inflation.


Get it? The goal isn't just more jobs. It's more jobs that pay enough to improve our living standards.

THE PUBLIC DEFENDER WHO LIED TO GET ME TO TAKE A PLEA IS NOW THE MAGISTRATE IN KOTZEBUE

When I got back from wrongful imprisonment while my property was stolen or put out in the rain and my cat starved and tortured by the man who I believe committed the crime I was very distraught and angry. Of course, who would not be after all of that knowing those who should have stopped it orchestrated it, public defenders, judges, and the department of law. There is no way the DOL did not know Robin Hume was a con man and the state troopers had investigated and said there was no evidence I did the crime before Judge Esch issued the warrant. They would never let facts stand in their way. If one is wrongfully arrested and the public defender agency shows up and begins a process to right the wrong belief in our system of justice is still possible, but they do not do this. The lack of competence or even caring about my case while retaliating against me for my demands of a defense, due process and a trial fueled all of this. They protect each other no matter which side they are on or no matter what they themselves have done wrong, even if it is something that would get the rest of us imprisoned. The DA in this case pulled all of the strings and his anger at what he perceived as my lack of cooperation caused him to retaliate against me. The public defender agency was glad to assist him. Truthiness and injustice are ingrained in our legal systems.
 
The public defender agency in Kotzebue at that time were representing me even though I lived in Nome because my besotted public defender in Nome had finally gone to rehab after I told the judge and Director Quinlan Steiner over many months she had a problem and was met with abuse. They go to any lengths to protect each other even if they have harmed clients. The Kotzebue office when notified of a hearing about the false accusation did not notify me about it nor did they go to the hearing themselves. Anyone would have realized this meant there was a communication problem, but Judge Esch issued the warrant for my arrest anyway. The attorney who was supposed to be representing me who was Brooke Browning at the time, now Brooke Browning Alowa claims she was out of town. She was the manager of the office; apparently, there was no procedure in place for notifying clients of hearings either in Kotzebue or Nome because I had several I was not told about. When I informed Judge Esch fairly early on this was happening he just scowled and said, “You’re here now.“ By not fixing this problem they can use it to have people on conditions or others arrested easily and put in prison, it is one of their tools. In Nome it is mostly used against the Native people. They have a small prison in Nome and are desperate for jobs there. When I lived in Nome I knew to keep checking for hearings because they would be scheduled without my being informed. One does not have to guess why they did not tell me about the hearings since not attending could result in being imprisoned. It is clear this was their ultimate goal. I knew what they were up to so I checked diligently, but eventually when I had no reason to think there would be a hearing and was not in Nome I stopped and that is when they finally entrapped me.
 
When I was wrongfully imprisoned the public defender agency did not send anyone to see me and I in fact contacted many of them and many officials in the state of Alaska to ask that they file for a writ of habeas corpus, get my cat to safety, send someone to talk to me, help me get medical care and have the state troopers inform Robin Hume not to steal my property or even go in my room. Now that I was imprisoned I could not agitate for due process and they just ignored me. They did nothing other than make statements like they did not understand themselves how I could have been arrested without being charged with the crime as otherwise there was no proof I violated conditions of release. They made statements like, “I have never seen this happen before“. My response was, generally questions about why they were not doing anything about it then. Then nothing would happen, it was almost as if they had been told to do nothing, hint, hint, nod, nod, wink, wink.

UPDATE: The medications referred to in the next paragraph were Trazadone and Gabapentin, for the pain of ME/cfs and the depression which is associated with being a DES daughter. I was taking both meds when I arrived in Nome. The doctors were so ill educated I had trouble getting prescriptions there. I had to wait for a locum tenens (travel doctor) to get the Gabapentin and they spread rumors in Nome that the reason I was taking Trazadone was it is addicting, absolutely not true. Trazadone is as old as the hills, it is an antidepressant. I was in acute PTSD with lack of counseling and constant trauma. The trauma has continued for years and continues. The prison medical staff was even more ill informed than the doctors in Nome and hatefully abusive along with the nurses, social workers and a psychologist.  I believe they abruptly stopped the meds to torture me and I observed really cruel things done to other women by them. It was Dr. Zimbardo's prison experiment gone Dr. Mingele wild. I weaned myself off them after again taking them after the release from wrongful imprisonment and have not taken them since some time in 2008. I am adding this due to the smear campaign and gangstalking being done by some very disturbed people who use anything they can in an attempt to discredit me, obviously to attempt to silence the truth.

There was a hearing on the phone from the mental health unit in Hiland Mountain. I had been held in isolation, poor conditions, abuse and had my psychiatric medication abruptly stopped causing confusion. They also put me on a starvation diet which caused me to loose eight pounds in one week. They do this as punishment to manipulate the inmate into cooperating so they will be allowed out of the cell to eat with the other inmates. I was distraught, confused and was not sure exactly why I was incarcerated having no legal representative or access to the information about the case. Judge Esch cut me off from speaking after I made the statement that I was totally innocent of the accusation from Nome. I had been moved around to four different jails and prisons until I got to Hiland Mountain being told with each move I was going to Nome for a hearing. This never happened. Moving people around in the prisons system is a tactic often used to keep people from communicating with the outside to get assistance.

I kept calling Brooke Browning from the prisons and leaving messages. Finally at Hiland Mountain I found out she was no longer assigned to my case. Inmates are allowed to receive emails from their attorneys and she had sent me some stating she was not my attorney that I got about a week late due to the corrupt actions of the corrections officers. Why those I had managed to get on the phone at the public defender agency did not tell me this and inform me that this case was at the public defender agency in Nome I do not know. Most likely Brooke Browning knew I was going to be extremely pissed and very upset, so she avoided a phone conversation, I am sure she had been warned by others. She never apologized to me and at one point left a message on my voice mail that said she was, “tired of hearing about your frickin cat“. I am sure that while I was pleading with them to save my cat and property many of them were simply talking about how I was speaking delusions. In the end it was an investigator in Nome who finally got some evidence that Steve Hume had lied when not any of them believed me. He left the public defender agency in Nome and when he did he brought most of their ethics with him. I am grateful he was there to take my calls when none of the people who should have would. Everything I had told them was true yet they had not investigated. They assumed I lied because that is what the prosecutor told them to believe. In Nome and other villages in Alaska, the prosecutor, public defenders, and judge all hang out together.

Brooke Browning was put on my case after the alcoholic attorney fell out to manipulate me. She is one of those kinds of people who tells you how wonderful she is, lies about almost everything, tells you she is going to do all these wonderful things for you and then stabs you in the back, and then when confronted about her actions feigns the sweet and innocent victim (lawyering 101). She is quite the social butterfly and networker as she is a climber. Her mission was to manipulate me into taking a plea by convincing me she had my best interests. She promised me what she called a “nice package” for the judge with expert witnesses. She told me I would most likely get probation with SIS (charge comes off at end of sentence). Three days before the sentencing hearing after trying to make contact with her or Quinlan Steiner for weeks I was informed I would not have any expert witnesses and that I would be my own expert witness, the first of two episodes of this crazy manipulative tactic. I was very upset and wrote a very lengthy allocution which I was allowed to read in lieu of no defense. I had no defense, DA Earthman stood in that court room and lied and no public defender ever objected even once. Brooke Browning even tried to convince me at one point that Earthman was very concerned about me. I asked her if the word stupid was written on my forehead. Michele Murphy in the past was so enamored of Earthman I thought she must be sleeping with him. I did not understand this is how their system works, they are all enamored of each other. They manipulate and cover for each other.

There is no defense unless you have money and power, the rest of us get pre-ordained sentences that both the prosecution and defense work toward. Being poor to them is equal to being guilty and you are lied about and demonized by both sides because evidence does not matter. Judges in Alaska are generally appointed based on being right wing Christians (and in the case of Parnell, male gonads) and they believe that the poor are all responsible themselves for being poor and all assistance of any kind by the government should be stopped. When I complained about my besotted public defender begging Judge Esch to allow me another one he said indignantly, “Indigent defendants” do not choose their attorneys. Slanting the court to the right and placing right wing staff in the Department of Law helps them deny access to due process for the poor who can’t afford a decent lawyer. What is going on with the Public Defender Agency that they are behind these people? It is low funding, incompetence, and selection of personnel who supervise.

When they pulled all of this about the sentencing hearing I asked to withdraw the plea for a trial and was told that it was not possible. Which I now know was a lie. I was on the state of Alaska’s injustice railroad and there would be no getting off that train.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The below email from Brooke Browning was sent the Monday before a hearing to be held on a Wednesday. I had inadvertently found out about it and was of course very alarmed after having been imprisoned for this same screw up already. This time Brooke Browning could not claim to be out of town. This indicates the procedures for notifying clients were still not in place in Kotzebue. Keep in mind all that has already gone on as stated above. I was very angry that she continued to pull the same crap. The strategy for not telling me about the hearing until a couple days before was to keep me from asking questions, making demands that they put a plan in place, calling higher ups in Alaska government and obtaining expert witnesses. I never spoke with her about strategy, she would not allow it, all the while dramatically proclaiming she was diligently working on my case. NSHC had at first claimed the fantastic amount of $75,000 in restitution, then decreased it to $25,000, and now had settled on around $10, 000 for something that was not missing that had an actual value of at most a few hundred dollars. I did the research, asked the public defender agency to verify it and they did not claiming I would be called as my own expert witness in court. They did not call me to present this information, it was all part of the manipulation scheme. The judge knew what he was going to do anyway, evidence was suppressed so there would be no grounds for an appeal later. BTW, in Alaska public defender clients are not allowed to choose what to appeal, since the problem is generally incompetence of public defenders and lack of due process that means the system is rigged. They are not going to file an appeal implicating incompetence or manipulation in the public defender agency. Also, appeals are only based on evidence already presented in court, nothing new can be presented. This is why they suppressed evidence and kept me from doing it myself. I tried to go pro se several times and Judge Esch refused. This was for drugs I did not remember taking when I was very disturbed (probably psychotic), suicidal from complex PTSD and never actually left the hospital with them.

I am tired of your abusive, accusatory messages. If you want to discuss the case in a productive manner, please call or email. The only point of the restitution hearing is that I am trying to save you from getting stuck with paying a sum of money I do not believe you owe. They did not work on cases in a productive manner, this is one of the things I was angry about. This is what she does she says she is working towards doing the right thing, but she is doing the opposite. She was removed from this hearing and in the end no defense at all was presented as per usual. After all that happened I had a right to be angry.

New development: Last Thursday, the 13th(not Friday like Brooke Browning says) Judge Esch scheduled a restitution hearing about my original case. Apparently the hospital is making a big stink about it. I believe it is based on the fact that it is close to the end of the statute of limitations for me to file a lawsuit against them. He scheduled it without even consulting the attorney. The attorney for that case is in Kotzebue. I called the one in Nome for the new case to clarify the date of the next hearing for that one. She told me about this one. I of course called the Kotzebue office very upset. Brooke claims the court told them Friday. It was Thursday. This is the second damn time they screwed up and the third time Nome screwed up. I just forwarded it to my representative's office and thought I would send it to you. This is not incompetence this is malice.

The hearing about the false charge that I had been wrongfully imprisoned over was the only reason I found out about the restitution hearing being scheduled. It was well known at the public defender agency exactly what was going on. I had already been told by Brooke Browning that Judge Esch had made the claim that there was a rule the defendant did not need to be present at a restitution hearing. He planned for me not to be present. In other words he wanted to railroad me. Was she helping him with his plan by not informing me of the hearing while feigning she was on my side?

I don’t remember what swear words I used, most likely something like, what the f*** is wrong with you people or this is bullshit. These would be my typical reactions when angry. In fact when Judge Murphy in Nome would not allow me to get my property and cat to safety before going back to jail after I told her I was innocent I told her that was bullshit and it was. Judge Esch gave Norton Sound Health Corporation all they asked for and I was not allowed to present evidence. Yep, Brooke Browning and the public defender agency had really worked on my case…not. I was lied to by a second attorney just before the hearing and once again told I would be my own expert witness. Once again I was not called on to present the evidence. To fight in court you need to have facts, research, and logic. None of this happened, ever. They just said crap like, “Your honor, the evidence against my client is circumstantial at best”, but no evidence was presented.

I am so distraught that I am sick. Brooke Browning's response is based on one short conversation I had with a secretary this morning. I guess the government agencies in this state can be abusive to people, but no one has the right to speak up. These people all deserve to loose their jobs.

The office in Kotzebue did not notify me of the
hearing about the stolen money at which information
could have been presented disputing this lie nor did
they show up for it. This resulted in my loosing
nearly everything I own and having the rest put out in
the rain and my cat starved. She has been very ill,
especially over the last few days, she now looks
better. It also resulted in my being homeless. This is
after all the screw ups and having a chemically
impaired abusive Public defender for over a year. This
is after a case which should have taken only a few
months took a year and a half. This is after I was
already financially devastated from that. This is
after I was promised expert witnesses for my
sentencing hearing and told I would probably just get
SIS probation. This is after 3 days before my
sentencing hearing I was told there would not be any
expert witnesses, how cowardly you all are. This is
after I was falsely arrested and imprisoned for 26
days, had my medication withheld, and was
psychologically tortured. This is after I called and
called every public defender agency office I could get
a number for and it includes calling Quinlan Steiner's
office and leaving at least 2 messages begging
everyone to help get my cat to the humane society and
stop him from stealing my things. This is after an
investigator has not come to speak to me here in light
of my telling everyone some of the witnesses may leave
town. So far no one has explained to me how I can even
be charged. I know myself this charge is ridiculous and
unconstitutional. Why does Kirsten Bey sound like she
is on the other side. She should be outraged and so
should you. I spoke to Kirsten Bey specifically about
my cat and things. She called Mr. Hume and he told her
lies. I told her he was lying and she refused to do
anything else. It was the public defender agency's
fault I was in there in the first place. You all
should have done something, but I guess you were all
too focused on going on your lovely vacations to care
that your incompetence and corruption was destroying
someone's life. I guess you have done this so many
times you just do not care anymore. And now, Judge
Esch sets a hearing on the 13th for the 20th for a
restitution hearing. Should there even be a restitution
hearing in a case set for appeal? I accidentally found
out about it today when I called Kirsten Bey which was
a waste of time as usual she is unresponsive. How the
hell am I suppose to get a ticket to get there at this
late date? There is a witness she would have needed to
find. No one has discussed strategies with me.

DA Earthman was using lies and had not prepared the case, in fact it was pitiful. Lies were used at the sentencing hearing as well. He had the public defender agency in Nome call me to try and figure out if I was coming back to Alaska when I went to the lower 48. They told me he said he would not prepare the case if I was not coming back. WTF! They either did not want me to come back as they had no evidence or they wanted me to stay out so they could arrest me and give me further charges. DA Earthman was supposedly using the public defender agency as a go between for these communications from Kirsten Bey who also told me the public defender agency could not find my file. Was I supposed to believe they were going to make the case disappear? I have no way of knowimg just who originated the idea to contact me with this BS, but suspect both agencies did it in concert. When I was first arrested people in Nome told me they all work together and know the outcome of every case, working together to make it happen. Fighting for them to give you a defense is like punching a wall, you get hurt and nothing comes of it.

Asking for a trial resulted in threats from the judge and public defender, always. The judge would tell me how many years I could get if I went to trial and the public defender would say things like, “You never know what a jury will do.“ or “But, you admit you are an addict.” To which I would respond that lots of people are addicted to substances and don’t know it, I am simply not in denial about it and believe in talking about it to educate and help others, that does not mean I have done what they say in any way. In fact this would be a typical and usual tactic of serial bullies to take a piece of information about a person and use it to demonize them in the eyes of others. You see how legal logic works? If I love to eat red apples and one is missing, they assume I am the one who ate it when almost everyone likes red apples. The reason for assuming it was me who ate the red apple would not be based in fact nor logic it would be based on their political relationship to the accusers. In this case the accusers are some very sick serial bullies who had been poisoning the community against one person after another for many years.
 
In nursing a person known to be in recovery is very valuable as there are impaired nurses and patients. Those who are ignorant about addiction use this to look down on others and to try and make themselves feel superior. My issues occurred because of health problems just like with others. In Alaska this very destructive attitude runs rampant and has been used to demonize natives and homeless people. Nursing and medicine are very tightly intertwined with the false information the drug companies have passed off about addiction to keep their high profit pain killers bringing in money. People who take no initiative to educate themselves in these professions are puppets of the drug industry lies.

Right about this time Brooke Browning declared she was leaving the public defender agency to go into private practice in Nome (which did not last long). I told her one of them was the crazy lawyer who I called for legal advise before all of this happened and he went nuts on the phone and he laughed loudly and hilariously when my name was called in court. Was she fired from the public defender agency or asked to resign? Was screwing me over some kind of quid pro quo for services rendered? Quinlan Steiner told me she was the one who decided to lie to me to get me to take a plea, “It was all Brooke Browning.“ However I was also lied to by other public defenders which shows this was SOP. Stephen Hale was then appointed to be my attorney out of Kotzebue. I was told he had recently lost an election for prosecutor in Texas, but my research tells me there was much more to that story. He also pulled the, you’ll be your own expert witness crap on me and then never called on me so I could present the information. This tells me it did not just come from Brook Browning, it was from the top of the public defender agency.

The bullshit continued. I frequently called Quinlan Steiner through all of this and he did not return phone calls. I was told to only call the deputy director of the criminal division, but he rarely returned calls either. I had to then contact the commission to get them to compel him or Steiner to call me which made Steiner angry. Eventually he got them to refuse to make the calls.


Email about pretrial for false charge:

Yes, I had my pretrial hearing this morning. I have not been contacted by my PD as I was told I would be by the deputy director. I had no idea what we were doing. I called the Nome office thinking he would be there. He is out of Kotzebue [Stephen Hale]. They had not seen him. I told the one who believed Robin Hume over me [Kirsten Bey] that I would go pro se before I would have her represent me. She showed up at the hearing. I could not believe it. The magistrate just continued it until the restitution hearing tomorrow at 2:30. I went into a tirade about the PDA not being able to get their act together and wanting to be pro se. I am suppose to call the Nome office between 12 and 1 to see if they can sort out what they are doing. Good God. How much more can they screw up? He needs to prepare something for this restitution hearing, how could I trust that he is doing this?

Judge Esch refused to allow me to go pro se. I may not have been an attorney, but I could have at least defended myself.

Stephen Hale was not preparing my case, of course I have no idea what information they gave him or what lies they may have told him. The only preparation he made was to lie to me and then tell me I would be my own expert witness. He also sat while DA Earthman spoke obvious lies and demonized me while not objecting. There was no need to prepare, they had all decided on the outcome before the hearing. This is why Judge Esch did not want me there. He knew what he was going to do. Evidence had no bearing on the case. The evidence went against the outcome they all wanted. It was all corrupt political maneuvers.

On July 9, 2010 Paul A. Roetman was appointed to Kotzebue Superior Court by Governor Parnell. Without even checking we know this means he is a right wing Christian and meets another of the Parnell criteria for being a judge, being male. Each Superior Court Judge gets to select the magistrate(s) for the court.

AS 22.15.170. Selection of District Judges and Magistrates.



(c) The presiding judge of the superior court in each judicial district shall appoint the magistrates for the district court for the judicial district. Each magistrate serves at the pleasure of the presiding judge of the superior court in the judicial district for which appointed.


(d) Vacancies for magistrates shall be filled in the same manner as appointments.

Here is one of the reasons the Alaska justice system is so screwed up, Brooke Browning Alowa is now the magistrate in Kotzebue. She applied when there was an opening for judge and then withdrew. What she has done in my case was most likely a quid pro quo to get points to further her career. What she did in my case should have gotten her disbarred, but in Alaska the judicial system is corrupt, they make deals, watch each other’s backs, and leave a wake of destruction in their paths. Just like I have said so many times before, those with an agenda other than the work at hand screw everything up and foster corruption.

So, now the kind of person who should not even be practicing law is a magistrate. How does this happen? Well we know under Sarah Palin and now Sean Parnell that judges are appointed according to a primary requirement, they must be a right wing radical Christians. Right wing radical Christians do not operate in the realm of information, facts, evidence, or logic. Their goal is to reshape the law for theocratic or Republican party agenda purposes (controlled by corporate money) and continue to support the two tier system of law. Harsh sentences are handed out for the poor and non-whites while those with money/power are given light sentences or perhaps not even charged at all. We have had this very well demonstrated for us because the Palin family seems to have a propensity for illegal actions.

Recently we have had an example of the kind of person they chose to be a magistrate and judge, Joe Miller. Joe Miller is a man who it has been demonstrated has no character or ethics. Yet, in Alaska he sat for short periods making judgments on others. He displays the typical, everything is for me, let’s eliminate all those “socialist programs” for the poor attitude of the radical right. He hates those “socialist programs” unless they benefit him or he can figure out a way to commit fraud to access the resources for himself. In Alaska where the population is low and there is a lack of certain types of institutions of education there is a shortage of certain types of professionals. There are certain kinds of people who come to Alaska because they know they will be thrown out on their asses in the lower 48 and they attempt to work their way into a position of power over others to further their twisted agenda and because the truth is they feel less-than because they could not make it somewhere else. They will do anything to get ahead, they have no conscience, are egocentric, they arrogantly feel they are superior, they will say anything to garner support and they consistently search for ways to circumvent the rules to fit their agenda. They are easily manipulated and have been sought out and put in place by those who do not care about the people of this state or country, only themselves. They fear the will of the people and are trying to squelch it.

ELITISM ON THE FAR RIGHT:TAKING FROM THE HAVE-NOTS TO BENEFIT THE HAVES

Do corporate puppets like Joe Miller and Alan Simpson understand that countries in Latin America working on building their infrastructure and growing their economies have added social security as a benefit to their people? Social security is one of the best protections for the economy and certainly ends up being cheaper in the long run than having masses of homeless people using expensive services because there is no support for them. This is why communities all over the world are finding ways to put homeless people into some kind of permanent living situation. The same is true of the disabled on social security. The unemployment insurance that Joe Miller has called unconstitutional also benefits the economy in exactly the same way as social security.
What do they propose to do with the disabled? Maybe like the Third Reich they can be among the first to be eliminated. Our society is increasingly becoming polarized, will they now create a line between the “fit” and “unfit” like the Nazis? Will the elderly and disabled become enemies of society because people who can't work for the corporations don't deserve life? The Third Reich called the disabled useless eaters and unworthy of life.

If masses of elderly and disabled people are living in poverty they can’t go to the grocery store to shop, pay rent, or buy anything else. If masses of elderly and disabled people are living in poverty huge increases in the number of calls for emergency services will result.  Increases in health problems will result in elderly and disabled in critical condition being admitted to hospitals in larger numbers. Poor people develop health problems to begin with due to poor living conditions and the inability to buy healthy food. Poverty also puts a huge amount of stress on people leading to depression, causing an increase in health problems as well. The rapid rise in obesity is due to the rapid rise in poverty and the inability to buy healthy food. Perhaps they are hoping the elderly and disabled will just die younger. This is the real Death Panel being put into action and a huge majority on President Obama's debt commission are for cutting social security.
Joe Miller and a lot of others in the Tea Party don't like the social systems of the United States, they want to tear down the middle class, the working people, along with the safety nets for disability, health care and retirement. If they don’t like this country there are many others they can migrate to. It seems anything that benefits the low to middle income population (most of us) is a problem for them and they seek to destroy it. The parasitic corporations have become so greedy they are now destroying their own life blood. A system like social security only works because they can pool huge amounts of money. State run social security type systems are a risky solution to retirement survival. The real thinking behind the elimination of social security is a benefit to the banking industry and insurance companies. Huge state administered retirement programs would make some people very rich, but are very risky to working people who could loose their retirement if something goes wrong with the economy or a particular corporation.
Like so many others on the far right and in the Tea Party Joe Miller has an elitist attitude about the poor and middle class. These elitists feel they are superior and deserve a very high standard of living while those they feel are below them don’t deserve what they have now. They scheme to take more away from the people of this country while giving themselves more. We have seen many examples of this, banks that were bailed out paid executives huge bonuses, Mayor Dan Sullivan in Anchorage Alaska wants pay cuts for union employees while considering an increase in pay for city executive employees. Let me also add that Mayor Sullivan’s arguments for this increase in executive city employee pay is clear elitist bullshit. Kenai Peninsula Borough Mayor Carey (I am not saying he is a Tea Bagger, just that the thinking here is similar) made this statement about pay raises he issued to his chief of staff, special assistant, and many others, "They are paid a professional wage...Those professional wages are relatively constant, even with the poor economy. I think these are absolutely appropriate." In other words he believes they are in the elite class so they do not have to make any sacrifices in a bad economy, in fact they each got $10,000 to $20,000 raises. The Tea Party followers and others with their warped agenda do not have our country’s best interest or the people’s best interest in mind, only the interests of their class, their party, their religion, their category of job, everyone else is considered expendable. Where is their humanity?
The leaders and those who finance the Tea Party movement hide their real interests which are about Theocracy for some and corporate money interests for others or even both. In their attempts to change the basic systems and principles of this country for their own benefit they are using a combination of religion and false patriotism to design propaganda to use as “the opiate of the people” to compel those who can’t think for themselves to follow them.

JOE MILLER:A CLEAR SIGN THE RIGHT HAS NOT GOTTEN ANY WISER

Yesterday Lisa Murkowski conceded to Joe Miller. I had some hope with the airing of the idiocy, greed, abuse of power, dishonesty, and elitism of someone who is clearly being backed by the Secret Team in this country, Sarah Palin, that people on the right in Alaska had wised up some. I don’t like Lisa Murkowski as a senator, she generally voted the opposite of whatever I wished for and she carries the legacy of nepotism and elitism in Alaska. The Republicans had worse and worser to choose from. My greatest fears about this state have been met because like Murkowski I was stunned that Joe Miller won. Why at this point stupidity shocks me I do not know. We have a large number of people who believe Obama is a Muslim in spite of huge evidence he is not. They proclaim we must get our Constitution back all the while maligning everyone in a single faith----Muslims, and being horrified in their belief the president is one of them. If they actually understood and believed in the Constitution they would know they are a huge part of the destruction of the Constitution in their blind ignorance. According to our constitution people can practice whatever faith they prefer or none, they are not supposed to have one particular one shoved down their throats, and if President Obama was Muslim it should not matter. Criticize President Obama for his policies, whatever his faith is or is not does not matter.
It is possible the Republicans were trying to reject the mistakes of the past and decided to dump Murkowski, but were lead to drink from the trough of stupidity in the process. The winner of the Republican primary is an assclown, plain and simple. He is clearly also controlled by the Secret Team, representing the corporate and theocratic, interests of this state and country. He is uninformed, has a corrupt agenda, wants the country to turn their backs on those who are out of work and as we have seen by the histrionic, bizarre complaint about a false incident at a polling place he is willing to lie to further the agenda of the Secret Team. Of course he is a damn lawyer or should I say lie-yer. He is Sarah Palin with a scruffy beard. Thank goodness he can’t fake a pregnancy.
Miller referred to Murkowski as a prostitute in a tweet accusing her of selling out her party values, then passed the buck for that tweet claiming a staffer wrote it. He is the protégé` of the biggest political, power, and money whore in the history of this country. He is backed by the same corrupt machinery that backs Palin, making him just another one of the girls cruising the streets of politics. This all just goes to show the sheeple will vote for whoever has the money to produce the ads to indoctrinate them sufficiently. Thanks, Supreme Court....imagine the future. They will now be busy memorizing the one line talking points to spew out during the election campaign, yet just like in the fall of 2008 they will have little understanding of the issues. They will be filled with indignant anger and fear, yet not know quite why. This is a result of the destruction of our education system and the control of our news media by the Secret Team and other special interests, essential tools for causing the collapse of our country. The only way our country will survive is if individual citizens take it upon themselves to do their own research to find the truth and spread it. This is why independent investigative journalists and bloggers are so important. Taking the time to inform yourself is the most important patriotic act any citizen can undertake. We should use our political system for the good of the whole, not for the good of the Secret Team of elites. Someone like Joe Miller who admits he wants to destroy the safety nets that keep people out of abject poverty is not on the side of the everyday people in Alaska, he is a team player for corporate, religious and power interests who benefit from a large population of poor and powerless people. People are backing candidates who go against their own interests, a type of insanity infecting a large segment of our population.
