Some things are repeated as this story is so complex those who know the story can't keep up with the pastiche of corruption that has been stitched together over a decade from a large number of criminals who have gotten into powerful positions in Alaska and Pennsylvania. It's all been orchestrated, a planned take down, an attempt to turn Shawn Christy into a shooter. The reason that did not happen is his parents are intelligent and informed.
On September 12th this was posted to Shawn Christy Political Prisoner by Shawn's father, Craig Christy, the day before the unbelievably corrupt hearing blocking due process and Constitutional Rights. Of course that has been the plan for a decade against Shawn.
Judge Baldwin was replaced by another judge before that bail hearing on the 13th of September, which as the video below reveals Karen Christy thought was Judge Miller, probably because that is what was posted. The replacement was a Judge John Domalakes. My guess is Baldwin and Miller either refused to help cover for Judge John Domalake's brother Paul Domalakes who set Shawn up by leaving a phone message of lies. Were they removed or replaced. If they did refuse to participate in these obvious crimes, good for them.
Last week I was heavily gangstalked by a large number of sociopaths here in Boise. I know who the woman who stalked me with her car for three mornings is. No point in reporting it to the Boise Police Department because they don't investigate, nope, they perpetrate and gaslight. Public safety is important, neither Mayor Bieter or Police Chief Bones seem to understand that. Instead they weave their false narratives that Boise is safe and people believe them. There were also older men who came into the library I go to and sit close to me on a floor that was almost empty, flipping papers etc. I believe the one from yesterday went and complained to staff as he left and came back, then one came by and looked me over. She found nothing as there is nothing to see. Those stalkers can all fuck off, they are traitors of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I carry on telling the truth no matter what you do because unlike all of you I actually believe in the Constitution and Bill of Rights. You wave flags around, but subvert the foundation of our country.
This is a story many won't be able to believe despite massive evidence. The area where Shawn is in prison, Pottsville in Schuylkill County, Schuylkill Prison is across the street from the Schuylkill County court house. Pottsville and apparently this town unbelievably named Frackville must be where the portal from hell opens up and spews forth demons. This is the area where the cyberbullies on Topix and the firemen in Pottsville were cyberstalking us came from. Topix finally shut down their forums and the corrupt firemen have stopped. The firemen here in Boise are still periodically harassing me along with lots of other city employees. Corruption abounds. I say nuke the whole Pottsville/Frackville Pennsylvania area from space, "...it's the only way to be sure", but not until the prisoners are moved out of the Schuylkill County Prison along with the few good people who weren't spawned from demons mating with the local sociopaths. Leave the officers of the court and other corrupt officials, in fact leave them in solitary confinement at the prison where they belong so those cockroaches can't scramble off before they're nuked.

The case from yesterday was a bail hearing. It was the original case that they used to trigger the 3 month run and the run before that one, but for the second one Shawn was lied to by his public defender to manipulate him into appearing to have intentionally not gone to a hearing. I have had something similar happen myself, apparently the Phoenix Program in America has a very small play book. The first one was because Shawn refused to attend a hearing due to Brady Violations and the second one was due to lies from a corrupt public defender. The government uses public defenders to set people up, been there, done that.
Why was Shawn not dangerous during the first run, but then called armed and dangerous during the second one? Was the first run used to psychologically study Shawn to engineer the second one?
For a decade after Shawn Christy was sexted by Sarah Palin at the age of 17 he has been relentlessly discredited (with lies), his life has been disrupted (work, school, everything), operations to make him and his parents angry are constantly run so they say and do things that can be used against them were implemented and Shawn has been set up for arrests and demonizing. Yesterday's court hearing was another set up to get him angry so he would get angry and swear and the news media, judge and prison system could use that against him. Law enforcement put on a show to try and make it look like he was dangerous just like the USMS did during the second run. Why wasn't Shawn dangerous during the first run? After a decade of psychological war against him Shawn is of course going to swear and so will I. Fuck all of you subhuman bastards who have participated in this.
Shawn was set up in 2017 to be assaulted by the mayor of McAdoo Pennsylvania, Stephan Holly. Pennsylvania has some issues with corruption, it's insane. They had cars situated so the view of what the mayor did was blocked but Shawn could be seen. They assumed Shawn would start throwing punches or clubbing the bastard with his walking stick after Holly assaulted him unseen behind the vehicle. Shawn did not fight back, he blocked and he just tried to get away. There was a LEO there standing by waiting to bear false witness.
Watch the video yourself and note the little man shoveling snow in the background who suddenly disappears and reappears. Start at 1.15, he is next to the house, then at 1.18 he moves from the house to down his driveway. There is an aggressor, the former mayor of McAdoo, Stephan Holly and a guy trying to get away from him, Shawn Christy. The Christys like all targets of false watch lists for profit are being denied rights and services, Shawn went to ask about them not clearing snow from their alley. I am sure words were exchanged, but that is not a good reason for Holly to attack him. I believe the whole thing was pre-planned.
The first run happened in 2017 when Shawn was not pursued. It is likely they knew where he was. Why did they not arrest him?
Shawn requested the video and was given this altered one above. There was another video that was never produced. When it came time for a hearing Shawn refused to go without the discovery being produced. This was in 2017. He left McAdoo and then Pennsylvania refusing to attend a hearing unless they produced the evidence and was in Montana and other states for months, working, staying at a homeless shelter, even did an interview for NPR about being homeless. They knew where he was and did not arrest him. When he decided to go to Texas the USMS showed up stomped his head and arrested him.
Why no arrest during the first run? The corrupt cadre of sociopathic scum working during the second run to facilitate where Shawn went was not in place in that part of the country. There is a core infrastructure of scum in the courts, law enforcement and other agencies in Pennsylvania and states around it. Corruption is especially concentrated around the Pottsville area used for take down operations. The whole damn bunch needs to be rounded up and incarcerated. How much money did they get from SarahPAC? Some of them seem to be a crime family, the Domalakes Crime Family, members of a control org., The Knights of Lithuania, radical right wing, Catholic, hyper patriotic. Should someone like that be a judge? I think not, but it seems to be the trend. A person who believes the things they do is brainwashed to the point of doing whatever the government wants, even subverting the Constitution as has been done. Judge John Domalakes covered up for his corrupt brother Paul Domalakes who works for the public defender agency September 13th 2019 in a court room and denied Shawn Christy due process. When will Shawn get the right to present evidence and truth? This was a bail hearing but the lies that the hearings in the case were canceled causing him to not attend one are relevant.
Shawn wanted to present evidence showing Paul Domalakes, his public pretender at that time lied to him in a set up. Shawn then went camping and was charged for not attending the hearing. That is what set off the second run. Why is it people can't see what is going on here? They engineered the whole thing, the whole run. There is a recording of the phone message.
Let me get this clear. The brother of corrupt public pretender, Paul Domalakes was the judge at Shawn's bail hearing yesterday, September 13th 2019. That judge's name is John Domalakes. He was not the one scheduled. Officers of the court are being used to imprison and torture political targets all over the country.
Shawn wanted to play the recording of the message Paul Domalakes left him in order to show he was set up with a lie which caused him to not go to the hearing for that false assault charge. Judge John Domalakes in order to protect his corrupt brother would not allow it claiming it was irrelevant to the purpose of the hearing. No, it was not, it was quite relevant. Damalakes went on the give Shawn cash bail of $50,000.
I do not know if Shawn knew that was Paul Domalake's brother that screwed him, he was immediately placed in the SHU, solitary confinement. That prevents him from contact with those helping with his defense and from giving an interview to American Political Prisoner.Shawn has already been traumatized over and over. They have placed him in the SHU to further that process. Years and years of being traumatized, then the effects are used against the target. It is an organized process done intentionally.
It really appears to me they are running scared, otherwise why would they pull corrupt crap that is so obviously violating the rights of a defendant. And FFS, the judge/brother of the PD who screwed his client over preventing the evidence from being presented in court is just so off the scale it had to have been a last minute plan. The other thing I believe going on is an attempt to provoke Shawn or his parents into doing something they can use against them. That has been a continuous attempt for a decade. I just can't believe how obvious all the players are in their corruption or how asleep the public is. There is no such thing as justice anymore. The defendant has to be allowed to present evidence and call witnesses, that is basic due process. They will do anything to stifle the voices of those who tell the truth about corruption.
The Constitution is nearly dead. Wake up people!
Karen Christy and Jessica Hoon Eckert went to the hearing in Schuylkill County yesterday morning where Shawn was denied the right to present evidence and call witnesses, that was not a hearing, it was a corrupt part of the lynching process of a political prisoner. The judges, district attorneys and public defenders are all corrupted, compromised. If you watch these cases the players generally get something for their criminal acts such as promotions, appointments or the info from being compromised not exposed.
These cases are so heartbreaking so horrible, so FUCKED UP, that one can't understand how the people of this country are not in the streets protesting. Even if someone has done the crimes they are accused of due process is supposed to happened, the process is worked through, the court rules are followed. I want to know the reason Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin was removed from the case and it was reassigned to Judge Charles M. Miller. Was Judge Dolbin approached and when he refused to screw Shawn over replaced or did the Domalakes Crime Family pull something in the background? Why did Judge Miller deny Shawn his Constitutional rights to call witnesses and present evidence?
Karen Christy was very upset. She went to witness the hearing and was supposed to be called as a witness. The Christy's have all been put through hell for a decade, since Shawn was 17. I'll let her tell the story. Thanks to Jessica Hoon Eckert for recording this and showing up at the hearing.

The main evidence Shawn was denied was the recording of his public pretender leaving a phone message telling Shawn he did not need to attend the hearing that started all of this. The public pretender told him not to go, then he was charged with not attending.

Leo Securda was an investigator for the prosecutor, another corrupt one. This falsified request for a warrant to arrest Shawn was used to damage the Christy home even though Shawn's parents allowed them to go in. It also gave them access to harm their cats. Shawn's own cat was targeted and died the next day. They must have inflicted internal injuries. They also engineered my cat being starved and tortured when they set me up for false arrest and incarceration, small play book.
Failure to appear is used often to set up targets. In my case they simply did not tell me about a hearing in a totally false scenario for the set up, but in Shawn's case were stupid enough to leave a voice message telling him "the court house has postponed, continued your case, it will not go this term, you do not need to come to jury selection...and they want to postpone the case, I don't think this is a bad thing." It's pretty damn clear he is saying the fucking case is postponed until a later date. They issued a bench warrant for failure to appear and used that as one of the lies to get a warrant to raid the Christy home.
So many assholes in this case it is hard to even remember them all.
Recused himself the same day he screwed Shawn over and the same day Karen Christy tried to give him documents show someone is screwing with the court records.
Shawn had already filed a motion for Judge John Domalakes to recuse himself and it was denied.
Shawn was placed in the hole, the SHU upon return to Schuylkill Prison, solitary confinement with no communication with the outside world. Everyone is worried sick they will harm him. They should know we are watching what goes on. Shawn was provoked over a decade and has earned the right to swear at the evil bastards denying him his rights. Oh and Fuck all of you.
