There are many courageous whistleblowers who have come forward to explain this program or parts of it, some are former agents of the government, NSA, CIA, FBI, police officers, etc. The author of this book was from Finland, the gangstalking or harassment programs are happening all over the world. This type of psychological and physical torture is not new, the CIA adopted it as one of their programs which has been used in many countries now turned onto American citizens. Many believe the Paperclip NAZIs taught them these tactics. It is not new, but the massive numbers of people they are going after has caused us to organize and do research to put the story together. This kind of program has it's roots in Jesuits, Masons, NAZIs, KGB and was perfected by the East German Stasi (Zersetzung) and now the FBI/CIA/NSA/HLS/Fusion Centers have a program facilitated by using electronics and DEWs that is off the scales.
This information below demonstrates what I have been describing going on in Boise Idaho. This post is just the first part. Word is cities are worse than rural areas and having a university in the area is even worse. They use the students to do "unauthorized" research, something the CIA and other agencies have done often in this country. The students also get paid to gangstalk which is easy work.
The Downtown library in Boise where I was harassed for years is close to Boise State University. Some of the harassment was done by students, but there was also a large number of homeless people and others involved and clearly a drug ring operating in the library and the parking lot. Drug cartels/rings do gangstalking against threats, rivals and people who owe them money. In this case Mormons were involved, apparently this is common for them and someone on the library staff. On top of this the director of the library system a Mr. Boose did not return several phone calls I made. My complaints were not believed. The security contractorA they use, Allied, I was already familiar with, they allowed a drug ring at the apartments I left due to harassment to live in a vehicle. This city is very corrupt.
Most people don't participate in such activities. In fact most people would never be approached as all of us due to the internet have been psychologically profiled. They pick from the group I generally call the sociopathics, a spectrum from personality disorders with sociopathic traits, to full sociopaths and then on to psychopaths. There is also a subset of low IQ gangstalkers or a combination of traits and young people who are naive, that is where the college students come in, you know the same reason they love to recruit young people for the military, they believe their government would only do things that are in the best interests of the citizens.
There is a larger concentration of them at the library due to there being a higher concentration of them in the homeless population. Has anyone ever wondered why are all these young men sitting in the library day in and day out in a city where they could find a job. It may not pay very well, they may have a criminal history, but there are some employers desperate for help. There was a group who sat on the third floor most of the winter. In the parking lot they did things like back cars at me trying to cause accidents and other harassing things. In Boise they are not the problem, I am for telling the truth and trying to stop the harassment from these pukes.
This is all compartmentalized, but people would be really surprised how many people who work in government agree to help torture good people for the government's STASI program. Security contractors are pretty much all involved at this point, many former cops, former intel etc. form these businesses. Word is lots of CIA and FBI are retired to Boise. Staff in government agencies who are used do not tell the others by general policy, it is compartmentalized so the good people don't even know about it and that causes them to think the person reporting the torture is lying or crazy.
Dr. Rauni Kilde died right after this book was published. She had been the Chief Medical Officer for Northern Finland, spoke 6 languages, wrote prolifically, Just yesterday I tried to find a book at two used book stores by Peter Dale Scott, neither had any or had heard of him. This is how it goes with books that tell the truth about what the government has done and is doing. When I searched on line for Dr. Kilde's book, 'Bright Light on Black Shadows" only one copy was found for $250. Chapter 18 of the book, a leaked gangstalking manual of which the wording looks like it is from a UK intelligence agency has been widely distributed. I only found out about it recently. It describes the specific tactics I have written and talked about. This is being done all over the world, people have left one country to get away from the torture and it starts up again. One woman went to Russia and it has stopped.
Remember I have already written about this being Cointelpro 2.0. I also tried to discuss this with Mayor Bieter who told me it was not happening and asked me how to spell it. Do people in Boise not know Frank Church chaired a committee that exposed some of this in the 1970s and then he died young? Mayors often use this program to go after political enemies and for retaliation. Gangstalkers have reported it operates out of city hall and the police department COPS program (federally funded community policing), through the 911 centers controlled by fusion centers/state police intelligence units. Just like I have already said. Thanks to someone who I will not name as he is trying to be low key for posting about this in a video.

Operations in general are of the “active surveillance” type. Passive surveillance is watching a target covertly, to obtain information about the target. Active surveillance can include information gathering, but it (also) includes the agent making the target aware they are under surveillance.
I have discussed how a perpetrator of these crimes is wanting to make themselves known. They make sure the target knows they are watching them by exaggerated actions such as pulling out a cell phone just as they get to the target, holding it at them as if they are taking photos, the photography LARPERS on the Greenbelt in Boise do these exaggerated movements during fake photo sessions and have participants in these mobbing crimes do strange things such as suddenly run away from the group fast.
Forest showed up at Winco in Meridian one day, the state police had already harassed me as they generally did when I went over there to attend a Boise and Ada County meeting on homelessness oddly scheduled in Meridian making it nearly impossible for the homeless to attend due to the crappy bus service and a pain in the ass for others. That was done intentionally just like all the other abuse and harassment done by Boise and ADA County. He has a creepy psychopath smile, acts like an asshole and is not an attractive man, but I bet he thinks he is. His smile went away when I took my cell phone out, Run Forest Run.
Beyond active surveillance, agents perform acts to keep the target uncomfortable, around the clock.
They perform acts that endanger the safety and health of the target, it is not about just making the person "uncomfortable," many have died from these attacks on them which can go on for decades. It is easy to do when they use idiots and sociopathics. No brains, no empathy, no conscience, egocentric, cares about getting something for themselves only, thinks harming others is funny, wants to join the brownshirts for bully gang protection and gets put at the top of the list for housing taking over low income housing. They do that so their operators are located in apartment building so targets forced into poverty can be placed there for torture by them, but much of the operations are done by illegally renting apartments to shills and then having gangstalkers just show up to do noise campaigns, use directed energy weapons, come out of the apartment whenever the target comes or goes, do strange things, place garbage all over, cause leaks and on and on.
Although operations are silently approved of, and covered for by the official justice system, (they are not) seen as criminal in nature by citizens who do not have a strong sense of right and wrong.
There is apparently some secret warrant system and the judicial system clearly is used for these operations as targets are often set up for false crimes and the courts are used to screw them over, deny due process and prevent discovery which would exonerate them from being produced in the cases. They did this to me in Alaska. I was able to prove it was false because I finally got to the one honest man they had at the public defender agency. He had not been written into the program due to his not being a sociopathic. He did his job and found out I was the one telling the truth.
Just as I keep saying, they use sociopathics for the operations and Boise Idaho has lots of them which I call the Arrny of Weaponized Morons. There is a reason for the morons, people who one would wonder how they have survived, are too stupid to live and rather than get a job are working hurting other people in the community, because they are stupid in the area of everything except for manipulating for their own interests and find these activities entertaining. Some of them are embedded in government agencies where they do next to nothing to begin with and have lots of time to use tax payer resources to assist with mobbing good people in the community.
Agents must take great care that each and every act of punishment is DENIABLE. This means that should the target complain to police, (or) any other officials, or friends, neighbors, family members, or doctors, the nature of the punishment must be seen as the target’s “overactive imagination” or better yet, an indication the target is mentally ill.
They use normal every day activities for harassment, you go out your door, someone goes out of theirs, cop parks close by for harassment, cops park and stand by cars as you walk by, cop exits as you enter or visa-versa, long lines of shopping carts always go by in grocery store parking lots, people block you at stores, store and government staff follow you into the bathroom (then usually glare at the target), the things you want to buy are removed from shelves (or the reverse, at one store they made a display of the things I always bought), people get in lines to cause problems to slow down what you are doing, cars sit and wait for you to back out then drive fast towards your vehicle, lots of cars with one headlight on and one off do harassment, they use particular colors of cars for harassment, problems arise when going for health care often initiated by females working the front desk, health care providers intentionally misdiagnose (psych) with illogical issues, all kinds of actions are taken to sabotage the target from getting any kind of health care, they medically bully us, workplace bullying is used to destroy careers, slander is spread in the community the target knows nothing of, stalkers follow on foot and in cars, police will not allow police reports to be filed and act as if the target is crazy when reporting the criminal activity they are constantly subjected to...and on and on.
(The system) has worked for years to recruit the medical establishment to help maintain deniability, and today, most targets (are) immediately labeled as mentally ill and often forced onto anti-psychotic medication when they complain. But their agents must still do their part skillfully (to) perform acts of punishment, so (that) almost anyone the target complains to will deny a crime against the target has taken place. As an agent, you will be trained in how to do this.
There are health care providers in Alaska and Boise Idaho who need to lose their licenses. There have been many who have practiced intentional malpractice in my case in Boise and Alaska. I tried to get counseling for the PTSD over a long period of time. One who started acting weird, then said she was moving to another country got a job with the National Guard which has been harassing me since I wrote about the huge problems with them in Alaska. It was difficult to find this out over a long period of time due to subterfuge of that agency. Interesting she now specializes in one of the main issues with the AKNG, rape trauma in another state. These kinds of things happen often, especially with government perpetrators of these crimes, promotions, appointments, good paying government jobs. They take people with not enough experience, the wrong personality, the wrong education and put them in jobs they should never have. That is one reason our government is so screwed up.
Then that particular non-profit tried to keep me from getting my records from them. After I contacted the board of licensing suddenly I get a phone call that my records have been waiting and she discovered I left a voice mail which went to the wrong box. Riiiight! I went by there several times and made many phone calls, clearly they were blocking. Also as per usual the director was no place to be found, they never return phone calls, are always in meetings, non-profits, government agencies, pretty much all of them.
This is about directed energy weapons (DEWs).
(The system) has been blessed with advanced technology which enables heavy punishment at times the target is in their home, silently, through walls, and this is very deniable. Agents must pass their initial training and demonstrate a high level of commitment to maintain community safety, and the ability to operate deniably, before they will be considered for advanced electronic punishment training. Electronic punishment training is beyond the scope of this manual.
Psychiatrists and psychologists can be sociopatic types too.
The organization is very fortunate in that we have been able to recruit top specialists to back up field operations people. Psychologists are the key to finding ways to maximize feelings of stress and hopelessness in the target, and degrading the target’s health, from many individual “minor” invasive punishment acts. Technician’s in all fields- telecommunications, electric power, building electrical and alarm systems, and utility employees in all fields use their positions to inflict many absolutely “normal-looking” problems on targets on an ongoing basis. And of course, the services of many skilled locksmiths are invaluable in this.
The discussion above about technicians and construction workers is used massively in Boise. Construction workers are used for all kinds of operations, on the streets, when the target tries to get a service installed, at their home such as cable/internet, while they wait for a bus a crew shows up to do mowing and weed wacking and a tons of other things.
In the past I discussed moving somewhere and asking if they were going to do rehab or painted as I am chemically sensitive, they lie and then begin doing massive painting and rehab. That happened at the Good Samaritan Home along with a gangstalker next to me and on staff, well at least one. Why on earth was I steered into that place by the social engineers associated with the Interfaith Sanctuary? I kept telling them it was not an appropriate place for me. There is almost no affordable housing in Boise and their old director Dan Ault would do street theater/directed conversation skits when I came in at night. He repeated the same BS about them giving me a list of available housing to the point the volunteers looked horrified. I would describe to him that he did that skit often and no list of housing was ever produced. He would say they wanted to help me and I would say, no you don't. Then he started on the PTSD saying he would help me get counseling for the PTSD, you mean the PTSD you made worse? He did that in front of the volunteers and lots of other people trying to discredit me. How's that discrediting thing workin' for ya now Dan?
That went on for months with no list. When I finally got a hastily copied list one of them copied from the internet it was crap, I had already checked all of them out before, no openings or other issues. Acting like you have insider information when you don't is not attractive. It is a huge waste of time looking for housing here. The Civic Plaza Apartments had a huge operation going with constant leaks flooding out into the hallways. The gangstalkers even poured water in an elevator lobby trying to simulate leaks. They had some project involving toxic chemicals going all the time, that was on top of the massive cigarette smoke, the marijuana smoke and the massive room deodorizer used to try and cover up the smoke.
During Shawn Christy's run a guy showed up who stayed with a neighbor or at least said he did. The two of them would do enter/exit together. He pretended to be prepping for painting. Every time I exited/entered he exited/entered. He taped the corner guards only in the area around my apartment. Nothing ever happened with them. He would come out when I did pushing an empty cart away. When I came back he pushed the empty cart back into the apartment. There were always bedbugs introduced during these projects, same at the Good Samaritan Home. At one point the Civic Plaza maintenance criminals scheduled construction to go on next to me and above me. There was no notice ever given, except for one time. It was truly unbelievable.
Then there are the people who show up at bus stops and other places spraying chemicals, mowing, weed wacking etc. See this all looks like normal every day stuff to anyone who goes by, but the target knows it is not because they show up nearly every time they are at the bus stop right after they arrive. The other way to know is the people doing it have no regard, not one ounce of consideration for the target.
Yes, they also break into the room of the target. Most of the time they enlist the maintenance staff by telling them the person is under some kind of vague investigation. They are not smart enough to know what they are doing is not an investigation but instead harassment and crimes. They not only came into the room I rented at the Good Samaritan Home in Boise Idaho, an apartment I rented at the Civic Plaza Apartments in Boise, a USDA RD subsidized apartment in Soldotna Alaska where a psycho retired cop organized gangstalking against several people mostly for retaliation based on his sick family, but there was also someone going into a storage unit in Boise Idaho, the one where the employee told a cop the mayor hates me. They do something strange or take a small object so you know they were there, but if you complain about a small object that could be lost people will think you are paranoid. They take the small objects, move things, leave the door unlocked when you know you locked it, leave screws on the floor, cause leaks, cut clothing, put drugs in food or poisons and put scratches on doors.
As a community-based agent (CBA) you will have the privilege of working with a team capable of delivering better “justice” than the official system.
These scumbags are not agents, they're the dregs of society. What we have here is a statement that the intelligence agencies are subverting the regular justice system and calling whistleblowing, real journalism, activism and truth telling crimes. Sociopathics are very often threatened by the truth and we have quite a network of criminals running ratlines and cons all over the world, through intelligence agencies (including the State Department), corporations, politicians, organized crime, etc. No damn wonder our real court system is no longer functioning and has a two tier system, no wonder trials are not allowed, especially for targets who were forced into committing survival crimes or set up to be charged with false crimes.
