Three police officers came forward and claimed the Fusion Centers are used as control centers for gangstalking in 2018.

The DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis (INA) provide funding, direction and key staff for Fusion Centers. They also provide money for 911 call centers so they have policy control. Those who claim they are locally operated get software, staff, funding etc. from them are lying. They provide all policies and if the local people do not follow orders the feds will not continue to provide funds. The whole thing is really controlled by the CIA and the Council on Foreign Relations along with those belonging to SES, Senior Executive Service .

FEMA does the same thing with homeless shelters in the area of data collection, they could care less about the conditions in them or abuse of the homeless, they just want to collect data.

Most targets who research the subject knew parts of this and had made some assumptions. It is however very devastating when anyone finds out it is their government who is torturing them. This is my government which used 911 to declare a state of war so they could do this to at least thousands, maybe more. This is my government that destroyed my career, has made me homeless several times, blocks my health care after allowing a drug company to harm me before I was even born, has people harass me with cars trying to cause accidents, tortures me with what is probably microwave weapons, opens and steals my mail, hacks my computer, slows it down, causes updates at just the right strategic time to slow me down, they have my phone calls diverted, not returned, people are very rude, I get lots of harassment phone calls around a guy named Luis, has the Army of Weaponized Morons harassing me no matter what situation and sends people to a library to disrupt whatever I am doing and on and on and on. The gangstalking has gone on whatever situation I am in, including in a homeless shelter, including gangstalking by homeless shelter staff. The participants in gangstalking include police, firemen, hwy dept staff, City of Boise staff, people who work in stores, people who stalk me into stores and other places I go.

It took me a very long time to even start doing research to figure out what the hell was going on because I could not imagine the government would allow this, it turned out they are doing it. I could not believe the police, firemen, ambulance staff, doctors, nurses, people all over would participate in this abuse, but they do. We have turned into a country ruled by psychopaths and they work with the people who have sociopathic traits to pull of their evil schemes. 

One thing is clear the Constitution is dead and this is not a democracy. Our country has been fully captured by psychopaths. Some say this began with the Paperclip NAZIS, we know they were used for MKULTRA. Gangstalking is part experimentation and much they learned from MKULTRA's trauma based mind control experiments was used to put this program together.





I disagree, President Trump knows all about this program and even made a campaign promise to do something about the "terrorist watch lists." He hasn't discussed this since being elected or done a damn thing as far as I know. Secretary Nielson, Secretary of Homeland Security would know about this, I disagree about that too. They all know at the high levels. This is why for about a year I had Janet Napolitano's office in my blog often. It increased to daily as the Arctic Conference of 2015 was approaching. I had no idea it was going to happen until reading an article just before it. J. Edgar Napolitano is the president of UC California. I called Governor Jerry Brown's office to ask his staff if there was HLS, NSA or another office embedded in Napolitano's office. I did not really get an answer, but it stopped immediately, then lots of hits from Oakland, San Franciso and offices of presidents of the Cal State college system began. At first I thought someone in Napolitano's office was just interested in the blog, but a pattern developed of J. Edgar's office→AZ/Wasilla AK→FL→Gov Contractors/VA/WA DC and other hits in Colorado→NSA/USAF, lots of Navy hits, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, NSA in Georgia. Then during the last presidential campaign, lots from the banking cartel, PR firms, lawyers offices were in the mix. Now it makes sense, but back then I was thinking what in the hell do these people think I know, what the hell is going on, why are they interested in my blog? They are interested in my blog because I stubbornly tell the truth, make no profit off of anything I write and am not corruptible.

The employees they have embedded in the 911 Call Centers are the bastards I get when I call the police about harassment. That means the one letter I got from Police Chief Bones stating that person had been reprimanded is likely a school play. A complaint I filed with the Office of Police Oversight was not processed about another incident, so it makes this second complaint very likely to also be messed with. I called the Boise Police about noise campaigning, that cop who is probably embedded from the feds said really inappropriate things to me. The first problem cop did to and that was a set up situation to force me to call the police for assistance due to being locked in a storage facility. Then he was gone, probably reassigned to harass other targets in a 911 Call Center in another state because I posted the video of that encounter online.

There is a cop in the Shawn Christy case, Officer Lahovski who has been called by them a gypsy cop because he has moved around a lot to different law enforcement agencies. He also harasses people, violates their rights, files lawsuits about discrimination and alters evidence. They are in a small town, so there is no fusion center or state police intelligence unit. They employ embedded cops in many situations who may actually be FBI.

The Geneva Conventions along with the Constitution and our systems of justice are no longer followed. They attack their own people for doing things that are right. The Geneva Conventions allow for the death penalty or life in prison for psychological torture, it is a war crime, one perpetrated against civilians within their own country. This is more heinous than a war crime, it is a holocaust, a genocide against a particular subset of the population. Does that sound familiar?

Since we are in a declared state of war the Geneva conventions should be in effect because they are in a war against their own citizens which they call "non-investigative subjects," we call ourselves targeted individuals. The United States Deep State has declared a war, a civil war against it's own citizens, not one legislator has done anything, not one politician has said anything about it, instead they slander those who contact them.

The Phoenix Operation in Vietnam had similarities to the program put together to go after and destroy innocent citizens of the United States and so did the East German STASI Zersetzung program, but now they have electronics and satellites for tracking targets along with microwave satellites, drones and other portable DEWS 9directed energy weapons). Everything is BS. Similar operations were done by the Masons, Jesuits, KKK( Masons), KGB and others, of course our CIA has done this for decades.

I assumed the CIA was actually running the show due to their history of similar programs in other countries. There are FBI agents who are both CIA and FBI. Guess which agency is in charge.

David J. Glawe and Brain J. Murphy appear to be the main two federal agency employees directing the torture of American citizens. This is happening to people all over the world, they are likely to be involved in that as well.

Many laws are being broken by these NAZIs. It is a felony to conspire to violate the rights of thousands of citizens, life in prison. This is high treason, we need Nuremberg type trials. 9/11 was used to put the program into place and take our rights, more high treason. We need to identify people in the other intelligence agencies and local police or FBI involved and keep records so they can be held accountable for their criminal activity.

Much of what we thought from years of research and testimony from insiders is true, but it is even more evil than that. They have placed FBI staffers within the 911 call centers to divert our phone calls for help and then direct the police to treat us like crap, harass us, call us liars, say we are crazy and accuse us falsely of crimes. These actions are often done publicly so others pass on this false information about the non-investigative subject in the community for slander and propaganda. This is also used to block the sending of ambulances, emergency room staff are abusive to us and we receive medical bullying and misdiagnosis if we go to a clinic. I had a school play performed at a clinic where I went for a G.I. bleed, after 45 minutes of the BS I left. This is malpractice of several staff, including nurses and physicians, all need to lose their licenses. It is unimaginable to me that health care professionals are participating in harming people rather than helping them. How many suicides, deaths from health problems and suffering have they contributed to. 

Fusion Centers are used as gangstalking control stations and the state police within states also have intelligence units which direct the harassment of targets. I went to several meetings in Meridian Idaho about homelessness. Boise City Hall decided to have their meetings there because of the crap bus system and the hatred in Meridian of the homeless to discourage and prevent the homeless from attending. The Idaho State Police would be parked along the way when I walked the long distance to the Meridian City Hall from a bus that stopped in another part of town due to just passing through. Police often do this parking and standing by their cars thing to targets or driving by, often two cop cars at a time or they go through the intersections you walk through. Some ran their cars at me, that stopped with my obtaining body cameras. One day they even put screws (normally left on the floors of the homes of targets during their break ins) on the sidewalk I was walking down. What level of development is this behavior? About junior high school. The Boise Police also did this in Boise along with enter/exit at intersections often with two cars at a time. Bullies never harass people while alone.

DHS provides funding, training, free software, data base and contact lists of key personnel in the US organized harassment system for local law enforcement and probably Infragard.

They work within the existing EMS 911 call centers, that is why police, firemen, ambulance drivers, emergency room staff and staff at government clinics psychologically torture T.I.s. Note they say calls of T.I.s are blocked and redirected, police sent out to mock the T.I.

Every time I go to city hall a cop comes into the mayor's office and when I went to those meetings about homelessness cops would show up and people would act weird. What a waste of resources and no wonder massive crime went on at the Civic Plaza Apartments and drug dealers have free run in Boise or the police don't bother to watch people who actually are a problem and committing crimes. The contractors who provide security guards are involved in all of this, they allowed noise campaigns and harassment in the parking garage areas at the Civic Plaza Apartments, drug dealing and much more, same outfit are allowing gangstalking at the library.

The people at the top of this monstrous program need death penalties, I'll pull the lever for hanging the bastards, the lower level ones need various punishments which involves placing them in the hunger games world the T.I.s have been in, some of these people need prison with various lengths of time. Those who gangstalked for profit in HUD housing should be thrown out and barred from the program for life, police and firemen or those from other agencies should have prison sentences for participating. Politicians, judges, public defenders, prosecutors, college staff need prison sentences up to life, those in the FBI, DOJ, military who went along with this should get the death penalty based on treason. There should be a special prison for the sociopathic government contractors who made huge amounts of money to psychologically torture people, covertly drug them, poison them, kill and torture pets along with the FBI and other law enforcement personnel. Then there is the Army of Weaponized Morons, America's brownshirts, since they all like to use the excuse they are mentally ill for their behavior and have turned the downtown library into 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' place them into a life sentence in a psych facility, one of those really bad ones from decades ago and give them massive drugs, experimental surgeries and shock therapy.
