Found in notes received from the public defender agency secondary to my FOIA request. DA John Earthman engineered my wrongfull arrest/incarceration 3 days after I filed an appeal.
The summer of 2018 when Shawn Christy was on the run was very stressful with everyone terrified the USMS and FBI would kill him. It was clear Shawn was running to try and keep them from killing him. I wrote many posts that did not get finished or published back then. As soon as I started one something else would be going on, news releases would occur, research would need to be done. All the while my efforts were disrupted by massive gangstalking where I lived preventing me from sleeping, having any peace or being able to think. This is what happens in a totalitarian country not a democracy. This is published for the first time.

It's been a hell of a week so far, Shawn Christy appears to be in Ohio and the LEOs went all out, running around the woods in little four wheelers and stuff. We all listened to the police feed Wednesday, there were two teams of marshals and just as always there is rarely any direct evidence that Shawn is the person they are hunting or has done what they accuse him of.
The Christys were saying things like, that was not Shawn, he would
not be wearing shorts, etc. There are massive sightings because the US
Marshals have gotten the public all ginned up on fear, it seems like
every dude who looks anything like Shawn spotted anywhere is reported as
him. They are going nuts closing down schools and threat signaling, but
Shawn has not hurt one person. They lie often, but not well.
We found out the members of our group are under surveillance to make sure no one helps Shawn. If he shows up here I'm gona be feeding him, but he's on the other side of the country. Then I would be contacting people to help facilitate a soft surrender. This is exactly what others would do. But, he is not coming here. The police in McAdoo where the Christys live are very corrupt and it extends to their local government.
The Boise Police Department here is corrupt, so are the State Police, both have gangstalked me for a long time including running cars at me and cutting them in front of me, the US Marshals lie, the FBI refused to come and investigate the missing Alaska Natives in Nome AK for years, the police in Nome would not arrest many of the men who raped women (Native in large numbers) in remote villages and Nome (harass me for complaining about it), the Alaska State Troopers did not do their damn job and assisted in setting me up in the Homer Alaska area for false imprisonment, the Homer Alaska Police were told about a meth lab, a four year old in the middle of it and crimes against me and a prostitution ring and gaslighted me allowing meth to ravage the community, the Deming New Mexico cops were drug dealers and when I reported it to the FBI they told me to do something that would have gotten me killed, those cops also harassed me, when I was young cops in the bay area of California would use lights and sirens to pull me over and then ask for my phone number. In Alaska, especially Nome the cops stopped to chat with girls, I would tell them not to talk to them unless it was about police business as they were not supposed to do that and the girls were too young for them, just before I moved to Nome a cop raped and murdered a young Native woman there.
A couple days ago we found out that Duane Chapman, Dog the Bounty Hunter was hired by an anonymous friend of the family to bring Shawn in unharmed. It has been very clear the US Marshals have a plan to kill him. When I was a nurse the cops would bring someone into the ER handcuffed and beaten up, the person would be struggling after their ordeal. Once the cops left the person was just fine, not nary a problem, after witnessing this several times I realized the reason was the cops aimed to harm them and the nurses aimed to help them. If cops had an attitude of help it would make all the difference in the world. When a guy knows they want to kill him why wouldn't he run, why wouldn't he steal cars to run for his life? Word is Dog will give the Christys the $20,000 reward to hire Shawn a good attorney, which is what was needed all these years. Even though the Bill of Rights says those who do not have the money for an attorney will have one appointed, that is not what happens. Public defenders main job is the threaten the defendant with a harsh sentence, if a trial is insisted on say things like, "You never know what a jury will do" and force them into a plea deal even if they are innocent. About 97% of all low income defendants take plea deals when many would have the charges dropped if they had an attorney on their side who knows what they are doing. Dog has talked to Shawn's parents and was already planning to go to Ohio for an event having to do with addiction.
Mid Ohio Trophy made Shawn a trophy and said he should come and pick it up.
