In view of my recent experience with Alaska Airlines employee "Andy" at SeaTac Airport, I will send this link to the Alaska Airlines HQ. Bullying is a problem within their customer service agents and a few people at the Seattle HQ. This is something that this airline company must address!
You should send this to Walmart corporate headquarters. They are the worst about bullying their employees.
