This is a story which renews a bit of my faith in mankind. A community with enough consciousness to know that putting people who are down on their luck or who have mental health problems in jail will harm them. By putting this program together they will save money in the future and help a lot of people get on track to live the best life they can. Compassion goes a long way towards healing those whose lives have been shattered.

Found in notes received from the public defender agency secondary to my FOIA request. DA John Earthman engineered my wrongfull arrest/incarceration 3 days after I filed an appeal.
