Found in notes received from the public defender agency secondary to my FOIA request. DA John Earthman engineered my wrongfull arrest/incarceration 3 days after I filed an appeal.

Lungren asks that Weiner's words be struck from the record and Anothony Weiner said, "Oh, you really don't want to go there, Mr. Lungren."
Weiner then walked away and came back and said louder, "Every single Republican I've ever met in my entire life is a wholly owned subsidiary of the insurance industry!"
Some of them are owned by a lot of companies. We need more legislators who will stand up and defiantly say the truth. What we saw here was political bulling. It's the old GOP trying to keep people from telling the truth about them.

Senator Wienier said on the floor yesterday, what should have been said a very l-0-0-0ng time ago. In the past there have been senators who have stood for fairness and equality. Humphery was one. saddly we have been missing such representation these days.Mostly, the Represenatives and Senators now leading our country are, in the pockets of money, insurence and the medical business.
Wienier is a very good rep for his people. Minnesota is lucky now, we have Sen. Franken. A few years ago, we also had another. He was killed in a very suspicious plane crash,along with his family and a good Pilot. I was on the road that morning, when there was supposed to be fog and ice. Never happened. Numbers of people who gotten in the way of Republican,s get killed. Do not ever believe for a nano second these people are not capable of repeating, they ARE...When lisening to the poeple that support Palin, I hear pure evil,hate,demand that all,bow to them and become what they, believe or you are nothing. Very dangerous people!!!
