AFGHANISTAN VS VIETNAM ON BILL MOYERS

The secondary sad story about these decisions to go to war or invade another country right after the loss of lives, harm to people, increase of radicalism/terrorism, and damage in the country where the military actions occur is we are never told the truth. If we find out the truth decades later we are lucky. Lies and demonizing of someone or some people for some reason is necessary to get the people behind it. It appears that there are even less behind military action in Afghanistan than there were the Vietnam action. Will we ever get free of the military-industrial complex's control of our government? Some president will have to take courageous action and probably risk a potential internal war to do it.
